I gave this 2 1/2 stars really because the customer service of this one employee Rita I think her name was?? She had a very nice last name like a diamond or stone. But she really assisted me in the products I was purchasing and recommended a few more really sweet girl and told me a joke. The others just looked omnipresent and absentminded

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MY SCRIPT WAS FAXED 11:30. I CAME TO PICK IT UP AT 3 AND IT WASNT READY AND TOLD I HAVE TO WAIT 40 MIN!! THATS NOT RIGHT

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional rude and they like to attend certain people first no matter how long I have been there waiting.

The whole pharmacy staff need to be replaced with new ones. Bunch of rude staff. They all lack professional manners. Rite Aid need to get rid of them all and find people who are ready to treat customers well.

Worker was nice but pharmacy NEVER has my prescription and the pharmacist (African guy) is rude as hell.

They never pick up the phone and what’s the point calling in a script and it’s never ready...

Out of all the locations Ive dealt with this one is the worst. Very poor. Wish I could give a negative star! 😥
