You cannot walk in the door without being greeted. For those of us who are intrinsic people, its a little unsettling. Family owned business is great, the old man knows his guns and will help you make the right choice. Very good at getting the guns for the right price, and will order anything they dont have. Fine selection of cleaning kits, ammo, and accessories. I trust these guys and they will always do good business.
Hands down, one of the best experiences Ive ever had.so patient with everything. Very nice and knowwhat theyre doing.thanks Burke and Jay,for an awesome experience.Guaranteed the only place I will shop for firearms. Best prices in Vermont.I urge everybody to shop there.THANK YOU:Dewey Young
Good people and Good shop. Ive bought a couple guns from them, and they are quality sellers. Good products and good knowledge. They have a small town feel, but still have great prices.
Dont waste your time here. They have zero customer service. They dont back up what they sell. I returned a gun that they sold me that was faulty but J doesnt remember me. Told me the gun he JUST sold me was UNSELLABLE. no kidding. BUYER BEWARE.
So far been having a rough time buying from these guys. Communication isnt the best and I dont feel particularly comfortable or secure with the methods of payment and shipment of my orders from here.
Very polite and friendly. Also gave good advice and lessons on the items that I was seeking.
Talk about bad service, high prices and about the worst attitude you can imagine. Im a gun guy, and the last TWO TIMES I gave these guys a chance the following has happened:1.) Laughed me out of the store when I contested their $200 trade in value for my 1911 with 50 rounds through it. They go new for $800, and the dealer buys them for around $700. So adding insult to injury by laughing me out the store is absolutely UN-acceptable.2.) When I went to the Barre Gun Show and asked about getting some cheap used Sig mags for a 9mm 226 (you can get them online for around $25-30) AGAIN they laughed at me and told me I was full of ****In a store with as much troubled history as BJs, I would suggest going to a reputable firearms store. My business is strictly with guys I can TRUST and COMMUNICATE with. Take your purchases and service needs to someone who knows what theyre talking about.
They are expensive but do try to take care of you.Just like new england target, overpriced, high tech and closed, damn!
Pricey but worth it. They do have a lot of hard to find guns!
Small shop, but back in 2008 when I couldnt find 45 ACP anywhere, BJs had piles of it.
Great store and selection and Good guys behind the counter! !!
Good service; knowledgeable.
Slow to do business with. Rocky transaction.
