Drove a long way to buy a machine off their showroom floor. The process leading up to the trip was smooth. This dealer is honest and they are not in it for themselves. They care about their customers. I even had a chance to speak to their technicians and they seem like great ones! Buy/service with confidence!

Tried calling 5 times off of 3 different phones and they would say good morning and hang up in my ear every time ! If you really couldn’t hear me u should express that . Not hang up on customers . Absolutely unprofessional!

Worst place ever. Service is very disorganized. They will work on your ski weeks after your appointment. Zero stars. Maryland is not to far and is shops with excellent service. Save yourself a headache and drive 20 minutes more. 👎🏼

I had an appointment lined up for 2 weeks. I explained on the phone while making the appointment, what was happening with my sea Doo. I explained that I had new engine installed due to low compression, but the Ski had the same issues. I drove an hour to J&J, explained the entire situation again, and they took the ski. I was half way home and got a call that they didn’t want to work on my ski because someone else had worked on it. Wasted 3 hours of my day for something they could of told me over the phone 2 weeks ago. Wasted 2 weeks waiting for this appointment, when I could have had it at another shop. The girl at the counter was very friendly, but the guy that called to tell me they didn’t want to work on my ski seemed to have a little attitude and said “you should have brought it to me in the first place. “ They don’t seem very professional to me.

A great place. I have purchased 2 PWCs from them and even had to bring one in for service. Jim was very upfront and easy to deal with. He clearly stands behind his work, loves what he does and it shows. I highly recommend this place.

I originally bought a brand new 2010 Gti 155 Se from J&J when I graduated from high school and they were awesome and fair with there pricing for my first ever purchased jet ski they took care of me every time I can back for service and always went the extra mile to do whatever they could for me I am looking to buy a new jet ski soon and plan on going back here for my next one.

Took my boat there for spring service, they did a great job and didnt try and jack my bill up with unnecessary charges

Their pricing hands down cannot be beat by any other sea doo dealer in the area.
