Innova recently installed a new security system for our organization. We discovered a function we had removed from the contract that we actually needed to be in compliance for an inspection. With only hours to correct the problem (a problem we created), Innova provided assistance through the night until everything was ready for the inspection. It was a great example of Innova going above and beyond what they were contractually obligated to do to provide great service that sets them apart from other IT companies. Every employee I have worked with has been friendly, helpful and quick to respond with solutions.
