Very happy with the service I had today at US Fitness. I was having trouble with my shoes and they helped with that. Then I mentioned a problem with my monitor. I recently purchased a Precor Treadmill from US Fitness in Wilmington NC and can not say enough nice things about Brian Kenney. He listened to me and answered all of my questions without being pushy or focused on price. The Treadmill was delivered 10 days later and the 2 guys that delivered it, also set it up and made sure everything worked properly. Everyone was very professional. Im sure if I have questions or concerns I can call Brian. If youre shopping for fitness equipment, definitely go by US Fitness first.

We went to the store very knowledgable of spin bikes and Shane gave us very insightful informative about the life fitness bike that we were not that familiar with. I tried the bike and bought it. From researching the right treadmill to the purchase, delivery, and installation, Brian and US Fitness did a great job. Recently I was having problems with re-assembling a recumbent bike that I had inherited. I brought the control panel and cables to the store and in about a minute Shane had the issue addressed. Both Brian and Shane are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back for future needs.

After going through a mid-range treadmill I purchased from a big-box retailer that lasted only a few years before it broke, I decided to invest in a better product.I heard of US Fitness from working at the local YMCA. When I went into the store I was greeted and worked with a great staff member who asked me a lot of great questions about my goals and exercise regimen. I was shown a range of treadmills that fit my criteria and, after testing a few, bought one on the spot.I also signed up for their maintenance program which has been awesome.I HIGHLY recommend checking out US Fitness in Raleigh and am sure the same quality professionalism is the case for their Wilmington store.Very, very, very pleased!

My experience with US Fitness was extremely pleasant. I am very hesitant to make expensive purchases whether it is a television, car, or exercise equipment but I was totally at ease with this place. The guy who helped me was the manager of the store and he worked with my budget until I found the perfect match. He was knowledgeable about my needs and about the alternatives he had available. Not only did I get exactly what I was looking for (treadmill that was durable yet affordable) but he also delivered it, set it up, and now I have a 10 year warranty. Plus he said if I ever had an issue with it to just give him a call and he would fix it! This is something people miss when they purchase items online. No personal service. Thank you US Fitness.

Recently purchased a Proform 5000 treadmill and a weight bench from them. Chris was great to work with, as we spent some initial time trying out several treadmills and elliptical trainers to see which way we wanted to go. He knew the gear well and helped us make the right decision.They were able to easily set up delivery schedule in advance, and the delivery/installation went without any issues.Would highly recommend them, especially Chris.
