The store is not inside Old Navy. Its located to the right of the Old Navy entrance, around the corner, in between the old navy sign and AAAThe people are friendly. I went in to cancel my service. Walked right up, gave the guy my box, got receipt and email proving cancelation. Dont cancel online. Go in store. It took me 5 minutes.

It’s not the store— it’s the poor quality WiFi hotspot service. Ever since they announced closure on 12-17, the service I’m paying for goes out about every 10 minutes. I’m watching something and have to check constantly to see if I’m still connected. Either it disconnects me from the site I’m on or my phone (the device in question) switches me to Consumer Cellular’s WiFi, which is limited because CC subcontracts for a very limited amount of WiFi. After Covid, when it’s safe to allow outside contractors in when one is immunologically compromised, why should I sign up with xfinity for monthly router service after this experience??

Went to Xfinity Service Center for account change. Was instructed that it is better to make an appointment. We made appointment for help with account change. We arrived early for the appointment. They saw us right away. The service team member was only qualified for New Account Set Up . Very frustrated that we wasted time and could not get issued resolved. This could have been avoided if we were told when we made the appointment that the service team member can only set up new accounts. We would have never made the appointment. Please change the name to Xfinity New Account Set Up, as Xfinity Service Center is mislesading.

I like the set up and flow of service. The check in makes transactions easier to handle and organizes workload. Very well put together and a thousand times better than the last location. New office space looks amazing and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Love the interactive set up. Reminds me of a cell phone store, but handles way more by combining cable services. Great job guys 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Keep it up!

This is a “drop” location but you can’t drop and leave, you have to wait in a long line for the guy at the front desk to type in your name and address which is on the box. If you don’t want to waste your time, just mail in the equipment.

Improved, better and more knowledgeable then when I initially visited this Willow Grove, PA Xfinity store. Not sure if it was the early shift or if you replaced/retrained the old guard. Bottom Line - this stores staff at 1pm on Thursday 24OCT19 was the example of Professionalism that all stores strive for.

Long wait time! manager on morning shift sits on computer instead of helping customers first that are waiting for a long time!! Than they are also sold out of a lot of items such as air pods, but there still on display as if they are in stock! The young lady in front who greets customers was very nice

I had a hard time activating my new Apple Watch on Xfinity. I went to this store and they took the time to troubleshoot and tried to activate it. The store had the same problems trying to activate it but they got me in touch with technical support. By the next day my watch was working perfectly. I thank them for their time and for escalating my activation problems. They really were great at helping me out even though I bought the watch from Apple and not from them. Daniel at the store is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This company will rip off your parents and grandparents if you don’t interfere. My parents have been paying $40 for 3mbps for 15 years. I did the math and assuming this plan was outdated for ten years, my parents have overpaid a total of $4,666. I wouldn’t recommend this company to any decent human being.

I had a locked in price for basic cable and they told me I would never get a increase unless I upgraded. They honored that for 27 years and then said they couldnt afford to do it anymore and doubled my rate so I did away with Comcast all together I even wrote a letter registered mail to Brian Roberts CEO of Comcast and his assistant told me they could not afford to keep me and honor my contract.

Would give this place 6 stars if they google let me ! Carmine was EXTREMELY helpful every single time I stopped in. Never a long wait even when the place is packed. If you need any help with anything Xfinity related, you have to stop in and ask for Carmine(Hope Im spelling his name right lol)!!

Do more thorough checks on who you sign up. Someone was able to steal my social security number and sign up for a Comcast account. Ran up the bills, never returned the equipment. This company does ZERO to help through this and wont take charges off despite me having endless proof that I never lived in West Philly. This is the only company Ive had issues with recovering from this.

DO you like being on the phone with the cable company? Great! Well now you have a better option! You get to go be on the phone with the cable company BUT IN PERSON!There is even a ticker where you get to watch your name not go anywhere for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or longer!I thought I would just STOP in to return my cable box....Look, the person I dealt with was super friendly and helpful.But that was only after the guy next to me was threatening to fight and almost had the police called on him to make him leave the building.I think he was out of line, and not the customer service person.But it all adds to the atmosphere of the amazing service of comcast!One benefit - you get to be in a room full of people who also hate the fact they are there and would rather be doing anything else - like having teeth pulled!All that and I am still paying $90 a month for internet access.Huzzah!

All I want to do is return a cable box. 25 minutes in and Im still watching the same people do God knows what. I have a number though. Im next..... They already have my box by the way. The guy scanned it. I asked him if I really have to wait and he scanned his hand sanitizer to show me that scanning is just for show and doesnt do anything.Can you imagine CHOOSING to get a cell phone from these clowns? This place is run exactly like the DMV. Im here because I dont have a choice.

Went to pick up my new router for internet service for the house and was in and out within 5 minutes. The 2 people who helped were nice and fast.Nice store and treatment as I was wearing my AT&T work shirt haha. Besides that, not a huge fan of their internet packages/pricing coming off Fios, but new apartment only uses Comcast so I am kind of forced to use it otherwise Verizon would still be my pick.

Stopped in yesterday to sign up for Xfinity Mobile, including the purchase of a new phone and a changeover from Verizon. The entire process went smoothly (including the setup of the new phone), although there was one incorrect statement made. I asked about accessing data at home through my own router (making it clear it was not one I rent from Comcast). I was told it would be automatic--there would be no need to supply the router password, etc., because Xfinity would use a back door process, making access seamless. I was skeptical.....and it turns out I was right. I indeed had to figure out how to get the phone to recognize my router to get wifi access. Not a big deal, but the representative either should be more careful about making false promises or not make up an answer if he actually was not sure. Otherwise, I was quite pleased.

The Comcast store is generally okay they generally help you! My issue is with customer service when you call in its the worst ever Ill do anything not to call them weve had a faulty modem for 3 years, always messing up our service and I ordered a iPad and returned it Comcast is saying they didnt get it they ripped me off of 125.00 and if I didnt pay they would cut off our service I wish I could cancel Comcast and when I find a way to get rid of them I will!

So several months ago we “upgraded” to a new router/modem which we were told it would make our internet better in every way, keep in mind we had 3+ year old router before so ofcourse we got the “upgrade”. So we set it up and it didnt work and needed to call customer support which is just abysmal. We eventually get it working but our internet since getting the router it slows down massively, goes out, and needs to be reset every day. For the last few weeks ive been using my phones data and hotspot for my needs which is pitiful to have to rely on instead of an actual router.

Never buy a phone from Xfinity Mobile it is a trap. If you return the device, they will cancel your phone number without informing you. It took me over 12 hours of in-store visits and phone calls to get my phone number back. Of the 12 hours i was probably on hold 8 hours.

The staff was....... ehh, at best. there were 10 customers milling about the store while one employee was actually working, the other 4 employees were standing at the rear desk just chatting away. it shouldnt an hour to swap a router.....which here is a question: comcast leases the routers to us for $10 a month...the value of the router is approx $120.... after 1 year the cost of the router is paid, so still lease/charge for the router? whatever. lol.

Dreadful. Just dreadful. Incompetent. Clueless. Totally unhelpful staff. Other agents saw my agent was having great difficulty figuring out how to set up my account. I asked him to ask the others for help, which they all heard, but he refused and got made that I suggested that. And the other team members totally ignored the situation. Rude, inconsiderate, and most of all, completely and totally disrespectful. And, of course, they totally messed up my account by creating it in a different state and address that was not mine so I have had no service as they try to unravel the mess they created.

I have Comcast Xfinity for TV, Phone, Internet. While pricey, I have no issues and actually prefer their TV service/options over Verizon/Fios. As far as Xfinity Mobile... for me personally... I wasnt a happy camper after the switch from VZW who I had been with for 13+ years. VZW is pricey and thought Id jump ship to Xfinity to save money. Though I gave it a fair shot, it wasnt worth it. Comcast may say its on the VZW network (thinking its the same quality), but its definitely NOT. If youre and Android user (as of the date of this review), they dont support Wifi calling, so youre SOL. Yes, available for iPhone. In short, theres a huge savings IF you use little data. If you want unlimited, its the same as VZW. Plus VZW programs for international are available, not with Xfinity. So why post this about the W.G. store?? Because the sales guy didnt give me the 4-1-1 on the service shortcomings. But to be fair ... I think theyre all clueless about the shortcomings.
