I brought my car in for a oil change and I couldnt be happier. DJ was great and finished it record time. The gentleman helping him was great as well. Ill definitely be back.

Best in town. They are the fastest and the best price. Great customer service. They have a nice outdoor patio space to relax at while you wait. They also have plenty of comfortable seating inside and a coffee shop.

As far as oil changes go it lived up to its name. I have to say adding the deja brew was a great idea. I wasnt even half way thru my coffee when my oil change was complete. Great job!

We took both our cars in for basic oil changes, we usually use the dealership in Minot but both cars were due now.They upgraded our oil to FULL synthetic without permission and without telling us. Then they called us liars when we said the dealership never put full synthetic in our cars. Now we had to pay more than approved for both cars and will have to pay extra everytime going forward.On top of that, I specifically told them Toyota’s go longer between oil changes so they would put the correct milage on our stickers and they still put the wrong numbers up.Watch out if you take your cars to them.

This is the only place I’ve been to that will patch a popped tire, and it will hold. Until I run over the next nail. Lol. The service is quick, professional, and great quality, and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Done in 10 mins. Nothing fancy. Got the job done. Theres a coffee shop inside tho. That was kinda cool. Radio was switched to xm preview...that was weird. Window was streaked...kinda pointless but part of the service. Overall 63$ regular oil.

I came in to get an oil change today and expected to wait for about an hour which was not the case. A young man by the name of DJ took care of my truck and got it taken care of with in 15 minutes! Being a bit of a Motorhead myself I double check the work and I am very pleased! DJ was very professional treated my vehicle with respect and this business very obviously values my time as they worked very diligently to get me back on the road as quickly as possible! I looked over some of the other reviews and I see that theres been some other issues in the past but they dont seem to be an issue anymore! I will take all of my cars to minute lube here on out!

Bought a battery from here a year ago service at this time was great. The battery went bad it had a 5 year warranty went to get the battery replaced. Was treated poorly and refused to warranty the battery. update manager called me today wanted me to bring the battery back stating would make things right warrantied the battery with a new one thank you

They were fast doing my oil change but charged wayyyyyy too much. 142 dollars for a ram 1500 with mobile 1 full synthetic. Where I come from id pay about 85 bucks. I guess they have to suck every last dollar out of the oilfield worker before this place is sucked dry

They just open up a new alignment service, due to the lack of finding a good place to do alignment when you have new tires for your car or new parts!It cost around $100 bucks unless if you some parts to be replaced.

On 3/23/2020 my girlfriend went in to them for a fuel filter change and ended up having to buy a starter and a battery from them because magically my car would not start for them after changing the fuel filter. They installed the new equipment starter and battery and the car still wouldnt start so they pushed it out of the shop why I have no idea why but in the process they broke the rear taillight cover on the hatch of the car and didnt say anything about that, so they pushed the car back into the shop and jump started the car by crossing the terminals on the starter to make it turn over and told my girlfriend that she needed to go to the auto parts store and by a starter module and that if she shut the car off that it would not start. She upset about the situation gets ahold of me to explain the situation, so I head down to their store to talk to them about the situation I end up talking to the guy above the manager and he shows me that the starter didnt work and says it stopped working due to the oil on the starter. Im a very level headed guy so I just let it happen because it was installed by a shop so I shouldnt have any issues with the equipment. So today 5/1/2020 my girlfriend wakes me up at 0700 saying the car will not start so I go outside to diagnose the problem and find that its the starter so bright and early I find myself crawling in mud pulling the starter out of my car, my girlfriend who is now late for work is furious that this stater is now a problem again I take her to work in our second auto and proceed to the auto parts store that the starter came from I talk to the lady about testing the starter and I shake the starter it makes a horrid sound and she says no need to test it just by hearing the sound it made, shes then tells me that this brand of stater is the cheapest POS possible and that it would be smart to go for the upgraded starter. I explain the situation and shes just kinda shrugs because honestly its not her problem but she was helpful and nice, I then drive over to minute lube and ask to talk to the manager 30 minutes later he walks out retrieves the starter from me with giving me a chance to actually talk to him about the situation. Hes gone about 10 minutes and I walk up to the counter and tell the lady at the desk that I wanted to talk to the manager before he went to exchange the starter she she calls him and hands me the phone so I can talk to him and he was aggressive and agitated with me so I told him just get the starter. I now not level headed ask to talk to the guy above the manager, the guy above the manager comes out I look at him and ask if there is somewhere else that we can talk rather than in front of the other customers, we step into the back and talk about whats going on and how I believe its their fault the first starter battery and starter module had magically failed while in their shop they reiterate that it was do to oil on the starter that made the starter go out. Me knowing a little about cars and how starters work know that it wasnt oil that caused the start to go out the explain that the starter cannot be burned out due to over use of the starter, I know furious claim the new starter from them and tell them that is will be the last time they have any of my business the manager exclaims that they are the best in town and that hes sorry that I feel I was wronged.I dont normally leave a bad review even when Ive been wronged but I personally know that in the three years Ive had this car that its never even stuttered while starting no matter how cold it is outside it has always started and Nodak loves to get ridiculously cold in the winter but it goes to a shop for a fuel filter change and comes out needing a new starter and battery and starter module the odds of needing to change all three things at the exact same time are damn near impossible unless someone fried something while working on it.

I knew I had an oil leak in my truck because I could smell it burning off the exhaust and coming in through the vents so I decided to take my truck to Williston auto where I sat and waited for them to look over it to tell me that I didn’t have an oil leak at all and that supposedly 3 technicians, and the counter lady herself didn’t find a leak..Afterwards I was driving by here on the way home and figured one of the guys could look over it and maybe see something leaking. Thankfully they got my truck pulled in within minutes of arriving and found a leak right away. They showed me the leak, and it was a simple fix only having to tighten the bolts which they did free of charge! Everybody was super friendly and now I’m always going to bring my vehicles there! Thank you so much for the help!

Walk in for an oil change and tire change and no more than 30 minutes they were finished with my truck. Great price and very great service.

Couldnt be more impressed. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and grabbed a technician to get my vehicle going right away because I had young children with me. She gave my son snacks to keep him occupied. The only place Ive ever been that didnt try to sell me a bunch a stuff. Also very reasonably priced full synthetic changes.

Go to Walmart and save yourself $30. An oil change $71. They did nothing over too for that amount, either. Never will I Ever, again.

This is the only place I take my vehicles for oil changes, and batteries. Fast service, friendly, and they check everything. We have purchased 10 batteries from them over the past year and a half, and had one that was bad, they replaced it no questions asked. I highly recommend going here for your next oil change.

Had air filter replaced . They didnt hook the bottom latches of filter cover . I realized this when I changed oil myself 3k miles later .

The oil change, the age old question always surfaces. Should I do it myself or have it done professionally? I have little free time so if I can rely on others to do the things I need done quickly I’ll gladly pay for the added expense.I only had a few hours on a Sunday to do some essential chores. I showed up twenty minutes earlier than their opening time and there was only one other person waiting. The doors opened right at noon and myself and everyone else waiting shuffled in.The computers had gone down and so the lady at the desk had to resort to writing up work orders by hand. Even with the inconvenience of technical problems my vehicle was taken into the shop right away. Before I even sat down to wait a gentleman came out to show me my filthy dirty air filter and I whole heartedly agreed that I needed a new one.When I was called up to settle the bill there was a bit of confusion. Somehow the work done on the vehicle of the gentleman ahead of me was on my bill. He was in a very large truck and had needed 16 quarts of oil for the change. When I was told the price I knew something had gone wrong.I asked why it was so expensive and was shown the extra charges was for all the extra oil not covered in the price of an oil change. I knew that my vehicle took no more than five quarts and when I mentioned this the lady at the counter immediately brought it to attention of the shop manager.I still going to pay it and then figure it out but she wouldn’t take my money until the problem was fixed. It was a simple mistake and they fixed it quickly. The offered an apology but it wasn’t a big deal.I definitely would recommend this place and I’ll be coming back whenever I’m in need of some friendly service.Go early, the earlier the better.

I tried to, but couldnt really think of a reason to not give them five stars. While I have been to a couple places that are faster, or friendlier, or offer more services like pickup/delivery, none of those places are in Williston. They are more reasonably priced than Jiffy Lube (the second worst shop I have been to anywhere), faster than both Jiffy Lube and Walmart, and they dont seem to use whatever they have handy when you pay for full synthetic (another local shop thought that would be a cute prank).On a more esoteric note, Minute Lube is also good about working with the two fleet services we use (Donlen and Emkay), which makes my life more convenient. Other shops often have issues with Emkay, at least so far as I have experienced.

If you wanna be in out and great service go here.. if u wanna get a oil change that takes 4 hours go.to walmart.. Minute lube will always be my go to spot

Over 2 hours to get an oil change, the name should be changed to hours lube, they lost the keys to the vehicle and when I found the keys and gave them to the front end attendant I got nothing but attitude from her, they are busy I get it but the attitude is not wanted or needed, as a customer I have a choice, I will not being my vehicles back.

Dropped off our truck there on a Saturday morning to get the oil changed so we didnt have to wait there a couple of hours. They said they would call when it was ready to be picked up. By 4:05 they had yet to call so my husband and son went down to see if it was done. It was in fact done, however, they were closed and our truck was left in the parking lot unlocked, but keys were locked inside the building. Thank goodness we had a spare key or we would have been without our truck for the rest of the weekend. When my husband went to pay for it on Monday morning, they didnt offer an apology or anything, just said, must of forgot. Hope they didnt forget to put in the right amount of oil or filter! Ill be driving to Minot for the next one!
