🛑⛔️Please do not go here.I had purchased 3 hats from here.I purchased a cap for my kid one week back and they did not accept return for this hat telling it was used when it was not used.There RETURN POLICY SAYS RETURN IS ALLOWED but this is not true.Please don’t waste your money here.Also I saw a RAT running around in this store.Will not be coming back to this store.Informed the store manager jarald as well he also REFUSED RETURN!!!

So if you buy from lids.com and have to return something dont worry they wont take it. They make you go and try to return it through post. You are the same company as your website?? So get ready to wait and possibly have your package lost. Thanks lids last time shopping here Also they charge you 9.99 to return it. What a joke
