They seem to be a good company for home improvement if you live in the area.

After getting numerous quotes from various contractors in the area I chose Bidwell Home Improvement for residing my home. I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience, from the initial meeting for my estimate to the time the work crews finished the job. The contractor was very friendly, knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was looking for. He had very helpful samples that made it easy for me to visualize the color/style that I was looking for. The material was very high quality and I was able to get it at a very fair price. The work crews arrived on time the day that I was told they were scheduled to start. The entire construction team was incredibly polite, courteous, and most important to me clean!!! I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience working with Bidwell and Ill be recommending them to friends and family!

We purchased exterior doors and storm doors from Bidwell for a very large amount of money. When the installers were done and the doors were inspected, we noticed that they ruined the trim around the doors. This was reported to Bidwell and Wells Fargo, who Bidwell finances through, immediately. Bidwell said his installers would come out to inspect. They did and agreed that the trim needed replaced. That was 5 months ago and it still has not been replaced and Bidwell does not return any phone calls from myself or Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo Finance told us to make the first payment and then not to make any further payments until it was replaced by Bidwell. Now since Bidwell does not return Wells Fargo or our phone calls, Wells Fargo is pressuring us to pay for the doors and oh well about the trim being replaced. Wells Fargo also will not allow us to have another company replace the trim and deduct from our bill, which tells me that they were dumb enough to pay Bidwell before the customer gave their approval. I will never deal with Bidwell again. I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and his cohort Wells Fargo also.

Bidwell installed 12 new windows in my house and one patio door 10 years ago with a lifetime warranty. Almost every window (triple panes) is defective and cloudy or mold growing in it. Bidwell has told me that since there are so many bad windows that the factory is responsible and pretty much washed their hand of it. Also told me that the the warranty isnt from Bidwell, its from the factory. Im trying to work with the factory for replacements and have even offered to pay for the labor but after 3 months they are not getting back to me either. Doing this over again I would have paid more for better quality. I would recommend you stay away from Bidwell. They do not back up what they sell you.

I had a fairly serious emergency at my home and have seen Bidwells sign in my neighbors yards after some work was done. So when I noticed some moisture in the ceiling I found out we had a leak Bidwell Home Improvement was my first and last call. I was happy with the service and price. Will be a repeat customer without a doubt!

Replaced my roof and sided my home. Very pleased with their work and pricing.

The timeframe given was misleading, but the work, not that it is done, looks very nice.
