Great service and knowledge! Gary took the time to help me find film and learn to use my granddads old 1930s camera from WWII!

This is one of the best businesses in Wilmington. They are incredibly knowledgeable about everything photographic. They have brand new camera bodies and lenses. They also have tons of really high quality used equipment: Canon, Nikon, everything. Also tripods, lights, gels, sweet travel cases, you name it. Plus they can help with some repairs and/or replacements. Its absolutely the best toy store for adults.

They are super nice and understanding. I love renting my lenses from them. They always take care of you no matter what!! I highly recommend them, even if you want to buy a camera, buy it from them. Support local businesses!!

The store itself is a veritable showroom/museum with an outstanding array of photography equipment, but what stands out more is the staff. Though the store feels dated the staff is splendid and their selection is wide. Awesome place to find used gear. THE ONLY place to rent great gear. Check them out.

Immediately when you walk in or call, youre greeted with someone who already seems annoyed that youre even talking to them about purchasing from them. Everyone Ive talked to sounds annoyed about any sort of question made. Theyre absolutely rude and obviously do not care about me willing to spend a ton of money on them. They obviously got knowledge but obviously dont care about the customer so how do they expect to make money when their customer service is so horrible? Its absolutely baffling how theyre still in business. Owner needs to hire people who is willing to actually work on their customer service. I mean Jesus Christ

GREAT HONEST PEOPLE....I HAD SOME PROBLEMS WITH AN EXPENSIVE CAMERA MY BROTHER GAVE ME AND THEY RE SET THE CAMERA-CHECKED THE TELEPHOTO LENS TO SEE IF THE STABL. SWITCH WAS ON AND WORKING (SWITCH WAS MISSING) AND CLEANED ALL THE LENSES AT NO CHARGE. I GIVE THEM TEN (10) STARS BOB RAINEY WILMINGTON NC

Though some things are pricey, thats a photographers life. Southeastern Camera has everything a serious photographer wants/needs. They also have an excellent lens selection. You can rent, sell, trade or prurchase new lens, bags and other equipment. Their camera cleaning and repair service is pretty awesome too

Theyre super nice & super helpful! will be buying most of my camera supplies from here. you can buy, trade, and rent lenses as well as lighting. pretty much anything youd need in store, if they dont, theyll order it for you. the staff is also very informative.

Good local camera shop. The staff is knowledgable and helpful, good place to rent gear instead of online, really worth it if just using it for the day. In fact its the only local camera shop. Disappointed though in the lack of DSLR cameras and lenses. A ton of accessories though.
