I have VA insurance, and Rite Aid is a pharmacy that is now partnered with the VA to bring veterans better service. As a new program things werent quite set up yet. The young woman and the pharmacist went out of their way making calls to other pharmacist and corporate to get me taken care of.They told me they would call me within a few days which they did and I got my flu shot. This was in the fall, I was able to get my flu shot from then before the VA even had any.
This is only my 2nd time in this store. The 1st time I came in I was looking for an over the counter hair dye in when the pandemic began. I asked did they have hair dye for people of color and was told yes but when I went to that area there was none. No biggie I just went to a store that did. Today I went in after picking up a few things at Aldis. I had a small headache and wanted asprin. I got the asprin and on the way to the cooler to get a bottle of water I realized that one of the two people at the counter was following me. I was shocked but I didnt want to make a scene. I got what I wanted and left. I guess there are places I still cant go in 2021
