Contact was made with Parker Gas soliciting a quotation for the installation of a 500 gallon in-ground tank and connection point for a whole house generator. Parker Gas was one of many companies I reached out to for quotations.More than one of the companies I requested quotations from could not, would not, provide even an approximate month they could perform a site visit to produce a quotation. Some companies performed the site visit leaving us to follow-up seeking their quotation.Parker Gas was the exception: they said what they would do and did what they said they would do. This is so refreshing in a business climate that lacks personal accountability or relationship.From the initial contact with Jonathan the level of respect for us as a potential customer was obvious. He showed up early for the site survey, explained everything Parker Gas would do and provided a quotation at that time. I was made aware of the challenges the pandemic presented and how it might affect the installation schedule.Parker Gas provided updates to the aforesaid- again, refreshing.The carry-over of respect was apparent with the sub-contractors used by Parker Gas. Throughout the various phases of completion all of the Parker Gas employees and/ or sub-contractors introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing, and let us know when thy were leaving and what to expect in future progress.Due to the respect and business integrity Parker Gas has demonstrated we are grateful to be their customer from this point forward.Respectfully,Curtis

I recently purchased a home in Carolina Beach. Since my purchase I have had Parker perform a safety inspection of the appliances, service my generator and most recently relocate an underground tank. They have been on time to every appointment which is critical for me since this is not be full time residence. Every service has been completed thoroughly and they take the time to answer any question i had upon completion. Highly recommend them for any service or maintenance need you may have of your gas products.

Reasonable prices, clean prompt delivery. Automatic billing and they even added a digital device, app, and smart phone interface. Good people to deal with.

Despite some initial problems with communication, a representative of the company called me back finally and clarified issues on their behalf. As a business owner myself I understand youre only as good as the people who work for you and it sounds like theyre taking steps to make sure things are corrected.

Rough start to the process. Propane tank floated up after install. Looked like a submarine in my yard. Came out and solved the issue quickly. Then had issue with the generator but again they came out and solved the issue. As far as service they were polite, professional and timely

I always love coming to Parker gas company Im still giving 5 stars because they always give me great service however, the only detail that I didnt appreciate today is that I brought my 2 tanks to be refilled at 9:30 and was told that the gentlemen were out at a meeting and the lady took my name and phone number and told me she would call me when they got back. 3 hours later I never heard a call so I went there myself and the tanks were already filled and the gentleman that filled them told me he filled them a while ago so please next time have better communication with the people that love getting their tanks refilled otherwise I still dont have a problem with your company just please dont do that again.

Parker provided a new propane tank and the installation hit a problem. The service people worked for 3 hours to correct and their attitude was always positive. The company does a good job of scheduling in advance with follow up.

Love Love LOVE my service through Parker Gas. They have always been kind and very understanding of all my questions even when I use words like “thingie” or was frantic cause I was worried using my gas oven would drain the tank over Thanksgiving (they were right, I was fine). That leads me into the automatic refill option. Such a convenient service so I never ever have to worry having to call for refills. Highly recommend!

Fantastic doing business with them. Seemless and easy just how it should be when providing a service to a customer! I love small businesses, but there are a bunch in town competition to Parker that cater more to the home/residential customer. Parker services my natural gas needs for my home fireplace. Dont waste your time with some of the others in town especially Azalea that guy is a total jerkoff!

Jessie at the front is FANTASTIC as well as all of the installers (shout out to Curtis). The problem is with the rest of the office staff. We consistently have issues with the others and have resulted into asking to speak to Jessie each time we need something. Advice to management is to hire more staff like Jessie. Carlos canceled my appointment that I had made a month in advance and did not call me to tell me he was canceling. While its a long story it would have been easily resolved if he would have just called to speak with me, customer service 101.

Got in a bind when the gas company we were planning to use to install tanks (who would NEVER answer their phone) was booked. Called Parkers, they answered on the first ring. They had a cancelation and thought theyd be able to fit us in but had to double check. The front desk girl called us back quickly, and confirmed. Great customer service.

Parker Gas offers friendly and professional service!! The employees are always professional and they pay attention to detail. They offer specials on refills for the gas grill cylinders if you stop by the store location. Best prices in town!

Parker just completed the installation of an dual fuel range for us (electric oven/gas burners) which involved gas line extension & piping into the house. Great job from start to finish! Were so happy that we chose Parker.

The last propane service we had we ran out of gas in the dead of winter several times. They would say they came by and checked the tank and it was still full. Totally untrue! Parker checks on us regularly and we have never gotten close to losing our heating source. Thank you!!!
