OK yall....I thought i knew good bagels. This place is absolutely fire. The food is so good. The pumpernickel everything bagel brings me LIFE. I mean, pumpernickel everything?? Thats genius. And the meat they use is quality. Service is quick and they always get the order right. I have had issues with other bagel places in Wilmington constantly messing up my order but let me tell yall ROUND knows whats up. I will only ever go here from now on.

Got two bagel breakfast sandwiches and two donuts. They were delicious! Everyone was very pleasant and fast. Definitely will stop by again

Took my parents here for breakfast when they were in on vacation. Loved the everything bagel and also the omelette was a big hit. Dad said they have amazing sweet tea. Staff is super friendly and Kasey went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Thank you for great customer service!!!

As a girl who grew up in new jersey, bagels are hands down my favorite breakfast food. And ROUND realllllly knows how to make those bagels!!! The prices are amazing. The staff was kind and extremely helpful. Not to mention they have FRENCH TOAST BAGELS which are to die for and I have yet to find a place outside of Jersey that sells them. OH AND DID I FORGOT TO MENTION… They have PORK ROLL!!!! (Or Taylor ham for you north jersians)

Stopped there twice while in Wilmington. Very good bagels / breakfast sandwiches. Prices are very good, staff is very nice and they get you in & out. If the line is out he door STAY ! is worth it

I do like this place, but If you are looking for something fast and efficient, I would recommend get your breakfast elsewhere. All I got was a sandwich and it took a total of 22 minutes. And the sandwich was even wrong! A lot people looked frustrated in there too. I won’t be coming back when I have work in the morning…it just takes too long, I’ll have to go somewhere else.

Love their Everything bagels. They do a super job at actually coating the whole bagel with seeds, not just a sprinkle on the top. Only reason Im not giving five stars is because they need to learn how to make a toasted butter bagel. Both times Ive ordered its just barely warm with a heaping glob of butter that cant melt.

Bagels are amazing. Breakfast sandwich was amazing. Love that their bagels are thinner and lighter than most. Not sure of all are like that.

They have great bagels but today..i called to place an order and left me on hold for 12 mins and when i get there all the cashier said was she busy it happens sometimes.

I usually like this place for the most part but today I ordered a sweet tea and they handed me a small cup and said we don’t serve large sweet tea’s because we have to make it ourselves.... they never even offered to allow me to pay for a large sweet tea. Poor customer service and generally rather slow. You only get the option of a large drink of its a soda. I’ve been waiting on a bagel for 15 minutes now as well.

Delicious bagels; they aren’t good at handling when the store is busy though. You’ll get asked 3 times if you want to leave a tip.. annoying

I have only been in Rounds one time since The Bagel Basket closed who by the way I loved and was so sad when they closed. Anyway I decided to give them another try; well to say the least I was disappointed again. Two people who placed their orders about 5 mins after I did recd their orders before I got my food. They just seem so unorganized and unapologetic when they have clearly screwed up. Im done.

Bagels are good but not “OMG” gotta have them. Was hoping for a more fluffy bagel, they were pretty dense. If you have a hankering for a bagel, it will satisfy. Husband had the everything bagel with lox and the works and said it was best hes had in the area. I had the everything plain. Was good. We miss Noahs Bagels in California (started in Berkeley and Noah was from NYC). Did not taste the donuts. I

I usually go to Beach Bagels in Wrightsville Beach & they are so accommodating + friendly even when they are crazy busy. Today I went to Rounds and although my bagel was okay, I wanted to get an egg+cheese & they couldn’t be bothered to accommodate to my diet. I am a vegetarian, most places have no problem with quickly wiping down a section of the grill to not cross contaminate. When I asked the cashier if that was something they could do for me before preparing my bagel she quickly shut me down and said “no” which was very unprofessional...poor customer care/service. Didn’t even bother to ask whoever was cooking. Anyways I work in the service industry & I also find it very tacky the cashier asks “Do you wanna leave a tip?” to every customer she rushes to cash out. You should never ask someone or assume they want to leave a tip. It’s just a no no. Just a suggestion... like I said I work in the service industry (not food) but I would be EMBARRASSED to EVER ask someone for a tip. Even after a 2 hour service. It’s just not proper etiquette. But your cashier who can’t even be bothered to accommodate any customer can ask “Do you wanna leave me a tip?” With every 10 second interaction she/he has with someone. It’s embarrassing. I happily leave Beach Bagels tips because they don’t even push to ask. They always accommodate me regardless. Do better. Yeah you get business from college students who really don’t care, but my encounter with your business today it was purely embarrassing.

Havent had bagels that good since I lived up North!

Blah. Since when does an Everything bagel only have poppy and sesame. No garlic, no onion. Tasteless. Bacon was barely cooked and so soggy grease was all over the foil.

Friendly and personable service, clean and bright setting and a tasty breakfast. We enjoyed our visit there.

Biggest irritation was that the cashier wasn’t wearing his mask over his nose, nor did he ask the other people in the restaurant doing the same thing to correct themselves. The wait was long and there were bugs landing on us, but overall the bagel was fine. Wouldn’t go back though.

First time here and I’m pleased. I hate not have a Brueggers (spelling) in this town, but what can ya do? I had the Lox and cream cheese and the order was correct and everything looked fine. Didn’t try any coffee’s so can’t attest to that. There were two ladies working when I went in and both were friendly. It took a second to be acknowledged, but they appeared to be doing something at the moment so no big deal. There was no line when I went so I can’t say how it is when it’s busy.

We were glad to support a local business especially during this time. The woman taking our order was very kind and even noticed the military ID in my wallet to give me an extra 10% off without me asking. I found this very kind. We got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and sausage egg and cheese bagel. They were both great. Iced coffee was also delicious. Keep up the great work yall!

Im from NY and Rounds doesnt disappoint. There bagels a great, good selection of shmear (wish they had olive CC tho). Good egg sandwiches. Its my fave in town so far.... Last time I could have had more cream cheese. I shouldnt have to ask for it to be on right. Make it delicious, hook it up.

The “Hangover” was one of the best bagels I’ve ever had in my life, my girlfriend had the lox and was also very satisfied with it, incredibly hospitable and welcoming staff, very cozy breakfast eatery with everything ranging from bagels to various sandwiches, delicious donuts and a big number of coffee beverages as well! Will definitely be coming back here every time we’re in Wilmington! You won’t forget this place

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon on it and got minimal to no cream cheese on it, wish I could post pictures on here. Very disappointed.

Ive been going here for a couple years now. I tried to call in my order so I drove in place is packed. I watched a women get her order walk outside sit down and open her bagel to find out she had another bagel in her bag that wasnt hers. She walked it back inside told the older women who works there. I witnessed her open the wrapper peel the egg and cheese from it and throw it back on the grill like they were going to serve the bagel and egg to someone else. Absolutely disgusting, especially right now with covid.

My mom picked up bagels for me while I was in town and I was incredibly surprised at how good they were--so much so that I went back three days in a row. The jalepeno one is my favorite. Definitely reccomend giving them a go and appreciate the quality they are maintaining even in a pandemic.

Not one of the employees was wearing a mask. I saw the cashier go from the register to cutting a bagel and back to the register without changing gloves or washing hands. I ordered 2 sandwiches and received 1 napkin. This place used to be good but with no manager in sight, it has gone way downhill.

Bagels were good but my egg was a little over cooked. Im sure it was probably a one time mistake.

Been a while since I have been back as my first few experiences weren’t that great. Today was much different, fast courteous service, good prices and it seems as if they have updated their equipment because it wasn’t smoked out in there. Bagels are light and airy, a little different then the dense NY bagels I grew up with, but it works! I would recommend asking for a “lightly” toasted bagel as a full toast burnt some toppings on the everything bagel but good nonetheless. We’ll be back!

I live in Raleigh but every time I visit Wilmington I always make an effort to stop here. Their bagels are so freaking delicious & their coffee is out of this world. The service is great as well; the food came out super quick. I would recommend this place to anyone! I haven’t had any of their donuts so I can’t really speak to that!

Never had a fresh bagel before so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was absolutely delicious! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cant argue with the prices either. I would definitely go back for the Everything Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese. Yummy!!

Great bagels, eggs and meat made to order, wife selection of cheeses. The sweet tea is addictively good, I think they brew it fresh. They get busy, so its easier to call ahead by 10 or so minutes. Best bagels in Wilmington, in my opinion.

The food at Round is edible. Thats about as good as it gets. I believe the place has changed hands a time or two over the years and currently somethings not working. Behind the counter looks to be complete chaos with those cooking stepping over and working over each other. While the cooktop area is very small, they were counting bagels and repeating instructions multiple times after each other. There were at least two couples that walked out. The service was incredibly slow and when our bag was finally slapped on the counter top there wasnt a thank you, sorry for the wait, KMA, nothing. We ordered two simple, on the menu sandwiches with no substitutions. The bagels were not tasty, the eggs werent seasoned and maybe are a mix instead of fresh, and there was a burnt lump of something from the grill under my sausage. The plain cream cheese did taste like plain cream cheese though. So if you arent in a hurry and dont have access to any other bagel or breakfast place in town then this is a place with food. Personally, I dont think Ill give them a 3rd try to make me feel like I wasted time and money on subpar food.

This place has the BEST team, donuts, best coffee brews, and food. Definitely stop by here if you are in the Wilmington area.

We had bagels and donuts and both were delicious. I thought the fresh veggie cream cheese was the perfect accent to my everything bagel. The coffee was good also. Their staff was friendly and our food was made just as we requested. We will be back soon.

I called to make sure they were open and had a specific item in stock. The girl was a little rude on the phone probably because they were busy. I showed up, ordered, and paid and was told it would be 20 minutes. I wish I was told that before ordering. They prioritize to go orders over the people that are standing there waiting. The lox bagel wasn’t that great and I regret waiting 20 minutes for it.

Get a French toast bagel

I live about .5 miles from rounds. I’m a northerner so I know a good bagel when I taste one. Always quick & friendly service and the prices are perfect! Im never disappointed. Perfect for my morning bagel craving.

I just wanted to say this was very different than my first few experiences here. Ive since moved to Raleigh and thought Id try it out since the only thing I didnt like the last times was the service. It was amazing, thanks for the amazing bagels!

Service and care has gone downhill with every new owner since bagel basket. We (handful of guys from an auto shop) go there a few times a week and every time I am hesitant but I decide to order. And every single time my order is wrong as is most of the others. They mix match what is supposed to be in each sandwich. Today I ordered a sandwich with extra bacon, I got two slices. This sandwich cost over $6 bucks. So I called them and asked how many slices come on the sandwich and they stated 2. Supposed to get 2 more when paying for extra bacon. The lady I spoke with could care less. It is a constant battle to get a simple sandwich. How hard is it to make a bacon, egg, and cheese. Will never return and neither will my guys. Step it up!

I come here often. The environment is clean and I’ve always had a friendly visit. Today I tried something new..... chicken salad in a spinach wrap. It was sooo good. Just enough flavor and moist (I can’t stand dry chicken salad). I also had a chocolate chip walnut cookie. It was perfect. Soft & chewy on the inside with a slight crunch on the edge. Cookie from the Gods! You’ll thank me later!!!!

A little discombobulated this morning, but food ultimately tasted fine. Ordered one toasted bagel with lox, four to take home, a lb of cream cheese and a large coffee. First, the stack of large coffee cups are labeled Medium so theres that. I got my bag of bagels and waited for the toasted one...then saw I didnt have my lb of cream cheese....and that shes only charged me for ONE of my four take-home bagels. So I went back up, told her Id been undercharged and paid for the other three bagels. She got the tub of cream cheese and said Have a great day! I reminded her I was still waiting on the toasted bagel with lox. She got it pretty fast, so I assume it had finished toasting a while ago but was forgotten. It wasnt cold, and it tasted fine like I said...buy it wasnt really hot.Ill go again! Ill just assume I caught them on an off-balance day, during this holiday week.

Im from New York, and let me tell you coming to North Carolina created the most difficult search for the perfect breakfast/bagel place. Ive searched all over Charlotte, Concord, Kp, and finally all the way in Wilmington I found this place. Ive revisited several times and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. not only is the food worth any wait or amount of money the service is amazing. The main lady running things and taking orders is super sweet and always happy to help, even when theres a rush. If you have to wait, its worth it. If your food comes in a bag vs a basket, just shut up and eat the delicious food.

It was my first time today, the staff were friendly and efficient on a busy morning. The donuts are enormous and everyone at work raved about them. I had a bagel sandwich that waa delicious and ready in what seemed like seconds. They even accommodated to me being vegetarian by substituting my meat option for fresh veggies! Will definitely return when I have time to sit and drink a cup of coffee!

I love this place. The cook makes the best BLTs ever!!!!Customer service is always amazing and I am not a donut person, but they make an amazing strawberry donut.

I have ordered from here 3 times, and I guess shame on me by this point bc they ALWAYS get something wrong. When you call, the employees are dismissive, rude and actually hung up on me once! I would not recommend this establishment and would encourage you to find food literally any where else.

They where nice.. but I wont go back. Bagels are sub part at best as is the cream cheese. Was about to order tylor ham egg and cheese.. but saw no flat top grill only microwave. Well that ended that. Go to your local food store and buy lenders bagels! There better.

A family member came to visit us and made us a surprise breakfast he went out early morning and got the best bagels I ever tasted. After we eat (a family of 13 mambers) we all asked where you got the bagels from he said round bagels.... I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful bagels made every one relax after a long beach day.

Almost all of the coffees I tried to get were.empty. The staff didnt seem to care that they were. It was my first time visiting this place. No one instructed me as to where sugar, creamer, etc was. There is another place a couple of doors down. I havent been there but I would suggest trying that before you go in here.
