I had a wonderful experience designing my closets with Helene Tatkow. She had creative solutions and knew exactly what to do with the little space and restrictions I had (including designing around a media panel and having the idea to put in a full length mirror to negate dead space). I also had a great experience with Nick, who took great care installing my closets. Overall, I had a great experience with closet factory in Boston and would definitely recommend them!

We worked with Scott to design and install book shelf in our basement and closets in our bedrooms. Scott was very understanding, receptive and accommodating to our ideas. If our idea will not work he came up with alternatives which were better than ours. Once we finalized design it was a long wait for installation, understandably due to pandemic. Finally closets and book shelf were installed last week and the finished product was awesome. It changed the look and feel of our basement and closets.Definitely we will come back to Scott and closet factory for our future projects.

I had Closet Factory install my Wall Bed, shelving and desk combo and install cabinets in the laundry room for storage. I worked with designer Rebecca Connelly gave her my ideas we worked on coming up with a design to fit the space looks great, a little hiccup with measurements in the laundry room wall on cabinets, not the full wall of what I wanted, but in the end came up with a solution. The installers Jesse, Jonathan and Felix were professional and made sure I understood how things would be installed and checked with me on decisions with placement of handles etc. great group on guys.

I had my master closet and mudroom done by Closet Factory. First let me say that Angela at the office is amazing, always answers the phone and helped me with any concerns I had from start to finish (almost finished ;-) Nick and Santi installed my closet and mudroom, though the master went smoothly the mudroom we ran into a few minor issues but that never stopped them from thinking outside the box to make sure i was happy. Angela, Nick and Santi are truly wonderful people and i enjoyed working with all of them. 10 stars to them!!!

I had two projects done by designer Shelley Kay Cohen, that transformed my home office and my kitchen pantry!The office had standard bedroom closet and she redesigned it with shelves and drawers for office storage including a file cabinet. It went from a useless closet with a pole for clothing, to an organized system of shelves and drawers for supplies, books, wrapping paper, technology, etc.The pantry had about six standard shelves. It was a big black hole. Shelley worked with me to figure out my needs and redesigned it with more shelves and pull out drawers for smaller items. She even had space for paper towels at the top. Now I waste less time looking for things and know exactly what I need when I shop. I wish I had done both projects years ago! They definitely were not expensive. I thought this much work would be much more.Shelley is fantastic! I highly recommend her. She is friendly, organized and made everything so easy!

Jonathan and Angel just left after installing my hall and 2 sets of bedroom closets in my new condo. They were prompt, professional and respectful. Not sure if I have ever dealt with a more professional, high-quality company. From the first phone call to Margaret the designer, straight through to Angela who handled scheduling/payment etc., to Ryan who handled the install, the work was flawless. Despite a two-week delay because of Covid, I was informed and up to date throughout the process, everyone could not have been more efficient and yes, down-right pleasant and nice. I have been thinking about doing my master closet for 25 years. So happy I did and even happier I did it with Closet Factory!

Blown away with the home office I purchased from Closet Factory. Margaret was a delight to work with and took the time to identify (and solve!) all of our needs. She even found a spot for our dog crate! The install crew was excellent as well. Jesse, Santi, and Ryan went out of their way to make sure my pets/family felt safe and comfortable and were very conscientious about making sure they left no mess behind. Ive been using this office every day now for about a month and I keep finding new details I love about it - from the design down to the craftsmanship.

When trying to decide on a company for closet design and installation the choice was easy. Basically all of the closet companies I received estimates from were similar in price. So I chose the company that provided the best customer service. No joke. I worked with a designer, Scott R., who was friendly, easy to converse with and was flexible during the design process. He returned my texts and calls quickly. He even sent a personal thank you card with plenty of detail from our previous conversations. Finally our installation date came. We had a pleasant professional Nick that installed the closet. He was polite and structured. Cleaned up and organized everything before the next days work. Scott helped us design cabinets in all our bedrooms and in the family room. He was very patient through all our design changes (I think we changed our designs at least 4-5 times). Moreover, his response time to all our questions was great. All in all, it was a very nice experience and we would recommend him for designing the cabinets.

He listened to our needs and was easy to work with through out the entire consultation, design, and installation process. Edit: I had Jesse Maldonaldo as my installer for my second set and he was AMAZING. Super talented, very professional, and made corrections to the original installation that made everything look amazing. This guy can do everything.Rebecca Connelly made all my closet dreams come true. I spoke with four closet designers in total and Rebecca was by far the most creative, most helpful, and best price. There wasnt any of the ridiculous heres the total cost and then 40% off and then 10% off for whatever reason that made the project into buying a car. Straightforward, easy to communicate with, and great to work with in general. I already have another project lined up for Rebecca and Closet Factory!

I have had two items of furniture designed by Shelley Kay Cohen which have proved invaluable in providing me extra space in my limited condo space. In my den, she created a three piece wall unit that provided great storage for my books while I was still teaching. Now I am using some of the shelves for clothing.In my dining room she was able to design a hutch that was similar to one I had seen in Architectural Digest but could never have afforded. This has extended my kitchen.She next redesigned two of my closets. One wire shelfed closet became a double L shelf system with more storage than I ever could have imagined.. We worked with Helene to design a new walk in closet in a small extra bedroom. Helene really listened to our needs and made sure to cover all the bases with storage of different types of things. We had a few hiccups on installation, but thanks to the hard work of our installers Jesse and Brendan, and some quick attention from Helene and the service coordinator Angela, everything worked out in the end, and the closet looks great!

#be careful. Please be careful of Closet Factory’s customer value. I worked Barbara O Connor and Danielle Demos of closet factory. They have a contract with Costco. I as a Costco member was super excited to have my master bedroom closet done. I was all ready to sign the contract that Costco, Barbara/Danielle of Closet Factory brought to my home and they had a line in the contract that said “neither Costco or the closet factory is responsible for damages done to my home when they bring workers and materials into the house.” I wrote on the contract I do not agree with this statement. So, they decided not to work with me. I am not sure who would sign this contract but wanted my community to know how Costco/Closet Factory values us as people and customers.

We got our closets organised through Closet factory.Helene Tatkow visited our house couple of times and discussed all the options with us and showed us the models. She took all the measurements carefully based on our needs and gave useful suggestions.After a few weeks the closets were installed and we are very pleased with the work that they have done.Would definitely refer them to anyone wanting to transform their closets.
