It was heavenly. brand new store in a new development means that this place has some really nice stuff and it wasnt a total mess like some home goods store can be. it was big, clean and had a huge variety.

Amazing store!Very large, nice, clean and comfortable. There is a large selection of home goods. Everything is very beautiful and high quality. I really like tableware, kitchen accessories, decor products. A very large selection of different pillows. Great merchandising at this store. The most important thing is that no one bothers you to calmly walk around the store and buy everything you like without stress. The only drawback is the very small selection of rugs. These rugs are not of the highest quality.

Awesome HomeGoods. Walked out with a few hundred dollars worth of stuff. A lot of selection and the pricing as you would expect for a HomeGoods was more than reasonable. Store was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and if I were in the area Id go out if my way to stop in Im sure Id find something to add a nice touch to my home.

Love Home Goods and the employees who work at the location in the Promenade. Ive been to this location multiple times and theyre always helpful, patient and accommodating. Specifically, the Manager Donald, Kyla, Brandon and Ellen. I always leave having a positive experience, and its hust so nice to encounter staff that cares about their customers. Great Job!!!

A good selection of goods. Usually can find some unique items. On the downside they still require masks even if you se fully vaccinated so I don’t agree with that.

Going to the new Home Goods yesterday was an awful experience and we will never go again. The sales girls were rude and pre- occupied with each other and were buying their own food while people waited in line. We were unable to talk to the manager who was unavailable. We even called later and she was still not available. I miss the old store where there were really nice people. What happened?

This is a new store in this a area. I love shopping at Home Goods. Items change from day to day. I will most surely return to this store.

They had everything you would possibly want/need. I went to get pillows, & saw more items I couldve use to add more decoration to my place.I forgot to take pictures of the inside.

Never able to get help unless I go and get someone to help me. Not good.. Awesome place to shop. I think more people should be able to assist you on sales floor.

3 stars for the store setup, which is disorderly but understandable considering the volume of people shopping. Employees greet upon entering and very friendly. Could do better with price tags on every item. Furniture prices are not nearly as good as Wayfair.

It was great but, they are moving to a new store beginning April 15.

It has HomeGoods where you can shop& look around It has lots of selections to choice from & It has toys for kids & muchMore for kids too they have great co-workers who Works there their also have Home Decor to decoration your house It has so much stuff for Home Decor & many more.

There was a chair I wanted that had no price tag. I asked an employee in a neighboring department for assistance and she told me that she was it able to go to that department but that she would call someone. She called for assistance over the phone and told me to just wait in that department for someone to find me. After 15 minutes I let her know that no one had arrived and she sent me back over there and said they would show up soon. 10 minutes later I spotted another employee and told him that I had been waiting for quite a while for assistance. He told me that he was helping another customer and get an offer call anyone else to help me. I then joined the long line to the cashier. I explained the situation to the cashier, Avionee (sp?) and she left the front to assist me immediately (which I didnt expect her to do). She found the item number printed on the item which indicated the price. Its obvious that the other two could have done the same thing in seconds but chose not to. Im grateful for her assistance but disturbed at the lack of customer service the other two displayed

I love this place. Prices are great. Quality varies. Often prices are way better here than elsewhere on identical items. The nature of this place though is hit or miss. They may not carry the same items season to season. It is hard to leave this place without buying an unanticipated item!

It is mostly decorative items. They dont carry small appliances, etc. It is basically a large store with all of the things in the home sections of TJ Maxx and Marshalls. But they also carry pet toys, etc. Which makes no sense. I expected it to be more like a bed, bath, and beyond but less expensive. It is definitely not.

Products were very interesting. Prices were good. Very unexpected. Will definitely be going back.

The HomeGoods in Willow Grove PA is severely lacking. I have seen much better selections of merchandise in just about every other Home Goods I have been to - including Houston, Texas, Maple Shade, NJ, and Los Angeles. The one thing that is consistent at all of the HomeGood stores I have been to is the long lines and painful process to pay and get out of the door.

Went to this store looking for several household items. Absolutely disappointed. Most of the products werent brand names and the prices were high. Got one item & went to check out had to wait in line for a period of time that was uncalled for. Saw several employees who had seen the long line and did nothing. Will never go back
