This place is disgusting. Flies everywhere. Drink area is always dirty and is hardly ever stocked.

I had no idea until someone clued me in. I dont live in Willmar. Someone told me about the only place open 24/7 in the whole town. I got there pretty late after being stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance with a flat tire. All I know is I was starving and needed certain accommodations after being stuck so long. This place had everything. At the time it was such a blessing. It offered hot food and so much more. Great facilities. And even better staff. This particular night it was a woman named Bonita and she was amazingly helpful and so sweet. I received so much comfort just from this gas station which seems funny but at the time I needed it. Im so grateful.

This KwikTrip has lost my business. The last 4 times Ive been inside the store...including this morning... the employees masks were worn below their noses. Twice I called management to express my concerns and was told theyd look into it, but nothing seems to change. I value my health and those of others. Since they dont seem to care about themselves or their customers, I will not be back.

Poor customer service everytime I come to this specific store coffee is never ready as well

Such an amazing experience when it first opened. Today It was a mess. All around the food and coffee counters are dirty. A. Lot of crusted food. Several employees just walking around. Could have been walking around with a rag and wiping down surfaces. It was a disappointment.
