Amazing store. Incredible staff. Highly recommend.

We have been using this company for our business related parties, birthdays, and work anniversary balloon and decoration needs since long before I started 7 years ago. We used to love this location, and part of it we still do. Specifically the woman in charge of the larger balloon orders, such as arches etc., we do love her. HOWEVER this location (Wilmington) has started going down hill for quite a bit. Our last order the 5 was attached upside down in an arrangement (additional charge) displaying a 2... Today, in the heat of July, I requested what the Bear location does with every order and that is putting the balloons in a large bag to make transportation MUCH easier, especially in 98 degree heat we saw today. This request really is a small bit of help. If youve ever tried to transport balloons in a hot car or remotely close to hot metal your popped balloon will tell you loud and clear that they arent happy. The Wilmington location charged me $1, that I had to put on my company card, for a trash bag. For a trash bag. Its hard to not think its such a small thing, but this is strike number 2.. and I believe my team and I, will avoid this location at all costs. Word of the wise, go to Bear...

Their staff at the Wilmington location is rude and complains the entire time you’re there. They charge double what other places would for balloons and use poor low grade helium so they only stay up for less than 12hrs. They do offer an up charge of hi float that keeps them inflated longer but not much longer and again…it’s an up charge. Then after you order a boatload of balloons…they offer you bags to make carrying them easier at $1/bag. Note that doesn’t seem like much but after you’ve spent $80 on balloons you’d think they could just give you a bag!!!!

Great store, they have everything in party and catering supplies. I was looking for Party City and stumbled upon this store by accident. Greatest accident ever. Great prices also.

Sent my daughter in today because she bought a balloon at Target and needed to get it filled. She bought another mylar balloon while there and they charged her $20 to fill her balloon that was not purchased there. That is absolutely ridiculous and we will not be going there again.

This store is amazing and I was able to find some very perfect decorations for a very specific persons surprise birthday party. I couldnt believe the selection. I love seeing small businesses thrive and Id love to see this company everywhere. Every time I thought I was done looking around, there was more to see. The staff was very nice, except the weird guy by the door, but thats okay. The prices are great too! My son and I highly recommend this place! It seems like they offer some services too, like filling up your balloons and such. Very cool store!

Disappointed that my balloon order had deflated prior to our party.When I spoke with the manager, I was irritated to hear her say that they have the same “spiel”!with all balloon orders, despite me telling her I was not informed of the 8-12 hours duration, and had I been told so, I would have picked them up with appropriate timing. I have higher than acceptable expectations of customer service, but the world is apparently accepting of mediocrity.Manager stated she “wasn’t going to debate” that with me and offered me nothing other than “I’m sorry”.Will not use this particular location again for my party supplies, ever.

This store has posted a security guard at the front door and his sole purpose is to yell at customers coming in to put their masks on. This is after the mandate was lifted. Then at check out you have to go see the security guard again so he can check your bag and receipt before he will let you out. Its awful and uncomfortable. I’ll never go back again.

A very affordable and fantastic place to get all of your bakery packaging needs. And something isn’t in stock, the incredibly friendly staff will help you get it very quickly. Highly recommend!

My go to! As an event planner I lucked up on this neighbor! Sometimes the front end customer service can be a little short but the back of the store staff is very friendly! For the most part great store!

We recently ordered some balloon arrangements for a baby shower. Their selection of colors, arrangements and customization made the whole process very easy. Needless to say, the finished products were beautifully done and there was an additional surprise - they provided extra balloons in case of breakage. The extra balloon bouquet provided a nice detail in decorating the guest of honors chair, as we had not thought of it. Delivery was very prompt. I highly recommend this business, not only for balloon arrangements but for all your party needs as they have a very large selection.

My go yo for any supplies I need. Baking, party, just everything

Arrived at party store and they were very busy. There were 4 people in line at register. One employee was ringing 2 others were working very hard to get orders out. It was May 2020. A gentleman came out from the back who said he was receiving a delivery and was too busy to help when asked by cashier. I asked where I could look at balloons to purchase, I was told they were behind the counter and to stand at sign place orders here . I was told I had to wait. I said no problem. I then was told no more orders can be placed for today or tomorrow. I said ok, I need pick up for Sunday. No response back. The line at register was done. All 3 employees contributed to blow up balloons for orders. I was content to wait thinking they were trying to finish an order someone was picking up soon. About 10 minutes goes by and another customer goes to register with a cart full of items. The same cashier stops blowing up balloons to ring register. I said excuse me, I have been waiting to order balloons. The cashier said we are busy and you have to wait. I said but you are stopping to help at the register. Cashier said, Im sorry that is my job to ring register. Never again will I give my business to any of their stores. I will shop and support small businesses who appreciate customers.

Very dissatisfied. They changed $30+ for standard ballons that are non-refundable after blown up even though they are extremely overpriced and the prices are not disclosed. Most of the items are very overpriced and can be found at your local dollar store or party city for much less. Will not be returning.

This location seemed to be a popular destination as it was very busy. The parking lot is small but the inventory is great, the prices are good and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this spot for ones party needs.

Huge selection of party items and supplies with almost every theme you can think of. The staff I encountered was friendly, and the facility was organized. However, the value is definitely lacking. I purchased several matching, themed items from Fulton Paper & Party Supplies for a birthday party, but found the exact same products (the brand was even the same) at the nearby Party City for approximately $25 less in the total amount. As such, I promptly returned the items I previously purchased at Fulton due to the stark contrast in pricing. While Id love to support this business, I cannot justify spending significantly more money for the same product found nearby. Additionally, if you are using a coupon at Fulton, please note that you must have the printed out coupon as they do not accept electronic coupons via ones cell phone.

Always rude

Fulton Paper has a really great selection of items for pretty much any occasion. The staff are kind and knowledgeable for sure!! My family and I have been coming here for literally years because there are certain items Fulton Paper stocks that we cant seem to find anywhere else. Just based on that, Id give 5 stars. However... the prices are a bit steep. And the parking is atrocious! Its actually one of the worst Ive seen, hence the 3 star rating.

Been shopping here for years. Always has the products I need for packaging...and now sell PPE! Imagine that...its a new day.

Placed an order to have balloons filled for a graduation party, and left previously used balloons for them to fill to save money and the environment. I go to pick up the balloons, 2 hours out from the graduation party, that is for 3 separate graduates no less, and they hand back my bag of deflated balloons. Sales rep was dismissive of our questions as to why they werent filled, only begrudgingly admitting they had holes so they couldnt be filled after we dragged it out of her. That isnt the problem. Its fine the balloons had holes, I would have gladly paid for new ones. No. The problem is that they neglected to call us and let us know the order could not be filled. So now I am 2 hours away from a large party, with no balloons. And they couldnt even tell us why they didnt call. They had 1 job, didnt do it, and only gave a partial refund because one of the balloons took longer to deflate than the others. Stay away.

Fabulous place to shop, great selection, good prices,also very helpful staff.The wholesale part of the store, in the back, has an abundance of beautiful plates, bowls, trays, cutlery, they offer care pricing for big parties. It is refreshing that they have at least six to seven companies they buy from,therefore, it has a wonderful selection. The pricing is affordable, They offer faux Lenox, It is so wonderful at the end of the night no breakage, no dishwashers,yet everything was first class. I will continue to shop there,and highly recommend it.

I love that I can buy in bulk for my small business. The only trouble I had was finding items I needed. Its a bit unorganized, but EVERYONE that help me was kind and patient. Love it here!

Nice people but terrible customer service. Refused to replace 2 balloons that popped almost immediately after leaving the store and wouldnt sell me 2 replacement balloons because the $2 total was less than their required $5 minimum for credit card purchases. My daughters birthday party is in an hour and I dont have time to drive home and find cash then drive back. I get the fees credit cards charge can be rough for small businesses but work with your customers.Moved out of area so wont have a chance to return but I appreciate the response.

Theyre way to high priced for number balloons i think

I love the choices but I TRULY HATE THE BALLOONS. This is the second time in a year that I have gotten balloons and they pop. A year ago I got 12 balloons and 6 popped within 30 minutes. I complained and was told that they were not responsible after you leave the store. You signed the paper saying that Well I did not expect the balloons to pop within 30 minutes. I went back again yesterday and bought 6 balloons. Within 45 minutes 4 of the balloons popped. So we have realized that they either are very cheap or do not know how to fill balloons. I will drive 30 minutes for balloons and other supplies from another store because of this. Fulton paper is no longer a store I will go to.

I used to shop a Fulton Paper as a kid, and I remember them having everything we needed for parties. I recently returned as an adult with my own business, and I was pleased to find that in addition to party supplies, they have an extensive warehouse of bulk goods--all kinds of packaging from poly bags to takeout containers to cardboard shipping boxes. The prices are good, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There are lots of decorations for all occasions, including ALL high schools colors for graduation. They have signs, balloons, banners among other decorations for high school graduation. They have a lot of birthday ideas for babies right to young grade school birthdays. They have several colors to coordinate many celebrations from wedding to bachelor, to baby showers.
