Really disappointed with the attention to service. I called in multiple times throughout the morning (from opening time to about one) to see if they had the product I was looking for. No one ever answered the phone or returned my voicemail. Decided to drive the hour because I really needed 16 ounce ice cream containers. When I pull into the parking lot they have a big sign saying that they aren’t taking credit cards. It’s really frustrating to have to drive all that way when you tried to get in communication with the business all morning to avoid this exact situation. I think that this business needs to be more attentive to phone calls. In addition they don’t have 16 ounce ice cream pints available.

Walked in and the four people sitting behind the desk could not be bothered to even say hello.....after walking around in the cluttered showroom......I finally had to ask for help. I was told that they would have a quote for me the next day.....4 days later I had to call back to the classic line oh I am working on that now. We spent our $3500 00 at Green Mountain restaurant Supply. I will never set foot in Kittredge again.
