The store is nice, the representative very friendly, and they had a sale going on! However they dont any full length mirrors, which I think is silly if your gonna spend $100-$200 on new shoes, they ought to feel good and look good. Hard to tell with dinky mirror.They have little small mirror where you can only see the shoe, not so helpful- unless you dont care what you look like. The shoe in this picture was on sale & felt amazing.

Ordered shoes August 20th. Checked status in September and told it was in process but delayed. Today I spoke to Wesley who was rude and evidently overwhelmed. Told me my order had been cancelled. I will never do business at that store again. He refused to allow me to communicate with the owner saying he was in charge and it would be doubtful the owner would contact me.The owner and Wesley did follow up with me and were very courteous and professional. They explained what had happened to my satisfaction.I appreciate that and will continue to be a customer. We are fortunate to have a New Balance store in Wilmington.

Arrived 15 minutes early and waited for you guys to open at noon...got out of our truck at noon to walk up to darkness....waited 10 minutes and still darkness. We left and wanted to purchase a birthday gift from Mew Balance, but not today....looks like we will purchase Vans instead today. Please don’t post your hours online and on your door if you won’t have someone there to open your establishment!

If you need athletic shoes, you need to go to the New Balance store! Their staff is highly trained to help you select the best shoes for your foot and your needs. Everytime I go they measure my foot and ask me what type of walking or running I do. Then the sales guy knows what model numbers to get and they explain the different features of the shoes as I try em on. Much better than those hapless sales people at the mall!

Nathan helped me out today finding the perfect pair of sneaks. I’ve been really struggling finding the right fit considering my unfortunate luck with other sneakers in the past... they just didnt suit me right. But now i’m really satisfied all thanks to Nathan. He really did the trick & he knows what he’s doing, that’s in New Balance of course.

Place is difficult to find if your not a local. Seems like they dont do a whole lot of business there because I was the only one there for my visit. Staff is sort of helpful but this can be improved with product knowledge.

Unfortunately it took nearly 2 weeks and 2 phone calls from me to find out that the shoes for my son I ordered and paid for were no longer being made. I was told theyd arrive in less than a week, then I was told they may not have been ordered, finally the manager called to say they dont make the shoes anymore. Not a single apology and she blamed the workers for not calling. Sad because Ive bought shoes there 3 times...
