Went to Mansfield Store today. Wanted to use UPS. The line was long. It started with 2 people working the counter for copy/print/ups. After 5 mins the woman who was the store manager just sat down at a computer, drank her drink and let the rest of us suffer. She was so lazy. After 1 hour we finally got to mail out our ups. Its no wonder the store is not doing well here when you have a store manageto h

I would have given 0 star for the service. I quickly realized that gems among people work here and I felt like talking to a wall. I will go to the one in Vernon next time
I had an amazing experience at Staples. I went in looking for a Cross brand pen and found out they were on sale. I was pleasantly surprised to see it had a lifetime mechanical warranty. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I waited less than a minute before checking out and being able to write with my new pen.
Be careful: rude customer service, high pressure sales pitch for extended warranty. Avoid at all cost.I usually go to the staples at Vernon. They are very professional, polite and efficient. But the computer I wanted to buy was out of stock. So I ordered online and went to pick up at this Storrs Road store. What a big mistake.There was no one at the pick up desk but we could hear somebody chatting in the backroom. I waited there for five minutes with nothing and tried to look around for someone to help. I found a sales person trying to sell printers to an elderly man. She told me just gave her a minute. That is alright. We went back to the online order pick up desk. I am waiting there and she is pressing the elderly man to buy some extended warranty. Another five minutes I am still waiting, now with a couple behind me. Somebody came out from the chatting room and greeted the lady behind me and ask whats her last name. The lady politely pointed out I am the first one in line. This staple guy said he simply wanted to know what she ordered and ignored my existence. Sound like he already knew what I am picking up. What a shame. He got no apology for that at all. I am stunned by such unprofessional and rude behavior. I will never buy anything from this store anymore.
I came in for help with a print from my phone. Taylor helped me. I was very nervous and kept pressing the wrong things on the phone but she was very patient with me.and helped me through the whole processes. She is to be commended for her patience.

I have been finding each time I stop in for items the folks are nicer than the last time. Also, they are very helpful especially at this busy time of year with schools and colleges beginning soon. I am impressed and pleased with the Mansfield Staples. Improved from a few years ago!!
Disappointing that they ( General Manager) doesnβt respect privacy ( Hippa law) Asked out loud for personal information with other customers standing in line and then proceeded to tell me that She needed it to print my label that was sent to staples.com, Upon my concerns with providing my information out loud she proceeded to instruct me that she needed it to proceed, So I wrote it down but FYI I havenβt had to do this at any other staples, Always one, that wants that General Manager title to go straight to her head, At this time when people are scamming and getting ahold of personal data to do fraudulent things.. I wont be visiting this location anymore!
This is actually a pretty good Staples. Aside from the usually office supplies, theyll randomly carry seasonal items, such as umbrellas and good quality ice scrapers. Their prices are very competitive for the area
A great Staples. Customer service has been just fine. Helpful with special orders, with choosing electronics. The postal/printing area can be slow, but they are friendly when they get to you.
The supervisor in the copy center is one of the rudest associates Ive worked with at the Mansfield staples. I go out of my way to avoid her in the mornings and primarily do my printing at night. Very rude, very racist. Everyone else is wonderful.
Bought HPprinter 10 months ago! Added 2 year SquareTrade warranty. Used no more than 20 times in 10 months,. Started with error messages, would not shut down. Took back. Store would not give refund (more than 30 days), ST would not get involved as it is less than a year old. HP refused to refund until I tried to repair myself by phone or online. I am 78 with poor eyesight and hearing loss. I had to argue with store manager before he agreed to give me store credit for less than I paid for it. I will NOT purchase another device from a brick and mortar Staples!

So hereβs the story: I bought a phone case at Staples in Willimantic. I used my debit card to buy it. The next day, I went to my bank because I wanted to shut down my accounts. This was partly because I go to school in RI ( I want a bank that is located in both CT and RI in case thereβs ever an issue) and partly because KeyBank charges ridiculous fees. Anyway, I go to the bank to shut the accounts down. The teller says there is pending activity and - since I came to the bank on a Friday - she would officially close the accounts on Monday. She did. Both savings and checking are closed and at $0.00. Tuesday: I go to Staples to return the phone case because I donβt like the look and itβs was flimsy. Everything is going great. I had a fantastic cashier helping me (thanks Dominic) but since I bought the phone case with a debit card he said the money would go back to the account. He also said to call if there was any issue. There was. The money never showed up on the account. I went back and asked what could be done. I was sent to Jasmine and Greg, both of whom were clearly not taking the problem seriously. They had no idea what to do and, after having gone back and forth from KeyBank and Staples multiple times, I was getting annoyed. They took my info and said theyβd talk to their GM. Jasmine calls back and tells me there is nothing she can do. That I would have to go to my new bank and fill out a form requesting a money transfer from KeyBank. The problem is I donβt even have a new bank yet and the accounts at KeyBank are shut down and at $0.00! After explaining this to her, she has nothing to say expect βthereβs nothing Staples can doβ. I would assume that Staples would take customer service seriously, but apparently that is not the case. I am very disappointed in the service, the lack of ability to find a solution, and the blame they are trying to place on KeyBank. They refused to even give me a store credit! All this chaos over a cheaply made, ugly $10 phone case. I will NEVER return to Staples. I was planning on doing all my back-to-school shopping there, but Iβll be sure to take my business elsewhere. Itβs truly sad that they refuse to refund me of my $10, but theyβre perfectly ok with towing the phone case back. Stealing from students is a new low. Do not ever go to this store! Youβll only get cheated and poor customer service.

Pretty good selection overall the store couldve been a lot cleaner but they were busy so maybe it came after a rush almost nonexistent customer service which is weird because usually Staples has great customer service guys maybe just shortstaffed this experience
Prices arent bad, really--and you can get good advice from folks on the floor. Checking out always seems more awkward and cumbersome than it should be, and the online rewards thing is just a pain in the butt.
Waiting at the copy for 10 minutes. Asked for help and colleen and another associate helped 3 other customers and left us waiting. I will never come back here again and will think of canceling my business account

Went to by air cleaner for my printer and mentioned to cashier about my printer not feeding the paper. He told me how to go into utilities and clean the printer. It worked and had he not told me I would probably be buying a new printer.
