Taylor D a sales associate went up and and beyond to help me replace a corroded battery with a new battery. It was harder then it seemed and he made it happen with no hesitation. I am very pleased with his service and the time he took to help me. His great customer service and knowledge should be recognized.

Im so grateful for the help, kindness and expertise Tom from Willimantic’s AutoZone extended to this stranded stranger. Not only Tom diagnosed the problem, helped me get the right part and installed it for me so that I could make it safely home. And he did this on Sunday night at the closing time where most people would understandably want to go home. Tom stayed after the store closed to make sure I could drive home after he installed the part my car needed. Thank you so much Tom. This world needs more Toms

Service was very poor, I was checked out by a woman named Sylvania and she was very unwelcoming. I needed to change my headlight bulb, but did not feel comfortable asking for any further help.

The people that work at Auto Zone are helpful and usually knowledgeable. Ive found that to be true of the various branches Ive used. The reason for the poor review is Auto Zone itself.There are many confusing and customer unfriendly policies at Auto Zone.Warranties, returns and credits that are reasonable and fair in other stores are designed to benefit the store over the customer at Auto Zone. This has happened more than once to me and I feel that corporate policy needs to change. I need to know that a refund will be made in the way it was promised.

Noel at the Auto Zone in Willimantic (store 3224) was incredibly helpful and kind. He helped me with a tail light and showed me how to properly replace it! Sounds simple enough, but not if you have no knowledge! I would highly recommend Auto Zone to anyone!!

For some reason it always takes forever to get in and out. They need to work on this. People need to be dedicated to checking out customers that dont need behind the counter items. If they did that Id be here more often. Once or twice Ive had to just put the items back and leave.

I have high expectations from an auto parts store. I want the staff to know their stuff about cars and to be able to give you solid advice about your car problems and the parts that would work for your car. Some of the staff here are very good. Others wouldnt know a spark plug from a spittoon. The parts here are inexpensive and often they have parts in stock that other stores dont have. They would have gotten five stars if half the staff werent shop class drop outs.

Went in looking for a return signal bulb, staff asked if I needed help, I think then what I was looking for one of the guys gave me attitude neither came from behind the registers even though no one else was in the store.After looking for a few minutes without success I left and will not go back in Bad help lack of products

Needed parts for my vehicle and they had it.

Look at this had my Nissian sitting for a while. The mice made a nest out of it. The worst but it was all good I went to auto zone and got a new one. Im glad people there know what they are doing. Thanks guys. Now my car is back to new🙂🙂

Called ahead to put coolant aside, said they would but they didntArrived and gave them part number for antifreeze 50/50 mix, gave me unmixedHad to return and rebuy after realizing it 5 min after I left and they did apologize and were helpful, hence the 2 star instead of just one

Always good service at the Willimantic store. Counter person was courteous and quick. Had what I needed, I was out quickly.

The staff let me borrow tools to change out my dead car battery with the new one that I had just bought. Then when I couldnt get the old battery out, they went online to find out that I had to remove the computer to remove the battery. And they even helped me with removing the computer. So very helpful.
