Very nice gentleman! Made the process less stressful!
Not a very friendly company to work with. Website advertises “same day installation” yet I couldn’t even get one a week out. They also need to have more flexible hours- only offering 9-5 times is crazy, considering people need to work- and will need to pay for this box! I found another company that was much more friendly, and super helpful! They are also cheaper than Smart Start! (Call around- you will find better deals! Including free installation and first month free!)
