Very unhappy with the repair and customer service. After waiting for months for the repair to be completed, when we picked the neon sign up it was four times the amount that was quoted plus it was not completely repaired. At that point, we took the sign as is and paid. If I had known what it was going to look like after the attempted repair I would have left it alone. I do not recommend. Very disappointed. It was a sign that my parents had since the 70s. Very sentimental to my family and it is ruined.

Phil and his staff have been remarkable. They did the new graphics for our trailer and other work for our business. Their pricing was extremely competitive and they were very communicative at every step. We will be a lifetime customer.

Never on time with producing merchandise..Charging my Cc without authorization..and then then the merchandise that was ordered was incorrect..never a mention of a refund. This isnt the way to run a business let alone a successful one.
