Good morning. I had the Most unprofessional service encounter EVER. This owner Ed Moore and his silent investor uncle from portico italian restaurant in Burlington city. Never tried to complete the service. I had my wifes Mercedes gl450 serviced at location. Couple months ago. Afterwards she told me she kept hearing a noise, brought it back he was nice. Then admitted he didnt do that job often. Timing chain was never correctly done by him. I went back again, he said he can do it. We agreed a weeks time, and I rented a car, 3 weeks went by, I just left this place today he gave car back not fixed and called cops on me for not taking car. I need a receipt to prove he did work on it. He refused.I wish I can find a mechanic who respects our neighborhood and not take our money out of neighborhood and get rich off US. Please dont patronize this business or portico Italian restaurant both on 130 north. Dont say no one didnt warn you.

Paid them $1700 to fix the valve seals on my car. Took the money and did everythng but the seals. Then claimed that was never part of the repair. Took my car for a week and a half afterwards because the car was smoking more than when i brought it to them and they poured additive in my car to stop the smoking because they actually didnt know how to do a seal change. Car is sill smoking now worse than any time Ive ever had the car. Buyer beware. Claimed that they told me they were only doing a tune up for $1700. I dont know anyone who would pay that for a tune up. F-.
