This store has made a 100% turn around since the new manager has taken over. Ive been going to this store for years and have had less than spectacular experiences with the past staff, the quality of service and the look of the store. My last few visits have been amazing. Star has picked up the broken pieces and put them back together nicely, its a joy to shop here now!! Great job !!

They never answer the phone! I try calling to check on their inventory before I drive the 45 min to get supplies. I usually go without them ever answering the phone and when I get there I realize they are out of half the supplies I need. When I ask when they will be re-ordering certain items they tell me that they don’t know. I’ve decided to start ordering all my stuff from Amazon, I’m surprise this storefront is still open. I can’t tell if it’s management or if this company just doesn’t care.

Not friendly...not very helpful.

Kicked out of this store because I had a toddler with a ball. I just wanted to get in and out quickly with the things I needed. Manager could have helped me but instead told me to leave because my son was irritating her with his playing. Really a bummer.

I feel like this store is bouncing back! They are back to normal business hours with new employees

Such a horrible place. The manager is Rude, Like in your face rude. I asked about a certain product and one of the workers turns to her co worker and both girls start talking about me while im standing right there. Very unproffesional place to shop. management sucks.
