Absolute terrible company to work with.A 33% restocking fee on a. new, unopened item is extortion. 10-20% is reasonable, 33% is absurd. Yes, they have on their site that it could be up to 33% but I didnt read that at the time of the order because I had no intention of returning the item I ordered. I just ordered the wrong item.That doesnt change the fact that 33% restocking fee is insane! Will never do business with this company again.

I ordered a couple floor outlet boxes from them, the items were fine the issue was that it turned out i only needed one and they said i would have to pay a 33% restocking fee on a small item, and they wanted me to pay for the items being shipped to me and then i would also pay for shipping the item back, i would only expect to pay for the return shipping with a full refund of the returned item. I would not recomend doing business with this company.

Placed an order. It was cancelled 4 days later. Understandably this was during corona time, but I feel the order should have never went through in the first place. I could have placed it at B&H and had my equipment already.
