I cannot say enough about the beautiful job that Your Building Center did in my kitchen. I bought a house last fall that had been owned by an older woman and had not been updated in quite sometime. Working with the vision I had in my head for what I wanted my kitchen to look like, Jennifer made it come true. I absolutely love my kitchen. It is the perfect, modern farm house look that I wanted. The kitchen is not very big, and she made use of every inch of the kitchen. Everyone who sees the kitchen just loves it. I am proud to call this one mine!

The installation crews were polite & professional. They cleaned up after themselves.I needed the project estimator to see the job in progress, & he was there for us right away.Slight delay in starting our kitchen remodel, ( quartz manufacturer broke our countertop), but the installer notified us. A simple explanation was satisfactory.Overall, a very good experience, & we have a beautiful kitchen upgrade.

YBC helped us design and totally remodel our kitchen. The planning by Devon Schronce and the workmanship was perfect. We were caught up in the Covid shutdown and they were so good about keeping us informed and trying to work thru all the 2020 obstacles. The professionalism and work ethic of the contractors was greatly appreciated and the end results are so beautiful and make kitchen chores a breeze! We have also used YBC for flooring and windows and doors in other parts of our home and again were very satisfied.

I received a order from YBC Williamsport. After using some of the boards off the top of the pile I noticed a few ants. I didn’t think much of it until I got further into the pile. I asked for a new order and to be compensated for delaying building, holding up construction and delivering pests to my site which looked bad for me. Manager Mark Embriani did nothing other then delivering another order and to take the ant infested order back. I was forced to move the boards down our almost 1/4 mile driveway because we had trusses delivered waiting to put up. I had a crew literally sitting around and 2 pieces of machine on rent that could not be used because the bad lumber YBC delivered. They had no want to make the situation right even though it cost hundreds of dollars, if not thousands extra. The manager Mark also stated that this amount of ants “happens”. They wasted valuable time and money and do not care about their customers or their products.

Great service...and if its available they have it, and their delivery fee less than a third of the competition. 50 plus Mile service area

For deliveries, go past store to gate 3. They open at 7am. It’s the first building marked #5. There’s an alley as you pass the building, in between a wash bay, follow that around to back. Took them about 3 hours to unload a full trailer. They also got my trailer absolutely filthy, as they took each pallet outside one by one in the mud.

Always go to Doug Mayer and contractor sales knows what hes doing and will be as Fair as he possibly can

Great help and selection

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the kitchen design area.On one visit we left our contact information and were told we would be scheduled to come in and have a meeting with the designer. We never heard from her.After another trip a few weeks later we arrived at the end of the business day and were told to return the next morning. When we came the next day we were told that the designerjust went home sick and vomiting. We were helped by the woman who was there and worked with her for about two hours choosing cabinets, counter tops, and reviewing floor plans. We left all of our contact information and were told that we would receive a plan and estimate in no more than two weeks. That was six weeks ago! We have not heard or received any information! We will not return and do not recommend this business to others who are planing to remodel a kitchen.

Experience was exceptional. Down to earth knowledgeable sales staff. I would return for future projects and building materials!!

Would not recommend! The contractor for our new home used YBC for all his supplies and suggested that we get our kitchen and vanity’s through them. We went to pick out the kitchen cabinets and vanity’s well before we needed too. We changed nothing in the designs of the kitchen or bath. The vanities arrived (late) with the wrong sink shape. We then had to wait even longer for the correct sinks/top to arrive. Come to find out our kitchen was not ordered when they said it was, when it did finally come in (probably two months after it should have), two cabinets were the wrong size and the “color” was not consistent on the doors. They send out new doors twice and had missing doors and the color still did not match like it should have. YBC then called me and ask what they can do to help the situation. I told them that I want a credit for all the screw ups (on them) and how long they delayed the project from being finished. Our contractor has tried to help with this situation, but here I sit 6+ months later with a miss match cabinet color and no credit. I will not and have not been back to YBC for either personal supplies or work supplies.

We have been customers of Your Building Centers for over 20 years. I do a lot of DIY, sometimes more successful than other times. Mostly, I use YBC contractors to do the work in collaboration with their fine staff helping us pick out what we want for our remodeling. My wife jokes that we have basically remodeled every room in our house, sometimes more than once. New kitchen, bath, addition, etc. We have always found that YBC has the best quality products for the money. Our next adventure is to replace our entryway and a broken picture window and we are using YBCs installation services for that and we are pretty excited about it!

Ordered windows and doors. Windows were delivered half of them were smashed upon arrival, none of them were the correct size. They also manage to screw up the measurements for the doors! I do NOT recommend YBC to anyone!!

Worst place to shop for ANYTHING!!!!! As for the hours of operation they may as well close up. The website says they close at 6. They have been closed since way before that. Everything is over priced and is covered in dust. Not a fan of walking into a place and having to wait for a clerk with an attitude and disstemperment disorder.

Extremely helpful and friendly, also very knowledgeable of the products.
