We werent allowed in the office or building, our order was taken over the phone while standing right outside the door. While loading our order we asked to exchange 1 fence rail due to a large defect and the yard working went off on us. Started being extremely rude and got a major attitude for the rest of the time we were there. We drove 3 hrs to get our fence and were almost at the point we were going to leave it all there.

I got great advice, they made sure I had all the little odds and ends like hardware and scrap pieces, they knew every step ahead of time and made sure I was prepared I felt like they really took the time to not only teach me what I needed to know, but also listen to what I wanted.
