I have been a loyal customer of Walgreens for yrs but the last 2 yrs or so I have had monthly problems filling my prescriptions. Today they told me they couldnt fill it because it was being filled in Walgreens ARIZONA. After dealing with that mess I call back and get called RUDE.. No, ive been trying to refill my prescription for 2 days, 6 phone calls, physically ill because Im out of my medication, and unable to go on a planned vacation because its 3pm and I dont have my meds. WORST pharmacy and employees ever.

I ordered two pieces of the same item online and I received the message that it was ready to pickup. When I went to pick the order up, I was told that they only have one item and then, suddenly, the store representative (Michelle, if I remember that correctly) was trying to explain that I actually ordered one. I showed her the order where it was clearly mentioned that I ordered two and she refused to accept that. The whole time she was rude and arrogant and it seems that she does not have very good understanding of the online orders. I refused to pick up the order, but they charged me the cost for packaging. I would avoid this shop and wouldnt recommend anyone to order any online pickup here.

I was told that I had to tell them when they changed my meds and gave me the WRONG STRENGTH prescription TWICE! Now I have 2 pills left from 90 I called 2 weeks ago and my prescriber has no contact from them ! THIS IS ST THE POINT OF BEING DANGEROUS!

I had a very uncomfortable experience today at this Walgreens. The man who was working and scanning my items made uncalled for and uncomfortable remarks about how nice my tan was and refused to make eye contact with me, staring at my legs as I was wearing shorts. It was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional situation. He was an older man, probably early 60s with grey hair and glasses. I have been coming to Walgreens all of my life, and this is the first location where I felt uncomfortable in this way. I will not be coming back and I hope he gets some form of punishment. Lets just say that if I was a young man, those comments would probably have not been made. I am disgusted and I wouldnt wish this behavior on anyone.

Such great customer service. Everytime i go in im greeted with a smile. Jennifer at cash register is the best, she is always so friendly!

Terrible customer service at pharmacy. The people waiting on customers are all very friendly and professional but way overworked. Always a line at counter or at drive through. Always 25 - 30 minute wait to pick up a prescription. You desperately need to hire more pharmacy people! CVS, by comparison, is never more than a 5 - 10 minute wait. Very close to taking my business there.

They made me go to Walmart! I went there for Muro 128, which is not a prescription but behind the counter, and rude woman at the pharmacy area couldnt be bothered to even look for it!!! I gave 2 stars because the nice woman putting things away helped me find the other things I needed. Obviously I will not be going back to this place ever again.

My doctor called in a prescription that I need right away and they told me they couldnt fill it and they wouldnt be ordering this medication for a couple of months. Do you believe it. I sent it to another pharmacy who ordered it and I will be able to pick it up the next day. I have never heard of a pharmacy saying sorry, wait 2 months and we will have it Find another pharmacy.

Managers are rude. Never anything in stock. They hate giving rain ckecks. If you have a coupon they look at you like you are the 😈. If you have a question they act like it is the end of the world.

This is the slowest Walgreens I have ever been too. A couple of the staff members are wonderful and are just overwhelmed by the extra work they have to do for the other staff. One of the women has told me they dont carry antibiotics. It was for an ear infection and she had to be corrected by one of the awesome staff members

Always a wait at the pharmacy. Its 11:46 and I am waiting for a prescription that was suppose to be filled at 10:00. Last month they filled a prescription that was suppose to be replaced with the one I was picking up. I would have been taking three different blood pressure medications.

Absolute BEST pharmacy! The manager Ms. Taylor is jind and helpful, as is Mallory. Mallory was so helpful when I asked a question.

This place sucks - mixed in with one or two sincere staff are several rude employees. the wait time is unbearable. i strongly recommend that you find another pharmacy.

Horrible horrible customer service at pharmacy. First time going to this pharmacy and the person helping me was rude off the bat. When I went to pick up my prescription I waited at the drive thru for 11 minutes and two people came on and said “we will be right with you”. That obviously was not true. When the person finally came to the window she asked me all the pertinent information which I gave her. She then proceeded to take her time getting the prescription. When she came back to the window she then said there was a problem because my bday wasn’t on the original prescription (and the funny part is SHE is the one that took all my information including my license with my bday on it). I will NEVER go back there again.Kim Charron

Really disorganized and SLOW. I need to switch to another Walgreens, it seems. I always wait on hold 10-15 mins and then they tell me my refill is denied (when it isnt). Drive through is also a joke. You might as well just go into the store--that way you can at least read a magazine while you wait.

Calling from a DOCTORS office and just spent OVER 20 min on the phone. Unacceptable. Find a new pharmacy.
