If I could give them a negative star, I would. Went in the store to buy a small product, was told that it was canopy to be closing time and that they wouldn’t be done with the customer that was ahead of me till after closing time and therefore couldn’t service me. They would have spent less than 2 minutes with my purchased but he was quick to dismiss me.
Tony gave service and support any employer would be proud to see offered as an employee representative. Not only was he extremely courteous, but his expanse of knowing the product and how it functions were the kind of experience every customer is hopeful for upon entering the doors of any business. He probed trying to understand my needs and patiently performed the tasks while offering related information only those inti.ate with product line can offer.Tony made my day so much better!
Alayna was very helpful and informative on accessories I was shopping for my new 12 pro max. She went out of her way to run to another store to get a charging block since they didn’t have one on hand. She was cheerful and very sweet. I give her 5 stars (and this was after a long work shift, a 45 minute commute and two errands).

The girl that helped us has fantastic hair. She was extremely friendly, and had us laughing like mad.We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, so she didnt have to upsell anything.
Christina was a huge help. Idk much about phones (or electronics in general), but that wasnt an issue for her. Very kind, great service. Bought chargers and a block, left more knowledgeable as well.
Justin was very helpful, the other gentleman/manager was rude. Pulling Justin away from us to help someone else. We had been ignored by the same gentleman for about ten minutes after we entered the store. Not a good way to run a business. Keep Justin and fire the rude dude.
Despite all of the Covid-19 restrictions, I was in and out of the store quickly with exactly what I needed. Staff was knowledgeable and let me know my options. I always go to this location!

I loved my experience in Verizon today. I simply walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile (yes they had a mask on but I knew she was smiling) and was helped with my questions. The interaction was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Alayna was perfect. She enhanced my experience with perfect and professional dialogue. She related to me as a person but was still focused to the task at hand. As a owner of a business I love superb customer service. That was my experience today.
This is by far the best verizon in Williston! I have been a repeat customer here. They have helped me file a claim to get 1 phone replaced back in January of 2020 and just sold me my new phone. Every single sales person is very nice - no bad eggs here.

It is concerning that they require face masks/social distancing but one of the employees sound sick and coughed the entire visit. She was wearing her mask & using hand sani, but why have employees at work during a pandemic when they are visibly sick? I’m not sure how safe that is
I got my new phone in a timely matter, everything was explained well.
Had trouble with my phone it was a Partial lock no internet service but could call out ask them to help in verizon store here in Willistonnorth dakota and they didnt even want to look at my phone or want help with the problem then they told me that I had to call customer service tech support for my phone and they put me on with a person who was not even in tech support and not even in the same state the person then said to call tech support again because she couldnt help with the problem so to correct the problem I went to At&t found out I was paying for the same service as at&t but paying more money for the same service was taken advantage of

What had turned out to be one of the worst days ever ended up being one of the greatest. My phone screen shattered at work And unfortunately I was on a prepaid plan from AT&T. I would have needed to buy another phone outright it wasn’t worth it to me. I decided to see what Verizon had to offer and in just 2 mins of closing Time Jamie and his lovely Associate encouraged me to no longer do prepaid but join a post paid account I didn’t think I would get approved but I did, she even got me the best deal for my sons essential needs we ended up with a lovely new iPad I felt very rewarded and in good hands Thank you both I love my new iPhone 11!!!

I am not happy with the service received there rep took advantage of trying to do two new phone upgrades grabbed accessories saying they were the best paid a large amount for everything didn’t have the lesser cost phone of my model got a supposed top of line screen protector for it to have cracked out already and they want to charge me 15 bucks to replace it I will never go there again and do not recommend anyone else to either. Were a lot of hidden fees as well trying to get it figured out now ridiculous to charge 40 activation fee per phone for a upgrade. Went in showed one guy crack and he stated that there was probably something under it when it was put on but still want 15 to replace a 65 screen protector. I wish I could just some of my money back for all the stuff they took advantage for.

It mightve took some time throughout the day to get everything done but our Verizon agent at this location, Casey Power, took care of me and my fiance and made sure we got everything we needed and it was very much worth the wait. If you want a surefire way to make sure you get the best customer service in the area keep an eye out for him!

Buyer beware! We were charged for so many hidden fees without being told upfront. Thankfully corporate Verizon credited us for some of them as well as this store. Took me a lot of time and effort to get this straightened out. I learned a hard lesson that you cant always trust someone by their outward kindness.

Verizon is a great company. It is such a shame that this place doesnt live up to the same reputation when it comes to customer service. I have walked in prepared to buy various devices and accessories only to be left waiting and having to leave with no assistance. The staff will tell you that they will be right with you and then you are ignored, left waiting, wondering how much of a wait time even when you have staff that are unattended and do not appear to have customers. The service is disappointing.

Gentleman by the name of Mitchell took care of me and it is one of the most pleasant experiences Ive received with Verizon as well as just businesses in general. When I first moved to Williston I was very disappointed with my experience at the official Verizon store in the Walmart plaza. The workers there, while nice and personable, made the process of getting a new phone very difficult and did not explain what I was paying for entirely all that well. Here at Mitchells store, there was no such confusion. While I was only paying off my phone here today, the experience I had was excellent and his service to his customers is stellar! Thank you to Mitchell and your store, I would recommend them any day!
My First day Ever in Williston ND and as I drive into the city and I loose everything because my Network did NOT work at all here. No Navigation, No way to call a single person. I have one phone number memorized. I am so dependent on my cell phone for everything I needed to get done today.I finally find a Verizon wireless store on 26th street. This is where the plot thickens. Mitchell Williamson was smiling and I was relieved. I explained the entire story and he jumped right in and found a solution. It was amazing to meet him. I am so glad there is still people that help their customers like I did everyone of mine. Well done Mitchell, you made a friend today!

Unfortunately Mike is not working here anymore. He was the only one who was able to solve problems. The customer service you get now is not good at all. Some people that are working here are totally inexperienced and they are not helpful at all. Besides that we had to pay for a service that was free before although we have 3 Verizon devices and we already pay a lot for monthly charges. Also every late afternoon the internet starts to get very slow. As soon our contract ends, I will change to another provider.
