Robert was cool until things became unclear of me actually purchasing my vehicle then he became agitated and kind of rude. Also after the purchase he became rude due to the transaction having a hiccup which ended up being on their end. The finance manager was good at getting the loan approved although my appraisal for my Cruz was way undervalued and belittled. Finance manager also became a bit rude in the process. Love my truck but wouldn’t buy from here again

Everything started out great... Then my car broke down right after the regular warranty expired due to a valve intake converter. They fixed it because thankfully I bought the extended warranty... but they still charged me for a battery. Even though the battery was killed due to the issue with the break down. Then we get to now and two of the tires that they sold me on my car shredded without EVER being driven on flat. I loved this car when I bought it but I now know to never buy a car from here again.Update: When I called about the tires I was told that since they hadnt serviced my car in a year there was nothing they could do. Well, it would help if their company was open during hours that I WASNT at work. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. NEVER AGAIN

It was good just not what we chose to buy.

We bought a used Honda CRV from Bob King and the tire light has stayed on since the second week we had the car. My wife has taken the car in three times to have the car repaired and has yet to get the issue corrected. The salesman that sold us the car (Robert) could not speak enough about Bob Kings great service after the sale. All not true. Not sure what it will take but we will get the issue resolved.
