I spoke to a gentleman in sales before placing an order on ebay. I wanted to pick up my order the next day. He said it was no problem. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told that it was not possible. It will ship in another day. They were not the least bit interested in trying to help me. Im out hours of time and thousands of dollars. Dont buy from these folks.

Parts were ordered and paid for on 8/4/2021 shipping method was to be ups ground. so i assumed i would have the parts within a week. i was badly mistaken it is now 9/24/2021 and still nothing. companies should avoid advertising and selling things they do not have.

Radwell took an order for an FMC v50d1 that I needed. They took the order and sent confirmation. Then six days later they called telling me they could not fill the order. I pushed it and they said they would look into finding one. It was 4x what they quoted me. I told them to keep looking but never heard back. Very unhappy.
Work their employees hard; always changing the policies; employees set up for failure; commissions not paid timely; people depend on the $$ because the pay is so low; I could go on ...
A great place to do business and especially if you like fish tanks this place has fish tanks all over the place and they are absolutely gorgeous.
Called multiple times. Email multiple times. Back and forth and back and forth. Never received items I needed. Never got their acts together. I have sent photos, previous invoices and model numbers etc etc. Always an excuse, we are sooooo busy. Really? Poor customer service, poorer then poor .
I went there on a sales cold call. I didnt see my decision maker, but the front desk handled me courteously and professionally. Many companies dont understand they are Selling Organizations when so they use gates, locks, and tricky voicemail systems they are missing ideas to help their organizations grow.
One of the best companies to have repair any circuit board. Explained what I had and they took it in even though it was not on their website. Timely responses and excellent customer support. They were able to tell me exactly when my part was to be worked on and how long it should take. Will definitely be sending them more items to repair.
To put it bluntly, I wouldnt do business with these guys again at gunpoint. They simply have no idea what theyre doing, and they dont know the products that theyre reselling.The majority of the Google reviews here seem to be from either prospective or current employees, which means they should be at Glassdoor not Google. Regardless, I will never do business with these guys again. Ever.
I am am employee.While no place to work is perfect, I have been afforded so many great opportunities that Radwell still stands out as the best company Ive ever worked for or perhaps will ever work for. (You still have your chance, NASA!)
If I could give this place -10 stars it still would not be accurate enough. Do not waste your time with these people the whole company is a big store front that should read We by directly from China and mark up the prices for you When you want a 9 dollar cable and you ask to receive it in a sensible time and even though they say they have it in stock and it takes a month or you can pay an extra $100 to get it in 2 weeks its obvious they dont have it in stock and your paying the mark up plus the fees.

I sell used office equipment, and had a paper jogger with a failed motor, I called up this company, sent my motor and they told me it could be repaired for X and needed a CC authorization which I provided. 2 weeks later I get an email from their rep (I wont put her on blast here, she was very nice on the phone) saying that it cant be repaired and did I want them to send it back to me or throw it away (Im sure they will sell it for scrap or whatnot).Needless to say Ill be watching my credit card statements very closely. Why tell me it could be repaired if it couldnt? I told my client I could have it fixed, now I have to go back to them with my tail between my legs, and Im out the cost of shipping, you made me look bad to my client and cost me money for nothing Radwell extremely disappointed, wont use them again.
Would not recommend getting parts here. You will end up losing in the end, returning parts is a joke.
Minimum order charge, you will be charged a min of $50 if you buy a $10 part or $49.00 part. If thats not skeezy enough, they also have a $100 same day fee... $100 for timely service? Thanks, Ill take my business somewhere that is the standard.
Hand delivered 3 orders. First one was delivered at the end of August and the other 2 the first week of September. I have received payment for 1 order and that was one of the 2 that were hand delivered in September. Its been well over a month waiting for payment. Try to call and get answers and I feel like I get the run around with its being processed answer 2 seconds after I ask about where the order is in their system.I have another 3 orders sitting at my house and feel hesitant about bringing them. I brought these to them out of convenience and location to me. If the shoe was on the other foot you would like to receive payment in a timely manner correct?

He is the used car salesman’s of electronics buying units for penny’s on the dollar and selling them for thousands of dollars and half of the time the units don’t even work. AVOID!!!!!!!!
They where the only ones willing to try to rebuild a crestron dimmer module. $400 later it is more broken now and I have a fairly upset church as a customer. If they make good on it Ill reconsider my rating. Im still waiting for my RMA to send this thing back.

Ordered a used cable on 5/25, was told they couldnt ship it till 6/5 unless I wanted to pay an extra $100 for this $9 part. The staff was quite arrogant about it as well. I can order parts from Hong Kong and get them quicker and sometimes with free shipping. Dont waste your time like I did.
I am starting to believe that someone in recruiting in Human Resource are being bias. I have alot of experience working in not only a government engineering environment, but also I have alot of experience working in many repair machine shops, I am very knowledgeable. but some how I find it very weird that if I apply for a position on a Monday,here it is Tuesday morning the position I have applied for has been denied. this have happen to me now the 8th time. very ironic.
Ordered from the website for items shown in stock. Then later get an email stating they want almost 4x more money for the items, more than retail from the manufacturer! Avoid at all costs.
False advertising of shipment and lead times, but of course they dont call or email you to let you know. you have to follow up to find out whats going and than the rep has to follow up with you, which never happens. this place is extremely unorganized. save yourself the headache
Being as I used to work here I felt weird reviewing so poorly. However, being with the company I currently work for, we sold these guys all new parts, and were continuously told they were never received. Despite tracking saying other wise. It took weeks to finally rectify the situation. A family friends small company ordered FNFP items only to receive poor (puttingly it politely) quality, VERY obviously used and damaged product. Its beyond frustrating to work with Radwell in regards to any of our needs, to the point we now purchase direct from and sell to specific manufacturers or resellers.
Sold them all new parts. Been waiting for 2 weeks for them to receive them, so they can cut a check. The tracking shows them delivered over 3 weeks ago...does anyone work in their receiving department?

PLCCenter frequently buys from our business, and the few items we have bought are always exactly as described and shipped promptly.
I think this is my first 1 star review.awful shopping experience from start to finish, ended up loosing 450 dollars with this company .Poor service, these people do not value their costumers.
