We had a tag axle bearing on our RV start leaking way north in Vermont with no Spartan repair centers around. FleetPride Williston was able to fit us in for a repair to the hub almost immediately. They also checked the other tag hub and found the same problem about to develop. At our request, they were also able to reattach our hot water boiler exhaust. Their service was very professional and the pricing was very reasonable. They also worked directly with Spartan to cover the hub repairs under warranty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The people that work here where great. They let me park the truck for longer than I had expected without issue. With that being said, I towed my box truck to them to have it fixed, they replaced the alternator and did a few other small fixes. The bill was reasonable, about $1,300 in total. At this point in time they deserve a 5 star review!Next, I sent the truck over to the tire shop, they replaced the front tires. When I went to pickup the truck, only 5 days after the truck left Fleetprides lot, it wouldnt start at the tire shop. I went back to Fleetpride in person to ask for help they said we dont dispatch trucks on Saturday and I should call another shop. I called Tailhook and they where great! Although the alternator Fleetpride installed worked, there was not charge going to the batteries. Fleetpride didnt check the entire system before giving me the truck and cost me $1,100+ of roadside assistance with Tailhook towing.Overall, I want to like Fleetpride but they skipped the step of checking their work before giving the keys to me and the invoice. This ultimately cost me a lot of money.
