CVS has been my pharmacy for years. Had convenient hours, many stores with 24 pharmacy availability. All of my medications were on auto refill now only certain ones are allowed. Great customer service was standard now I can not even get my phone call answered in the pharmacy. I think it is time for me to look for another pharmacy. Why are your stores closing at 6pm on a Saturday? Why no longer offering 24 hour pharmacy hours? I certainly miss my old CVS on route 33 in Hamilton Square New Jersey.

Ive been here over a dozen times in the past year n Ive never had any problems. The employees are helpful n courteous and Ive been able to purchase everything that I came to buy.

The worst. We had our baby’s prescription filled and they clearly mixed it with dirty water. A pharmacist at a different location told us to not give it to our child and take it back. We tried but they refused to exchange or refund. This is the latest of string of bad experiences we’ve had here.

Why have a phone number listed if no one is ever going to answer it? Terrible. These medications are life and death for some people and this pharmacy cant even be bothered to pick up the phone! Im done with this place I rather drive all the to westampton for better service and an answered phone call.

I had an 11:45 appointment on April 24th. I arrived at 11:38. If one doesnt get a check-in text, one is to check in at the pharmacy drop-off. The male there wouldnt help me and said I had to go to the girl sitting at the table. She wasnt there until 11:47. She then had me go back to drop-off again to check-in (which the guy was supposed to do back when I first went back there). After dealing with them I had to enter another line at 11:55, which was backed up due to the noon appointments starting to come in. I didnt get my shot until 12:24, which is nearly an hour later. The average review of 2.9 for this CVS is undeservingly generous.

Not a bad pharmacy but they are listed on the CVS directory as providing rapid test. When you go there they have a small hand written sign saying they intact DO NOT DO RAPID TESTING ! Do not go here for a rapid test.

I dont know whats going on at CVS in Willingboro, NJ, but I was on the phone for2 hours so I went there to see whats going on and the workers were ignoring the recorder that tells them a call coming in, no one paid it no mind, this was the first time this happened so I hope they answer the phone in a considerable amount of time, I left Rite Aide for CVS hopefully this wont happen again

This place sucks. I have called 3 times. 1st on hold till I hung up after 25 min. 2nd on hold for 15 min till I hung up, 3rd time on old for 10 min before I hung up... cant even get a hold of a manager. I have medication that has to be renewed, and my time is just as valuable as theirs!

Worst pharmacy EVER. There are constant issues with filling prescriptions in a timely manner and HORRENDOUS Customer Service. If you ask how to resolve the issues going forward everyone shrugs and puts blame on anything other than the actual cause. The only saving grace for this store is a really nice employee, Rachel. Everyone else is useless. Also, call for a refill thats overdue and the system will tell you it will be ready on a date that has already passed! Thats always my favorite. Then you have to actually speak with someone who then reads from their screen, it will be ready on (insert date here) then you have to say, ok that date was 2 days ago, so how for the love of God can I get my medicine?!? They are THE WORST.

Did the Good Friday deals, wasnt able to load to card...have to go into app now. Store told me to call customer care which said i had to wait 2 days for the receipt to load. I then called 3 times and was on hold for over 1/2 hour. When i finally got thru they refused to load them saying to bad they expired. Returning everything i still have tomorrow.

The worst customer service. Its very sad especially around this time employees should be grateful that they even have a job. Employee just ask for my name with no greeting at all and tossed my prescription to me again not no have a good day or anything. If my insurance Aetna didnt partner up with them I would take my business else where.

Terrible service. Receive texts to pick up my prescriptions but when I arrive they are not ready. Today I received a call that my meds were ready that had required preapproval. I called the store to doublecheck and was told “No, the pre auth was denied for your refill.” This was not a refill, it was a new script. When I advised it was a new script, the employee retracted her statement and said it wasn’t on my drug list. i advised it was on my drug list, which was through CVS Caremark and she said I had to call my insurer—which again is CVS! I call the CVS number and am told it was denied due to having to try a generic first. There is no generic for this medication, which is an add on to other medications I am taking. Terrible service from the retail store and Caremark both. Filing a complaint!

Has to be the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. If you call and try to get someone from the pharmacy, good luck! They will keep you on hold for well over 15 mins, and than all of the sudden the phone line goes dead and they hung up on you LOL Talk about getting you angry. And when you try to go up there, expect long wait times in drive thru.They have the biggest team of people working in their pharmacy. Yet I have received better customer service at my local CVS with only 2 people working the counter. Dont even bother with this CVS pharmacy.

They are always out of the various prescriptions my family and I need. The lines are ALWAYS long. If you try the drive through, it’s even worse. I have waited in the drive though for 30 mins before. The pharmacy staff must be overwhelmed because very often they are rude. I have never experienced this low level of service from the CVS brand before.

Terrible customer service. Called to check on my prescription status and guy just told me the pills were on back order. Didn’t bother to help out with a solution or give me an estimate on when things would be situated. I asked to speak with another team member, he transferred me and the lady helped me out but with an attitude. I came in to pick up my prescription and asked why the price is different from before and the lady got an attitude and said she doesn’t know and tossed my bag on the counter and said have a good day. Terrible terrible customer service.

I put my time in for pick up as 4 pm. I called yesterday. Come to pick up and they say 20 minutes. Why ask me to pit in a time if its not going to be ready? The customer service sucks?!

This is the most GHETTO and unprofessional Walgreens pharmacy around. They never know what they are doing, have the worst customer service skills, and are flat out rude. I hate coming here. I’m so mad my job switched from Rite Aid to this dump! Stay away

Worst Pharmacy on earth. They stole my prescription. I dropped it off. They claimed that they had no record of it. I checked. It was paid for and picked up. They stole it and lied. If opioids begin “disappearing” from this location, just know that it was the staff.Also, if your doctor requests your prescriptions and you attempt to pick them up 24 hours later they will not be filled. They will tell you that they are backed up and can’t get to it . . . AFTER 24 HOURS. IT’S ASTHMA MEDICATION. Go to the Springside Road location.

Its really annoying how youll try to pick up your stuff and these new pharmacist who you can tell are young girls are talking while your stuff is not ready. Went through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes with one car still ahead of me so I decided to go inside. Ive been coming here for years never seen so much unprofessionalism from pharmacist. I went up to the counter & the lady literally had her back turned half way continuing a conversation while trying to look up my vitamin. I called it in two hours prior and it still wasnt ready but there was so much loud talking across the back.
