Kenny, the store manager is very knowledgeable and curtious. He is honest, and straightforward and handles business the old fashion way, as it should be. His employees and their good attitudes are a reflection of Ken.

I went into this store today. Both the male and female employees had attitudes with me saying there is a paint shortage and they can not get me a 5 gallon pail of paint, when I called and asked in mid July. Its now beginning of August things have not changed that much in a few weeks.

Sherwin Williams went above and beyond to get just the right color for our project. Great job Dylan. Great customer service! We could tell by the customers who came and went while we were waiting for our paint that all associates are good with their individual customers and aim to please. Total process took 5 minutes. Brought in paint color information and had my gallon before I knew it. Great value for the quality of the paint.

They have really good paints that cover well. However, the florescent lighting in the store and taking the color chip outside does not reflect how the color will look at home. I wish I knew this before choosing a color, and I wish they had a kiosk with different lighting conditions to hold the chip under. I highly recommend getting a small sample & painting it on your wall at home. Unfortunately, at $5 each, it can get expensive to try different colors at home. I wish they could provide smaller samples at a lesser price. Their app is helpful, but still is not a true indication of how the color will look.

That their paint is better than any I have used in the past. I painted 3 rooms upstairs in my house with....sorry to say, Valspar, ...their highest quality. Still took 2 coats and wasnt happy with the finished results, and color was dull. This paint went on like butter, and the color pops! When I redo my upstairs, I will be covering it with paint from Sherwin Williams!

I originally painted my home with paint bought at my local Sherwin Williams store and was very happy with the colors selected. That was in 2006. Now, 2018, I would like to put a fresh coat of paint on my walls/ceilings so I revisited the local store again to purchase paint. First i was told that it wouldnt be in the system (although I believe I have used some of the same colors since then for rental properties), and when I gave the rep, I believe his name was Ken, one of the names it could be listed under, his response was that there was too much history to look through, not offering to help me find the colors or even suggesting that I look at samples to see if we could possibly find something close. And also Ken did not ask for the other name that it could have been listed under. I felt like he didnt want to be bothered with it and making a sale wasnt a priority for him. I left the store in disgust and will not be returning or referring to them. I would still like to find my colors in a Sherwin Williams paint, but I will drive 50 miles if need be to get it from another location, not Williamsport PA. Very disappointed.
