I was practicing my violin for a bluegrass class recital when my D string broke. It was 5:45 and the recital was at 7:15. I had no backup strings! I called William Harris & Lee. The woman I spoke with was very nice. She stayed open late for me to get there. She sold me a complete replacement set and put the D string on my instrument. So very nice! The recital went off without a hitch! Thank you William Harris & Lee.
