Just had a great experience at The Great Escape Wilmette. We stopped in yesterday to check out their hot tubs, saw a great selection and found our match (Catalina Napa). Randy in sales helped us and couldnt have been more helpful or knowledgeable about their product line which made the process fast and painless. We bought it and looking forward to our delivery in the next few weeks. That picture is me looking suave in one of the floor displays :)

We had a bad experience elsewhere in making a big purchase and came here hoping to get a better idea of what our options were. Randy really took the time to explain everything and made sure that we didn’t leave with any uncertainty or questions. I will definitely be recommending this location and Randy specifically going forward.

Our experience was great--we were able to find a simple dining set for our small patio, and the salesperson answered our questions about storage and durability as we were making our decision. The installation crew was on time and efficient, too!

Nice selection and a local business we’ve repeatedly supported in the past.Unfortunately, at the moment customer service is simply non existent. We wanted to order a simple replacement item from a brand we bought from them before, but phone calls are not returned, emails are ignored, even going to the store and waiting the sales people spent more time answering phones and doing administrative work than attending to customers.

The Willamette store spa people won’t call you back after trying 3 times if you have to ask for service after buying a $9,000 spa and needing service after 20 days of delivery. Buy your spa from somewhere else

Awesome selection of patio furniture and very knowledgeable staff to answer any question you might have. I fully enjoyed the time I spent with my salesperson, who went above and beyond to assist me with picking out just the right set for our family. We could not be happier with our new patio furniture! :)

Was interested in buying a hot tub, the guy who picked up the phone from the Wilmette store was an absolute jerk on the phone. It came off like I was bothering him asking a question about a Hot Tub. LOVE the company but whoever this guy was that picked up the phone does not represent the company well at all.

These are the nicest people you’ll meet. We got our hot tub from the crew in Wilmette and they treat us like family. You can’t go wrong here.

Purchased a Weber gas grill. The grill is awesome and the sales person was even better. Great experience cant recommend them enough!!!

Everyone we have ever dealt with has been nothing but wonderful! amazing service, even when a table was delivered damaged they took it back, and made sure it was ordered that day. Manufacturers maybe to blame on delay, but the staff of Great Escape is exceptional!

Ian is the best pool guy there hes on top of your every need to get your pool on track, great place clean, very nice staff

Do not buy a pool from this place Ian makes you think you are getting a great deal for a great product but the reality is Ive had my pool for two years Ive already had to replace the insides of my heater the ladder has already broken because it is made cheaply, The Ledges are already loose, the automatic cleaner did not work, I feel like they had just sold me the leftovers in their stock I found that the heater they sold me was already out of date when they sold it to me, they told me installation was included but I still had to give the people that installedIt $60 cash with no receipt. Do yourself a favor research everything that you need for a pool do not get the pool packages and you will be much happier customer. And for the record the filter and heater and chlorinator and ladder were all out of the elements for the winter time so they cannot blame the weather

Worst customer service ever. Told me 4 weeks for a table. Called in 4.5 weeks they said 4-6 weeks. Called in 6.5 weeks said it was at the warehouse now were at 8 weeks for a simple outdoor table. People have no idea what is going on at the warehouse or with inventory and are do not give straight answers about anything when it comes to your order. The products are decent although overprice IMO but dont buy anything from them if you need it the same year you want to use it!!!!

Great Escape was Horrible !!!!Needed a Whirl pool for a handicap kid.When I called, I spoke to someone whoagreed to come to give an estimate at 8:30 am last Wed. I was waiting till 930 am. I called and They told me they knew nothing about My appointment and immediatley said that You dont have an appointment and then tried to muscle me to buy a Jacuzzi with out Any estimate and then hung up.Didnt even apologize or try to fix the problem at all.Extremely UNPROFFESIONALStay away from these crooks

Has all the pool stuff you need and a big variety of toys and gadgets. And if you have any I mean any questions about your pool see IAN the pool guru he knows everything.
