We love our awning! Working with the installer, Matt, has been great. He is punctual, courteous, and friendly. Did a great job washing our first awning (lasted 8 yrs) and installing our new one.

5 stars is not enough. I had the pleasure of having them install shutters on my home and they were incredible. I shopped around with other companies in Wilmington area and they were at least 40% cheaper than the others. They were professionally installed and prompt for the installation. The installers were like artisans,making sure everything was perfect. This is the only company I would ever use

Not happy with the follow up service at all. We had Wilmington Awning replace our torn awning on our riverfront condo, which we rent but rarely use ourselves. Although it took several months to do, and not living in Wilmington we assumed the work was completed to spec and correctly installed late last year. Unknown at the time, we no longer had a crank and the awning hadn’t been used since install. We purchased a new crank (from WA) in early July and unfurled the awning for the first time. The awning was not installed evenly on the roller and as a result tore the side of the canvas. We called Wilmington Awning explaining the problem and they were quick to respond. However, then charged an additional $260 for the repair. If we need any other work on the awning, we’ll take our business to Wrightsville.

The installation went fine but service is questionable?I made an appointment a month in advance. On the day of service no one showed up. I got a call from a receptionist who could tell me nobody was coming but absolutely nothing else else. If one person is sick there’s no backup. Sitting here the day after and still don’t know anything. Just called and the same clueless person answered. Still don’t know if anyone is coming.....

We bought the clear shutters for our Wilmington home earlier this year. The team was great to work with. We put them up for the first time this week for Dorian. The panels went in easily and everything lined up perfectly. It was a snap. 2 hours into the Dorian winds, a huge limb cracked right into our bedroom window - no damage! The shutters already paid for themselves in our opinion. Its quieter too. We highly recommend Wilmington Awning.

Had hurricane shutters installed today. Our experience with Wilmington Awning could not have been better. From our first visit with Clint, who offered great expertise and guidance, to our fantastic installation by Roy and Eric and efficient office dealings with Betsy, everyone was friendly and professional and they offered a competitive price. Especially impressed with Roy and Erics cleanup, and attention to protecting our deck, which they were working from, and had been recently refinished. Great experience.

More expensive than expected. And I guess I didnt really know what to expect. The showroom lady was super nice. She gave us the facts. Waiting to have the in home visit Friday.
