After researching vehicles online for awhile I found a car at Diver that I wanted to check out. Upon getting there the salesman came out to help me. I always cringe at this part. I told him I was there to see a specific car and I wanted to test drive it. After driving it I wasnt so sure it was right for me and i told him that. Instead of pushing me to purchase the vehicle he told me if it wasnt the right one than dont buy it. I thought about it more and went back the next day with my husband. We decided we were going to move forward and purchase it. We already knew the price was very reasonable, but of course wanted it to be lowered and they worked with us. This was probably the most painless car buying experience we had. I highly recommend checking it out!

Randy has an attitude problem. Seemed like he didnt even want us to buy a car. He was very rude, abrupt and short.Everyone else was nice though.I will say, this is the second time weve come here, years apart, and their cars have smelled like cigarettes. Either they dont do a good job cleaning or somebody who works there is smoking in the cars.

After I left I discovered an issue with the vehicle which the sales manager, Lou, took care of for me. Had a major problem with my 13 Silverado fender ripples...defect in the metal stamping the paint is blistering off the truck ? Nothing they can do for me or for any of the others with the same problem ... didnt see what i was talking about till I went in the shop to point it out unhappy with outcome
