I hope someone from this company sees this review. I am at Barnes and noble in Peabody in my car and the man who did the drop off at 1145 am with truck numbered 172 stood there holding the door for an elderly man who was ( struggling) shuffling from his car to the door that took about 4 mins and I watched the man working for your company treat him with respect and dignity as he waited for the man to reach the entrance so he could hold the door for him, while he was working. Kudos to the integrity of your employees! The little things 🙌🏼
