Irritating... got a trailer, 20 min later, can you bring it back and swap it. We did, but still irritating.
Typical Williston,ND service. Had a reservation for a trailer 2 weeks in advance and then showed up 15 minutes early to find out the reservation couldnt be filled because our trailer was never delivered. I had to go running around town chasing down a trailer. They made no effort to inspect the trailer, check tires or do any maintenance before I picked it up. Completely typical of Williston. Dont ever reply on these people when moving and have a back up plan! Always be willing to run around town or out to Sydney or Minot to get your family moved.
I rented a trailer and am currently renting a storage unit here. Friendly people in the office. Prices are kinda high for there units but the added security and temperature control makes up for it.
Very nice workers and great place to get a storage too. I would recommend to anyone.

Terrible customer support. The people here are extremely misinformed and downright rude. Tried calling and asking for a manager to make a complaint and was given run around by a very rude employee who just hung up on me when I insisted on talking to a manager.
Edit-My second visit to this location was a one star event. After watching the clerk completely fail at navigating the program for 40 minutes I left without renting equipment. They were completely unable to do a basic rental and when it got more complex (changing from a trailer she couldn’t figure out how to select to a truck) I somehow had an order for a truck AND the trailer I had hoped for. Giving 3 stars because its an average between the excellent service I received a few months ago to the complete waste of time I dealt with today.Original review-Exactly what I expected. Quick to rent a trailer and the gal at the desk did a little extra work to make sure I was getting the best deal. I’m happy with the service I received.
A simple trailer drop off. Ignored while two staff members chatted with somone they obviously knew. What felt like forever later they finally acknowledged me and told me to go ahead and drop it anywhere. They never came out from behind their desks.Still probably the best service ive ever gotten in Williston. Which is honestly not saying much.
Not hard to find, nice people, seem generally competent and knowledgeable.
OMG, if I were you I would not go to this place. Or I would not get any help from the young lady name Becky, I hope that she will never become a manager. I understand policy I get it not asking for much. Need a truck pick up at 5:30pm she tells me that I have to have it back buy 12am in the morning because they will be doing a inspection of the truck, I dont think so, I told her that I will have it there when they open she says the I will get charge for 2 days if I did, i am like then change me for 6hr not for a day how do you charge for a day and only give someone 6hr, an then she say that I walk in with an Attitude so you know if someone as one just by looking at them hmm ok. I just dont understand if you dont like people than you should not work in the Service field. I wonder if this is a deeper issue than what I am seeing
Booked a reservation, provided card information, was assures i could pickup trailer after hours. Arrrive to pickup trailer at 11pm, nobody around, no trailer found. Call national customer service, was then told after hour pickup not available for this trailer. Scheduled pickup for next morning. Get there just after lunch the following day and am told i was late, so my reaervation was canceled and no trailer was available. Advised attendant of previous night issue, that i provided my credit card to hold the trailer, and that the card is provided as collateral in case a customer doesnt show up, they are still paid for holding it. She basically told me kick rocks and leave the store. Called national customer service again, explained situation and national rep advised they did have another trailer coming in at 5pm at that location.Never in my life have i been jerked sround so much, and i was once married to a european feminist she-devil
The lady and sorry I didnt get her name was very nice and professional. Was able to reserve my uhaul in just mins. Did ya know they buy back your unused boxes?

Overcharged with no refund, I was a little late and charged an entire day. My $39.99 rental ended up $200 !! The people here are very rude and unprofessional. Id rather use a shopping cart to move next time then give these people anymore business
This business just told my wife and I that our reservation for a 15 foot vehicle that we made over a month ago cannot be filled, we have no idea what to do now. Not dependable.
Had my hitch installed here but when they put the wiring harness in they did maybe a 1/4 of the work and shorted some lights in my taillights and break lights. Will never use this uhaul ever again
They are usually pretty helpful when you come here have never had a issue with my storage as far as it being messed with or anything od that nature and overall the security is good here the only problem I have are there rates are really high and thats why they dont have as much bussines as other storage places just need to drop the price and I guarantee it will fill up like nothing!
Unprofessional and INCONVENIENT !!!Uhaul as a company has always been HORRIBLE, unfortunately there prices are competitive so I continue to have to use them.Uhaul has always been a disappointment FOR YEARS, but the Williston location tops it off as the worst I’ve experienced yet !!DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
If you could do no stars I would! This place is completely unprofessional had a reservation and they would not rent me the trailer during business hours. The help should be fired immediately!! Would not go there if my life depended on it!!!! Go to any other uhaul place in the surrounding areas before these guys!!!!!!

It seems like its standard practice to charge you with barley enough mileage to make it to your destination not including drop off. They make their money off of extra charges. Not an ethical company. Buyer beware
If I could give no stars I would they are a joke, unwilling to help at all. I didnt know that they have a uhaul in Watford city so I ask if I could drop off there and it was a no and if I did it would cost more money I truly dont understand why they are so money hungry but they are thanks for nothing
Ugh. First it was impossible to reach someone locally. Then when we finally did and asked our question about a vehicle tow dolly we were given inaccurate information. But didnt find out until we arrived to pick it up. Due to incorrect information provided by them, we couldnt use the vehicle tow dolly and it almost ruined our entire plans. Thank goodness for friends. This local uhaul screwed up for sure.
Quick and simple process picking up my uhaul. Great staff.
Signed for it without inspecting first do not do this when dropping off they charged me an additional 50$ to sweep out inside. Also person before me hauled a dog inside cab hair everywhere. Picked up 1/4 tank returned with over half no fuel credit back. Lady said she couldnt do anything her hands were tied. So make sure to inspect before signing.

Arrived at location, 8:05am, door was locked until 830, 15 minutes for paperwork, 15 minutes to try two different trailers and no lights worked, another 15 minutes to change paperwork with new trailer numbers... This is rediculous... 1 hour behind schedule thanks uhaul, reservation number 21167748

Extremely unprofessional. Avoid these people. They charged me over $80 more than the rental agreement that I signed. The pickup I rented was returned with no damage, clean and full of fuel. The kid behind the counter said I would be charged $0.29 for every mile I went over the initial estimate. I went 5 miles over and they charged my debit card $88 dollars more than the rental contract. This morning my bank called and said they were trying to charge another $66. Ive already reached out to the BBB.
