I am a maid of honor who went with my sister (bride to be) for fittings. Debbie was so good and not pushy at all but asked the right questions to help my sister pick out something amazing. The seating area was very comfortable and I had a very nice time here. Definitely a great place to find a wedding dress. I would highly recommend making an appointment here to check out wedding dresses if youre in the market.

I had an incredible experience at Claire’s! I totally recommend making an appointment especially if it’s your first time dress shopping. I couldn’t believe I found my dream dress during this first (and only) appointment. Courtney is absolutely wonderful- she made this experience for me even more special. She helped pick the perfect dress (even cried!) I went with my mom, my future mother in law and my maid of honor and we all had the best time together.

I had the most amazing experience at Claires. As someone who is quite indecisive, I was unsure if my wedding dress shopping experience would go smoothly, but thanks to the team at Claires, it was the first and only place I went to try on wedding dresses. Before my appointment, I was able to access the online portal and favorite dresses that were my style. This was very helpful and those dresses were available to try on as soon as I arrived to my appointment. The team used their knowledge of my likes/dislikes to pull a few other dresses as well, and that was how I found my dream dress! The quality of this shop is stellar and I recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone looking for bridal wear!

We went there for a mother if the groom dress for November and had Shannon help us. Of course we knew it was to late to order a dress, but they had a wonderful selection to chose from and mo. Normally wears a size 18 in regular clothes. Shannon was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and we cant say enough about her service!!!! As a note-there is no seamstress on site, so alterations have to be done elsewhere. Claires gives you a list if recommended places to get alterations done, both in PA and DE.

I had no idea that I would be able to find my wedding dress the first time I went dress shopping. My consultant, Arielle, was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and made the process fun. My group had a private room, which made the experience that much more special. I would highly recommend going to Claire’s!

As a plus size girl, I was terrified of wedding dress shopping. I saw that Claires had a very wide range of sizes offered but vocalized my concerns to my consultant Nicole. Words cannot express how amazing she was but I most certainly will try! I came in with a very distinct style in mind (fun long sleeves) and a very specific dress that I knew Claires carried. We saved The Dress for the very end. Nicole was super helpful, the perfect mix of supportive and optimistic while being real with me, which is exactly what I needed. We went through a few dresses and every time I had thoughts on the one I was currently in, Nicole worked with me to find another one that fit the guidelines. At the end of the day, only The Dress was left. There was no way the sample would fit but after draping and pinning it, my entourage and I knew that it did indeed deserve the title of The Dress. After taking some measurements, Nicole very calmly told me that even though The Dress did not come in my bridal size, there were several options we could take such as buying additional fabric, turning the zippered back into a corset, etc. She was incredibly knowledgeable with how to make it my dream wedding day. I ordered The Dress and additional fabric and waited. About a month later, Nicole called me to say that the dress line was expanding their size range and that she had canceled the original order with the fabric to order a new one in my actual size. The fact that she remembered me and my concerns even after the purchase spoke volumes for me. I already was going to be leaving an amazing review for Claires and Nicole but my gosh, the extra mile that Nicole went to help me just was phenomenal. Thank you, ladies, I cannot wait to see my dress in January!

I had such a great experience at Claires fashion. Ive was running around from state to state trying to find the perfect dress when the perfect dress was right in my own city! Marsha, Marissa, excuse me because Im bad with names. She assisted me through the whole process of finding my wedding dress 👰🏾. I was pleasantly surprised with the Bridal selections at Claires Fashions. Our sales specialist, Shannon, was excellent. She listened to our wants and addressed all our concerns. The best part....I said YES to the dress!

I went to Claires for my wedding dress in July 2021 after my bff getting hers there and getting my prom dress there years ago!! I had an initial appointment with Elaine. She was INCREDIBLE at pulling dresses that matched what I was looking for. She probably had 20 dresses out for me initially to go through and give and initial thumbs up thumbs down to before trying on.Ive seen comments about girls saying you cant look through the racks which is true at Claires... but I honestly WAY preferred them bringing my styles that matched my taste instead on mindlessly wandering the racks like I did at other places. I narrowed the large amount initially pulled by Elaine to probably 8 dresses that I put on. I had a top 2 at the end of the appt but wanted to continue to shop around in case!I went to 3 other stores to do my research in 2 weeks before returning to Claires! The second store, Irinis, had nothing close to my favorites and I just didnt like the consultant/ owner as much. The third store, Van Cleve, was honestly wonderful and had one of my favorites from Claires but for $500 more! They were also a little pushier compared to Claires. The last store I went to, Bijou, was nice but at that point I knew it was one of the top 2 from Claires and wasnt excited by any of the finds there.I booked a return appt with Elaine to look at my top 2 again and she was just the best AGAIN! The decision came easily since one made me feel like a total bride. Elaine went above and beyond to order a matching veil I saw at another store that they could order but didnt have. She also carefully took my measurements and went through the material options for the dress and fabric colors. She definitely knew her stuff. Their prices are the best around and they occasionally run trunk show discounts!!If youre going to Claires, ask for Elaine!! My dress isnt due in until March 2022, so I will update this if theres any issues with the pick-up process. I cant wait to go back and might need an accessories appt once the dress is in! Also my mom loved their Mother of the Bride selection as well!

Courtney was amazing and helped me find the perfect wedding dress. She made me feel so good. I shopped alone with out my bridal party and without the moms and she was still excited and upbeat. She moved quickly pulling a ton of dresses. She was absolutely amazing and she made it such a wonderful experience for me.

We worked with Shannon to find the perfect wedding dress at Claires and she was absolutely wonderful. I live in Boston and the ladies at Claires went above and beyond to keep constant communication with me to let me know the status of my wedding dress and to make sure they could always squeeze me in for a fitting when I was in town. I went to Claire’s with a specific dress in mind, and Nicole not only pulled the exact dress I was looking for, but she also pulled a few more for me to try on so that I could be 100% sure of my decision. Nicole was so friendly and welcoming and made the process super easy and fun! I also appreciated that Claire’s Fashions carried sizes for every body type. I felt so comfortable there and ultimately found my dream dress.

This was my first time shopping for a dress and i did not have a dress in mind. Marnita made it so easy for me! She went all out and beyond. The first dress i tried on was the one! And we all cried! She dressed me up as if it was my wedding day and she made it feel so real and special for me! I did try on other dresses after, just to see if i felt any different and she was grabbing dresses left and right assisting me and giving me and my smoky full attention. I did end up purchasing my first dress! And I’m so in love with it!! All the style dress Claire’s has to offer are beautiful and you will not be let down here.

Excellent service Elaine was amazing! My friend is getting married and can be hard to please lol. But Elaine made it fun and easy, we mentioned likes and dislikes and Elaine found a steady stream of options without us looking hopelessly through racks.

Bought my wedding dress from here and would highly recommend! All of the consultants I worked with were wonderful. I came in wanting white with sleeves and no train...ended up with champagne strapless with a train and am obsessed with my dress! Also had an appt for accessory shopping where they let me try on my dress and pick out my jewelry, belt and veil. So much better than chain stores which I also tried dresses on at. The bridal suite is much less crowded with only two brides up there at a time. Was a much more enjoyable experience compared to trying on dresses at a chain store. Overall, could not recommend this place enough!!!

My daughters experience at Claires Fashions today was perfect! The shop was very clean and nice, and the staff was super friendly. Ariel was our consultant, and she did an amazing job! She was super helpful, sweet, supportive, and patient. We had a great day there, and we love the dress we got!

I had an absolutely amazing experience here! They asked what dress styleI wanted, I got to choose a bunch of favorites from a binder, and they added on suggestions that fit my style perfectly. Im a size 22, and dress shopping has been stressful, but they have a great selection and super sweet staff. I worked with Shana, and she was really helpful with getting the dresses fitted and adding straps or veils, all perfectly matching my choices. I would highly recommend this shop!

I cannot recommend Claires Fashions enough! After several other disappointing bridal appointments, we had the most amazing experience here. Our consultant Ariel was extremely kind, attentive, and supportive! She really cared about finding me my perfect dress and was so patient with me. We absolutely loved her and cant believe how helpful she was!! I was able to try on many dresses during one appointment and I loved almost every dress. Great designers and prices. Claires also had the best customer service we have ever experienced! So accommodating and helpful through the whole process.

Claires is pretty small and cramped. They dont really let you look through any gowns. They give you a book and you look at the book and pick out dresses you want to try and then they bring them out. They will bring out others based on what you are interested in.At first I really enjoyed our consultant. She was old school and gave real advice. I was really looking to be wow-ed by a dress before I said yes so we left after our first visit.We returned for a second visit for a specific trunk show. There was one very small rack of gowns that were pretty unimpressive. I wound up trying on a gown that I liked but wasnt totally sold on. The consultant seemed visibly irritated that I wasnt committing to the dress. We went to many boutiques and tried on MANY dresses. We went to quite a few boutiques more than once because we wanted to see the new line of dresses once they came out. This is the ONLY experience where a consultant got pushy and irritated with me.We left and didnt return and wound up finding my dream dress somewhere else.When you are a bride looking for your one wedding gown for your one wedding day in your whole life, it should be a fun experience. It shouldnt be rushed for someone to make commission off of you. Am I indecisive? Yes. Am I allowed to be? Yes, especially on the most important purchase of my life.The store is dated and cramped on top of that. You are standing on top of the mirror in the one room so its hard to even get a true perspective of what you look like in the gown you have on. There were a million little girls downstairs looking for dresses for a dance. This place really wasnt my bag...especially comparing it to all of the other boutiques we went to. It was definitely lacking the chic finesse you are looking for at a bridal boutique.

Claires Fashions is hands down the best place to buy a wedding dress! Their gowns are gorgeous, well-made, and affordable. I first went to look for wedding dresses at a well known chain bridal store and you can honestly tell right away that the quality of the chain dresses cant even be compared to the dresses at Claires. Not to mention the customer service which is untouchable. My last two visits I had the pleasure of working with Marbetty. She is absolutely phenomenal! So patient and sweet and never ever pushy or rushing you. She went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with my dress and I couldnt have appreciated her more! She made my experience the best I could have hoped for. Ive gone for other visits for my sisters wedding needs, and the other girls that have helped us were also wonderful. If you need a special occasion dress, make this place your first stop and dont waste your time with the other guys, and ask for Marbetty!

Claires was the first place I went to to find my wedding dress and the last, and they went absolutely above and beyond for me. First, not only is it a super cute, clean shop with very friendly staff, but because youre able to pick styles before you even arrive at your appointment, the process is very streamlined. Shannon was extremely attentive my entire appointment without being pushy and knew exactly what I was going for—I didnt hate anything she put me in—and it was her last pick for me that ended up being the dress! The only reason I didnt purchase it on the spot was because I had another appointment later in the day and wanted to at least visit two places before making a decision. When that appointment ended up not going as I hoped, my bridesmaid called Claires to see if they could squeeze me in that same day before they closed—in ten minutes. They said absolutely, and after rushing inside, it honestly felt like coming home. Shannon already had the dress ready to go, I tried it on, and said yes minutes later! The staff was extremely accommodating despite it being closing time and also very enthusiastic and supportive. It almost felt like I had more friends in my party! Long story short I cant recommend Claires enough and Im forever grateful to Shannon for making my wedding dress experience so wonderful even with everything going on in the world.

I got my wedding dress, vail, earrings, and bridesmaids dresses from Claires. I was super happy with everything. It was very easy to book the appointment. I had Taylor as my consultant and she was very nice. She looked at some pictures I had brought and picked some similar dresses. I also liked how they gave you a big book of their dressing that you could look through and pick from. The Claries staff was great with communicating with me about pick up dates and answered all my questions. My dress also came in more then a month earlier then I expected. I was very happy with the experience and I loved the way that I looked on my wedding day.

I visited Claire’s for my first bridal appointment yesterday. This is the first time I have tried on gowns since getting engaged. Marnita was my consultant and she was lovely. The bridal suite upstairs was large enough with plenty of seating and comfort for my 3 guests. I think I tried on a total of 6 gowns and each time Marnita knew exactly what I was thinking and how I was feeling in all of them. I never felt pressured to make a decision. I never felt like I needed to make a decision before I left. I even started to feel unwell during my appointment and Marnita was extremely patient and understanding. I narrowed it down between 2 and have my second appointment scheduled in a couple weeks. I’m so grateful that I found Claire’s and that they matched me with such a great bridal consultant.

This place was amazing and they have a book where if you school is in it and a dress gets purchased you cant try it on. They only allow one so its kinda like it custom made so to speak. Now if you school its there free for all. I absolutely loved this place. It looks small but they have made use of every space in a great way!

I made an appointment at Claire’s because I was interested in Stella York gowns and they carried that designer. Everything about the appointment was wonderful. Natalie, my sales associate, was so sweet and patient. She wasn’t pushy at all and made me and my mom feel so comfortable. I found my Stella York gown at that appointment and decided to sleep on it to make sure. They were totally understanding and was all the more reason, I came back and ordered my dress from Claire’s. The dress was gorgeous and they had so many beautiful gowns in my budget. They also have a great selection of accessories. I can’t recommend Claire’s highly enough. I visited other bridal salons and none came close to Claire’s.

My daughter and I went in today to look for a prom dress. She knew exactly what she wanted so we didn’t need any help. We found a beautiful dress that cost $698 and then they charged us for a $5 zip bag. I’m sorry but I know how much these dresses are marked up and I know how a business works since we have 3 in my family. You just give the bag away if you are spending $700 on a dress. They really didn’t care that I brought that to their attention either.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! No more Macy’s, etc for my daughter’s homecomings or proms! It’s slightly more but worth it for the relaxed atmosphere alone. Not to mention exceptional quality. The styles that the girls like are here. And no one does bridal better!

I went to 14 stores in search of my wedding dress! Although I didn’t find it at Claire’s, I ended up purchasing it there. Out of all of the stores I went to, I can honestly only name two where I had a great experience from beginning to end, one of which was Claire’s. Jackie was welcoming, patient, honest, and genuinely a nice person. She wasn’t pushy at all and would even correspond with me after work hours. Once I found “the dress” at a different store, I knew I wanted to give Jackie the sale since she carried the same designer. For me, dress shopping became stressful since I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, and I knew I had to order something asap before it wouldn’t come in in time. Jackie made me feel comfortable and I truly appreciate her for that. I also want to note that I picked out my veil at Claire’s that I fell in love with. There was a little discrepancy and the veil wasn’t going to be in in time for my wedding. Courtney looked into it for me and realized she had the same veil in stock for another bride, but she wasn’t getting married until next year and could order her a new one. I really appreciate her doing that for me. I would have had to settle with a used store sample. Thank you again ladies!

Highly recommend! I was able to look at pictures and pick out dresses before my appointment that the store pulled for me, so they were able to see my style. When I got there, they were really welcoming and answered all my questions. The dress I bought, I knew looking at it on the hanger that it was my dress. It shipped really fast and the seamstress they recommended was fantastic.

Second time that I have been to Claires. My oldest daughter got her prom dress from them and now my youngest has also. The sales associates who are about the same age as the customers were well mannered, engaging, and versed in the stores merchandise. They make you wear white clothes that are provided and the sales associates help you with dressing to prevent damage and so you dont have to buy it if something happens. They were so willing and to find dresses that made my daughter look and feel spectacular. It was a relatively slow night so she received all the attention. But, even when my oldest daughter was there in the height of prom season, she still received tons of attention. Now, the dress selection is amazing but pricey so be prepared. They do let you pay on your dress. Overall, it is a fantastic store.

They had a wide array of dresses and even went up to a 24 or 26. I had one of my best experiences prom dress shopping here. Overall everyone was polite and no one judged me. The lady was overall very helpful. The only thing i could have asked for is for her to pull dresses for me because i felt so overwhelmed and had no idea what was what. But luckily i finally found my dress.

Elaine, the bridal consultant is the reason I walked away with my dream dress. I had been to several stores, tried on at least 30 dresses, and was tired of shopping. During my appointment I was ready to give up, she was positive and kept thinking of new ideas. She is awesome and Claire’s had just what I was looking for. I am so grateful!

Stay away from Delores. She was lovely up until the bride said yes to the dress. The bride wasnt ready to put a deposit down (her wedding isnt until NEXT October) and shes on a really strict diet. She immediately had some weird emotional reaction, and was so unbelievably rude. The bride had FULL intentions on buying the dress here, in a few months. The bride then asked if there was a discount if she pays in full (after Delores was already rude), and she was snippy saying she is unable to disclose any pricing options. She also demanded we deleted any pictures we took. I flew in from Canada to see my best friend try on her dream wedding dress and I am SHOCKED they treated her that way. BE AWARE.Revised: the owner called the bride today and was such a sweetheart. She couldnt have apologized more for the unusual behaviour. I will still leave the review, but overall she was very sweet and we will likely be back.

Went here for my first experience wedding dress shopping. they have a whole separate bridal boutique upstairs so you have a little bit of privacy apart from all the prom shoppers. Natalie helped me and she was awesome! She helped explain everything in detail about how the dresses are supposed to look if what you are trying on isnt your size and what type of alteration could potentially be done. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on! She also explained how the sizing worked and helped me choose the best size to order. I highly recommend this place!

I ended up not buying my wedding dress from here, but I had such a positive experience that I felt the need to leave a review! I would recommend Claires to anyone in need of a wedding dress. Specifically Ariel was FABULOUS and such a huge help.

Sara Davis helped me pick out my wedding dress and she was absolutely amazing! I wasnt feeling too well and I didnt have my make up or hair done to try on dresses. Sara was so helpful and made me feel confident once I realized how much I liked a certain dress.She helped me pick ones only in my price range and was able to offer me a layaway program on top of getting a discount on a dress that was already on sale.I was not looking forward to shopping and was very doubtful I would find one in my price range. I was so lucky to have Sara as my consultant! Ill always remember her and how easy and fun it was picking out my gorgeous wedding dress, thanks to her.

I went here based off of a recommendation from my boss. Her future daughter in law got her wedding dress here and she told me how wonderful it was. She was right. I was helped by Natalie who was absolutely wonderful. The store was incredibly clean and fully stocked with many bridal styles. I even had my own private room that was beautifully decorated. They had couches and a pedestal in front of a fully lit mirror so that you could see yourself from every angle. My mom was able to comfortably wait while I was in the dressing room. I did not end up getting my bridal gown from here, but I would highly recommend shopping here and having Natalie help you. She was very professional and she went out of her way to make sure that my dress was clipped and arranged properly so I could look my best in front of the mirror. I should also add that they have a huge assortment of special occasion gowns and I plan on coming here to purchase one for the next event I attend.

By far the best bridal shop I’ve been to so far! Carmella was helping me with my search and she was super sweet! I love how they have private rooms. Took the time to sit down and talk to me about what my interest were in dresses. It’s definitely the best bridal experience I’ve had so far. I found a dress I almost fell in love with! I had just walked into the store with my sister where we had just come from a disaster at Irinis(awful customer service and well, you can go check out my review if you want to know more). At Claires we were not only greeted at the door but we also did not have an appointment and we were helped and even got to try on dresses. It was so busy in there and we were treated like we were the only ones in the store. Amazing and very accommodating. Definitely pay them a visit. Thank you for a pleasant experience and for making up for what Irinis did not give us. I will definitely be referring friends here and going back when I need to!

Went to try wedding dresses on for the first time last night and Ariel was my consultant. I have nothing but amazing things to say about both Claires and Ariel! She was soooo sweet, pulled sooooo many dresses based off what I said I envisioned and she made me feel so special! No pressure, no rushing. Everything was at my pace and Ariel got so involved asking me how I felt in each dress, what I liked/disliked about each one down to every detail. She took pictures of me in almost every dress since my bridesmaids couldnt join me (covid craziness.) It truly was the perfect bridal experience! Thank you Claires, but most importantly thank you Ariel!

This was the first place on my list to look for a dress, but it was actually the second place I went to. I knew exactly what dresses I wanted to try on and my consultant Kelsey was great! All the dresses she pulled where beautiful, and fit my personality so well along with one dress that I showed her a picture of and they had it in the store! I took 7 guest with me they had a semi-private room for us and everyone was very comfortable. I’m pretty sure I’ll be going back to get my dress from there!

Had to help my niece find a prom dress, we went to a few big name stores with no luck mainly due to the small selection they had or the generic dresses. Luckily I found this place on a Google search and we took her here. They have a large selection to pick from and the staff helped her with any questions or concerns she had which was a major relief to me. This is now on the top of my list for any formal dress needs we have. Parking is tight but it was not a problem for us.

I was helped by Shannon during the Martin Thornburg trunk show. She was very patient and helpful. I tried on about 6-8 dresses and ended up having two favorites that were very different from each other. My mom really liked the ballgown, but I wasnt completely sold on it. Shannon made me feel confident enough to go with the dress that felt right to me. The veil she picked out also complemented the dress perfectly. I completely forgot I had to change back into my street clothes by the end of the appointment. I got Isabella and I am so happy I did. I cant wait to wear it next year!

Awful Experience prom shopping! Store was Mobbed and dresses shoved so tightly in racks you can’t see them. Had dresses outside my daughters fitting room that we picked out and customers were taking them to try on. Sales girl was positively no help . Feel completely ripped off paying $25 to try dresses on. Didn’t mind paying as I was hoping for an enjoyable experience. You should ban ashamed of yourselves charging customers ! Will never return nor would I recommend this place!

Worked with Diana for my sisters senior prom. She was quite helpful. It was very busy, but she was able to take the time to grab suits for my sister while she was in the fitting room. (She and I have very different tastes so I knew what I’d grab she’d not like). Planning to go there to find a wedding dress, I hope I have just as much luck as my sister did.Time to add more! Ended up getting my wedding dress here and I am so happy with it! All the ladies at the shop are incredible and helpful! Can’t wait to wear it!

Back when I was in high school I got my prom dress from Clairs! I knew I would go back for my wedding dress, the experience was nothing short of amazing. I filled out the bridal q&a online and showed my dress consultant my ideal dress....and she pulled it out of the back! The exact one I had saved on my Pinterest board, what are the odds?! I left feeling so relieved and excited that I got the exact dress from the designer I wanted. Thank you Clairs!

If youre over a size 10 in formal gowns (size 6 in jeans) dont bother going. In formal wear Im an 18 and there were about ten dresses for me to choose from, and they were placed in the front of the store so to look at the larger sizes you had to pretty much be displayed at the front. I was looking for a prom dress and everyone there was completely disregarding me. I was looking for a specific color that would flatter me and no one tried to help me at all. The store is stuffy and they make you wear gloves so your oils dont get on the dress. while they have to zip you in and out of the dresses with their bare hands. Didnt make any sense to me. The girl who was supposed to be helping me was preoccupied with slimmer girls and told me that maybe you should go up a size. even though the dress wouldve zipped had I been wearing the correct bra.The dresses were incredibly EXPENSIVE and their quality was terrible! I would never recommend this store to anyone, and they should stop advertising it and making it sound amazing. Dont bother if youre not model thin.

Bought a bridesmaid dress about two years ago. The selection was fantastic and there was a lot to choose from. The sales associate who took my measurements was not friendly (dont remember who) but she sized me for a dress that was 4 times larger than I needed and the bust was huge! The dress my friend chose had cups already sewn in the dress and my seamstress could not alter that, so the dress gapped a huge amount on my friends wedding day. I would definitely go back, but it was frustrating that the sales girl was so quick to do measurements and I couldnt see what size she was ordering and she didnt explain it well. I had to spend almost $80 to have it taken in so much and the bust was a lost cause :(

The employees are very nice, its clean and they have nice dresses.

My experience at Claires Fashions was simply wonderful! It ended up being the first and only place that I went to try on wedding gowns. I had 4 guests with me and they gave us our own private room, which was great! They also give you a book with pictures and prices of all of their wedding gowns and then your consultant runs and gets the dresses that you pick out of the book. Much less overwhelming then being thrown into a room of dresses. My consultant was Dolores and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I tried on a few dresses, but ended up ordering the first dress that I tried on. I would highly recommend Claires to anyone!!

Great service and the staff was very helpful and supportive. Large selection of dresses and the store was neat and organized. I would definitely recommend Claire’s Fashions to high schoolers looking for unique prom gowns. Ask for Mercedes to assist you. She was phenomenal.

I bought my wedding dress here. They have a private room upstairs. They make the process way easier and more relaxing than any other place you will go.The girls come out with a HUGE book of all their dresses. They bring them out to you so you do not get overwhelmed by looking through a bunch of dresses squeezed on a rack.Also, the girl that measured me got my dress size PERFECTLY. Besides the hem an bustle I dont need any alterations.I highly recommend this place.

The lady who helped me was really nice but all the dresses for plus size felt really cheap and like Halloween mesh. The selection I thought wasnt that great.

AMAZING!! I just got my prom dress from here and its perfect! The service was wonderful! Everyone was very helpful. The women there helped me get in and out of dresses, and even pulled out a few dresses that I might like. One of those dresses ended up being the one I bought! Its a little pricey, but in the end, its all worth it. They also make sure that no one else will have the same dress as you. Just make sure you go on a week day, because it gets insanely crowded on the weekends.

I had the best experience at Claires! I was dreading shopping for a bridal dress but the store was so organized and Chloe, our consultant, was amazing. Now, I wish I could do it all over again. There are tons of gowns to choose from and you are not pressured at all to buy on the spot. Go see Chloe, I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Claires was smaller than we expected but they have a huge selection of dresses. They cater to smaller girls but our group enjoyed trying different dresses on. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Dresses were costly so we had to shop on a budget.

I had a less than ideal experience at Claire’s for my bridesmaid dresses and strongly caution you against ordering their bridesmaid dresses from Bill Levkoff.A consultant measured my girls, the dresses came in and none of them fit my bridesmaids. One girl provided her measurements and her dress didn’t fit either. We measured the dresses and they were incorrectly cut by the manufacturer.The staff requested each girl come back in to be re-measured and seen in the dress (new set of consultants got different measurements) but had to reorder the same dress sizes from the manufacturer so the whole process was pointless. They knew the dress for the one girl who had provided her own measurements was not going to fit but never gave us the option to buy another in a larger size. When the new dresses came in, I only got $100 back despite the girls having to rush alterations due to the delayed timeline. The manager was kind enough to give us extra material for the dress that didn’t fit and had to be completely rebuilt but would have preferred to known ahead and would have purchased the correct dress size.I was told that a seamstress should always measure girls who can’t come to the store but NO seamstress measured the girls who DID GO to the store so it’s just an excuse to cover themselves.

On a busy Saturday the store was full of future prom attendees when I recently visited Claires Fashions. I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Jackie helped me find a dress for two weddings I am attending, one this Saturday and one in April. The size in the store was too small for me but I loved the dress. Jackie called me on Monday after locating the dress. She had the next two sizes overnighted to the store for me. She called me promptly when they arrived in the store on Tuesday. Chloe on Tuesday evening, as Jackie had gone home for the day, helped me purchased the correct size. These two young ladies were a great asset to the business!!!! I will be visiting Claires when I need my next dress.

I was just here for a bridal appointment in Saturday and ended up signing a contract for a gown, but I was 100% sure on the gown so I came back in today on Monday and I am so glad I did.Both of the women who helped me were tremendous, and I ended up going with a dress I didnt originally pick. I am so happy I changed my mind.Claires is more about customer care than anything, I would highly recommend it.

Loved, loved, loved my experience at Claires.....Out of this world, one on one attention with a dress stylist helps you with trying on several choices and when you pick up your dress for a final fitting, you are treated with a private room where several people can join in the experience and you feel like a princess!!! The quality of the dresses were so much better than other bridal boutiques I had visited, and so was the service! I even went back and bought my daughters prom dress!

It was the first place I shopped for a wedding dress. My consultant was amazing - she listened to all of my critiques and always incorporated my thoughts into the next dress she picked. I felt no pressure to buy but I will certainly go back for a second appointment! A+ !

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Went to get fitted for two Bill Levkof bridesmaids gowns. I have two weddings and two different dresses. The sales associate tried to tell me I should order an SIZE 8.. I WEAR A SIZE 1 in regular clothing and typically a 4 or 2 in bridal. I told her no way as I was wearing a size 2in the store! We settled on a 6 and both of these dresses are HUGE on me. That same day my mom spent $1200 on a mother of the bride dress. The same associate told her to order a SIZE 22.. my mom is a size 10. So needless to say our experience was terrible and we spent a TON of money that day. They have done NOTHING TO HELP FIX THEIR MISTAKES!!

I love claires! I got my prom dress here in 2010 and came back in 2017 for a wedding in which Im the maid of honor. The selection for bridal is great and the dedicated area upstairs is fantastic.

Had a good experience, though I didnt find my dress. Its not a very personal experience though - they just hand you a big binder of pictures based on the general style you want and you tab off the ones you want to try on rather than work with you to pull dresses that you might like or that would look good on you.

Claires Fashion is over 70 miles from my home in Baltimore, but Im sure glad I made the drive. I was looking for a certain dress and they were the only shop around that carried it. I cant say enough good things about my sales consultant Samantha! She was extremely attentive and helpful. While the dress I came to try on wasnt quite right, she listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect dress for me. It was something I never would have found on my own. Im so grateful for Samantha and Claires Fashion, their service far exceeded the other shops I had visited. Im very much looking forward to my first fitting :)

Love Love Love! The consultants are fantastic! I had Jackie and Lauren on two separate occasions. Both very helpful, extremely nice and patient! Out of all the bridal boutiques I went to, this was my absolute favorite!
