Only issue was a gentleman had a dog with him that was not a service animal OR on a leash. I was advised by an employee that they are not allowed to confront them per management.Management definitely needs to step up and listen to your employees especially when food is involved.

Went to this Walmart because my usual place didnt have the Moderna vaccine. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and courteous. And as I looked around, I noticed this store had a bigger variety than my own store.

This is a typical shopping day at the Eastlake Walmart - 9am on a Monday morning and shelves are empty. Happens way too often. Between empty shelves and common items under lock&key, Ive stopped going to this store that is 2miles away from home, and will go elsewhere for my own sanity. Dont waste your time coming here - shop elsewhere.

Busy, busy, busy. Shelves being restocked in the late afternoon so sometimes carts werent able to go through. Perhaps earlier in the day would be a better time to shop.

My experience with this company has been excellent time and time again. Until recently, services and stock as well as cleanliness and atmosphere have been top notch. With the rise of the pandemic and the new variety, less and less has been managed and it both saddens and infuriates me to see such a nice store going downhill during this crisis.

Quoted $1,140.00 to purchase 4 shocks w/ install on 3 in. (High Country) Lifted pickup. Looked up shocks, I can get delivered to home for $89.64 a pair. Offered to come down in price to $940.00 what a rip off out fit, buyer be ware 😒

Have not been out to Walmart Eastlake in years it was very clean very very clean only thing I found they did not have any Frozen TV dinners

Terrible Walmart store. Go somewhere else. Waited forever for curbside pickup. Still waiting. My hair is turning gray and my tires went flat on my car. Now my car wont start and the gasoline is stale. I may have to call Uber eats meet me here to bring me something to eat.

I dont ordinarily shop at Walmart, but I needed ripe avacados to make guacamole, and I know they always have some, and at a decent price. Also picked up most of the other ingredients I needed and was given a cut in the self-checkout line by a guy who saw I only had a few items. It was relatively quick and painless, thank goodness, even on a crowded Saturday afternoon!

Better than South Euclid. South Euclid is trash.

Compared to the South Euclid Walmart, this one is heaven . It’s quiet, neat and organized and self checkout moves pretty fast .

It was wonderful. Happy people shopping and working. A great experience. I cant wait until I have to need more groceries and housewares so I can go back and make more friends.

It is not the best but you should be able to find what you need. They could carry more 3xl tops in the mens department and be mindful of the produce. Check it before buying as it might look fine but could be too squishy to the touch.

Walmart has increased prices 20%-50% on about 90% of their items. Small box of garbage bags reg. $1.98 is now $2.98. The GV thick cut bacon was $2.60 - now $3.48. There was no increase in quality or product and same packaging. GV soy milk was $2.09-now its $2.29. I have to admit the shelves were stocked better. The store was clean and Wendy (the cashier at self checkout) was a real trooper handling all of the customer problems. She displayed great customer service attitude and patience.

First time in a while that Ive shopped here and the store looked stocked! Prices are still competitive-low! In and out quickly.

I shop at Walmart all the time online and in store. Its a great place to shop and surprising is good for the items that you may purchase. The downside is the optical department doesnt have a eye doctor

Not a fan of this particular location. Been there only a few times. Mens clothing selection is awful. Wife placed an order online for pick-up & paid for it. When i went to pick the order up 3 different employees told me the order had already been picked up. That Eastlake/Willoughby store is SHADY AF. Would love to see it closed down soon.

This store never has anything and your online orders are never going to be there and ready on time . My advice don’t waste you time unless your getting the items rite the and there . Other locations are your best bet at best .

Great variety as always. Altho certain items finish quickly and are not restocked for afternoon shopping. Otherwise, same quality and peices that you would know and love.

Unfortunately 5 pm is a great time to make all the self check outs credit card only except for one. That was crazy after I rung up all my stuff to find out they were all on card only. Why because in Walmart there is no cash available? Come on!!!!!!

Place is nothing like it was 20 years ago when I was a child. Things were much nicer back then as far as being stocked and clean with friendly employees. Now its sooo soooooo different. Employees are terribly rude. Also i overheard 2 of them talking and they were making racial remarks against white people. Ill be going to mentor, madison or chardon Walmart from now on since my last visit to eastlake left me feeling sad and indifferent!!!!

Went to electronics area where there was two people working I only waited about 5 minutes to get the universal remote I came for was right back out the door and back on the road in no time.... very pleasant workers and well mannerable and helpful.

I go here for most things like food and such but if you need something thats locked behind a glass door like socks or whatever, your service is out right terrible. I came in recently to get some socks and saw noone around so I hit the button on the glass door where its supposed to let an employee know and come help you. Well noone came. So I hit it 4 times total. Still no one. I told 3 different employees before someone finally came to open the case. Literally 30 minutes passed. Thats not acceptable when it comes to service. Thats just terrible.

The customer service was excellent and the woman was patient and explained everything to me, she get 5 stars. The website need to be more informational with their products and how it will be prepared that is the reason for the 3 stars. I ordered a bike for pickup and unbeknownst to me it was not put together, but at the steelyard my bike was ready and put together.

Some of the employess need to be trained better shouldnt have an attitude with customers hard to find stuff. And half the time stuff is in the wrong place example all of one thing would be put in the wrong place and then the workers try to act like its not there fault like today they litterly had the 35 lbs arm and hammer clump and seal under the 16 something price tag and the ones that were ment to be there under the 26. Had to talk to 2 diffrent atore managers to explain walmarts policy of if all of them are there they have to give it at that price. And they tried to argue and i said that i just had to deal with this the other week for my friend over colored pencils. They need to train there employees better. And also the lack of check outs are rediculous thr lines some days are so long alot of people say forget it and leave

I get it, we have shoplifters, and you need to protect some items, but why the hell are the socks locked? I swear, you might as well lock up everything else too. This is not a good place for some anti-social/introverts since every item they want to get is locked or out of reach, and they have to find someone just to get a pair of socks.

Great, but if you need to pay cash you have to wait in the queue a lot like around 30 minutes minimum most likely.

It is a super Walmart so it has a lot of foods. You can do your regular grocery shopping here as well as clothing and home furnishings. Dont expect the employees to help you tho. Most are only there to get paid and do as little as possible. Your best bet for help is to download the app and it can tell you where things are located or if they are out of stock.

Lets just say if I could leave 0 stars I would. The so called Assistant Manger and some of the so called workers are rude, condescending, and cocky. I could go into more but you all know what Eastlake Walmart is!

Its convenient though a lot of food items are never in stock and I still cant get delivery. Self check out is the primary mode if youre disabled you either need to track someone down or wait in a very long line to get assistance at a regular check out lane. I shop here because its close to home otherwise I would go elsewhere.

The Walmarts are getting very cheap. The quality of the merchandise is poor. Half the time they dont keep the shelves stocked & you can never find a floor associate. I needed something from a top shelve & had to get the steps & get it my self.

Always have what I need. Affordable medicine for my 4 leg son.

Average big city Walmart, frequently out of stock especially weekends. That was before Covid and the shortages hit. The Subway inside Walmart wouldnt even give me water in a cup to take medicine with. Better Subway downtown off of vine. You have to go to Madison or Chardon to get a better Walmart.

Uggh this like many other locations, seems to be pretty much tapped out on items. Shelves were empty, disorganized, messy. It seems like they arent getting deliveries. The 2 times Ive been here, its been chaotic and I ended up having to go elsewhere to get what I needed.

Shelfs never stocked like they should be. They never have what you need, and customer service is terrible.

Omg waited in line for a manager at self checkout for about 10 minutes decided to go through a reg line and waited even longer for a manager...

The cashier was very very rude. I was going to buy something this morning because the price sign had a good price, but it rang up a higher price. The cashier didnt believe me so I went back and took a picture, the cashier said what does that prove. Unbelievable. She is in the wrong profession.

I used to love this Walmart, but I was a bit disappointed during my last visit. It seemed like there were more empty shelves than not.

To tell you the truth....I have never been a fan of Walmart. I find it a hit or miss store like Ollies, Marcs or Big Lots. Plus, no thank you from the cashier really galls me. Service is lack luster now a days. I rarely and I mean rarely go to Walmart. I know a lot of people like them.... but I find way better deals at the stores Ive mentioned. TJ Max even has better ( yet limited ) food values.

Ive been going here for years. They have actually had 3 different buildings since I moved here.Generally, Ive had few problems. In the last couple of years, because of shoplifters, theyve locked many items up. You have to push a button to get help, and sometimes help never arrives. 15-20 minutes is too long to wait.

Syntrell was very helpful. He said it was his first day in electronics and he was running around help several customers. He was helping me out with the prepaid phones. Great job

Make sure you dont ever lose your receipt before you walk out the door because if you do theyre going to make it an issue. And not all of their self checkouts accept cash so you have to wait longer for the ones that do accept cash

This is the worst Wal Mart ever. The shelves are always empty, There are teenagers in the sporting good department playing basketball, and knocking things down, I almost got hit by a ball one time when I was in there. The place is a hot mess .One day I went in, and they had no tooth brushes. Alot of things are locked, and you have to ring a bell to get help., and then it takes forever to get them to come to department. The store needs to be evaluated..Very poor management..Its messy, understocked, and not enough workers. The people who are working are always on their phones while unpacking boxes. Its crazy. I use to be a fan of that Wal Mart, and I have spend lots of money in that store. I will no longer step foot in there. Its terrible. Drug Mart even shows them up. Something needs to be done there. Its going down the tubes..

This Walmart is hands down the worst location I have ever stepped foot in. Most the employees seem miserable & are typically rude. I continue to go to this location because it’s near my house but after today’s experience I would rather drive the extra 20 mins for the next closest location than come in here again. I stopped in the bakery to inquire about a cake for my sonde birthday & the woman working acted bothered by me interrupting her cake frosting to ask her a question & then proceeded to act bothered out whole conversation. I then had to make an exchange of one brand of diapers to another (bc the ones I had gave my daughter a rash) SAME SIZE & ALL & they were only going to give me 2 dollars back because I didn’t have a receipt for diapers I received at my baby shower although the berry same diapers were priced at $8 ok the shelves that very same day. I work retail & understand there is policies in place but for diapers that babies can be allergic to that people 9/10 receive as gifts tou can’t just allow to switch it out!? On top of that the associate at customer service was rude, seemed miserable & unwilling to help. I then spoke with the manager & it was the same experience. I called corporate who basically informed me that returns & exchanges do have policy’s but it’s to the managers discretion to over ride it. So in other words they could have been helpful & decided not to. For literally no reason because it wasn’t as if they were taking a loss I just needed to literally switch out diapers. I wish this was my only bad experience but unfortunately every time I’m here it’s unpleasant. Not to mention the store is always a mess & nothing is stocked.

I go to this particular Walmart mostly for their Auto section. I have considered their Oil and filter section because of their low prices but same quality with regular parts store. In fact no other store can beat their price except during parts promotion. I like their self checkout section, too. Their staff attend to your needs when you request for one. A very good place to consider for your car maintenance. Brand name Oil and filters, Air filter, Air condition refrigerant, Windshield wipers, Radiator Antifreeze etc at cry low cost. Go there and help yourself save some money!
