Competent and Trustworthy!I first had Y-Car do a post-purchase inspection of a vehicle I bought and they gave me a list of items the dealer had failed to address prior to the purchase. The dealer profusely apologized, fixed everything on the Y-Car list and even reimbursed the cost of the inspection. They said they were impressed with the report!Today, I took my vehicle back to Y-Car for routine maintainence which was done in a timely and cost effective manner with NO UP-SELLING (Important to me on a fixed income!).
