This location is the best Walmart so far: 1) clean store, 2) the cleanest baskets as you see on my photo,, 3) well organized, 4) kind staff except a cashier who helped me.Hopefully they keep up this quality foreverThanks!

Bought what i thought was a new controller for the xbox one. Turns out what i got was a used controller with pumpkin seeds inside. Someone also opened it from the bottom of the package. No surprise, customer service is a joke. Check your items before leaving the store.

Place was well stocked. Check out was quick in self check out. Some areas under staffed but no problem asking a question or be pointed in right direction. Only issue is items either priced incorrectly or in incorrect spot. This was in groceries area.

I love prices and sales on end of season items-getting shirts and dresses or jeans for $1 up thru $5 is unbelievable! However, the items I buy most consistently are rarely there and I go twice a week! And this started before Covid-19 or the product shortage because of trucks! Cat food, Red Bull packs, Walmart brand Soda Dr Pepper version, breakfast sandwiches, small candles and even tasty cakes!! Please have something at least 85% of the time or just dont have it all so I at minimum know what to expect to accomplish when I come there to shop.

Was purchasing gift cards for my daughter and the Cashier Swerve was speaking with another cashier about work drama the then motions her hand like gimme the gift card continues gossiping and does not say one word to me. I can never get a price check, no one is ever willing to help. The lady at the front end with the blonde and brown side swoop bangs is always rude too

Always well stocked, clean and well managed . However usually pretty crowded with long lines, but the self checkout moves quickly. Which is good for getting in and out fast . The staff is pretty helpful, didnt have to wait long for the manager to come assist with a price check problem . Overall a good store ( as Walmarts go anyway .) Would definitely recommend to all who live in the area 👍

I went to Wal-Mart on Centerville Rd... I was returning an online item... The store manager was rude saying I that I need to buy a box to put tje return item so she could return it... I should not have to buy an box... I called the 800 customer service number. It was returned with no issues.. But when I was leaving the store Manager was saying smart to as... i will NEVER BUY FROM WAL-MART S AGAIN

Its always hard to say something good about Walmart. Everyone needs it but you still hate going there.This Walmart particularly is always overrun with people, youre never sure if youre going to find a working cart or a cart at all and they are never fully stocked. I never see the drinks I like to buy, they never have lunchables and even the pain meds are hardly ever in stock.I worked here in 2012 and its always been exactly that way.

This is the closest Wal-Mart to me in Delaware. Honestly I have always been able to find what Im looking for and they have super friendly helpful staff. They are really polite and never have any issues price matching the online price when requested!

I Love Most Things About This Store Except The Self Checkout.I AbsolutelyRefuse To Use Them. That Goes For Any Store That Visit. I Want A Human Being To Wait On Me.I Feel Like A Real Person Should, Or Could Have That Job.

My meds are always ready when promised. If they are out of one I get a text telling me, so I dont waste a trip there. Then I get a message when its ready to pick up.

I like this Walmart but the staffing crisis is clearly evident. They are way behind in stocking product and I shop here multiple times a week and there are always pallets in the aisles and blank spots on the shelves. Otherwise it would be 5 stars. The people who do work here are super helpful.😊

This new thing they have instead of layaway is not for anyone with a credit score below 600!I tried it and was denied and my score is almost 600. Unless you have perfect credit and everything paid off, and Covid didn’t hurt you financially then you are out of luck!! Only for people who have no need for it really.

Very clean and organized compared to other Wal-Marts. They always have people stocking shelves and there are very few times that you cannot find someone to help you. They have people everywhere.

Went to Subway in Walmart. I saw customers going in and out of the restaurant employee door. I guess he was a friend of somebody that worked there. I thought that was weird. The subway restaurant was unorganized and dirty. I dont know why I went there. Well I saw a sign that enticed me with some good looking food. Of course the food was not that good as it looked on the sign.

The clerk was in the TV section was helpful. I needed her to be becaues there were no prices on most of the shelved sets. No visible inventory. As I walked over to the toy section there was a number of boxes opened by the scooters and hover boards. No video game consoles. Looks like someone cut the controllers away in the Nintendo switch area. And several unmasked people were coughing not being very socially concious. Dobt think Ill be shoping yhere anyTD ime soon. Ty here are better Walmarts.

This one has been lacking product lately. Covid has had a major impact on numerous things. I hope they can improve.

Great shopping. Able to locate pants and bars. Some great food items frozen, can, and deli American Cheese. They did not have enough registered open plus customers not very friend. They are so over worked.

Difficult to find arch support and the soda aisle was out of 2 liter bottles. Only one cashier and she was in process of closing, so forced to use self checkout.

This Walmart is good but the security guard and a couple of members of the staff gave me a hard time coming in the store at 10:47pm. I told the gentleman I just needed a couple of things and he insisted that they close at 10:45pm. I said oh I dont see a sign posted saying 10:45, I only see on-line stating 11:00pm. The staff inside was friendly but getting in was very difficult. A person would think the security guard and a couple of staff members that was closing the store would be more friendly. Especially since the target opened right around the corner.

I went to go cash a Very important check at 5pm because when I looked online via goggle it said the money center was open till 6pm. So i got a ride to the walmart and when i got in the building a sign on the wall also said that they closed at 6pm but there wasnt a soul in the money center. And when i asked about it I was told by an employee that it happens all the time. So now i have wasted my rides time and gas and also my own time and money that I didnt have. The only positive thing and the only reason they are getting two stars is because they greeted me in a very kind manor.

We go to walmart every other week to get what we need for the next 2 weeks. As much as I hate how one doesnt have self checkout. We love walley world as we call it. Our favorite store!!!!!

I DISLIKE Self checkout.Store needs a good cleaning.Its convenient, well lit & easy to see things. Employees need more training on where things are and like most places, this store is short staffed. Dont expect to be helped by an employee unless you track them down.

I ordered curbside pick up 2 times both times I sat in the parking lot waiting to be serviced and was NOT! Don’t order store pick up here you will not be satisfied. I tried calling the store because I had a infant in the car and no one answers the phones. I will never shop at Walmart ever again. Walmart don’t have NOTHING on Target!!!!

Went in to get grocerys and the freezers were totally empty except for seafood. The employees on the floor were being rude, had 2 of them pretty much run me over and not once apologize or even greet me.

Oftentimes its very hard to find products you want to purchase! The shelves are in disarray and when you ask an employee most doesnt have an answer! I prefer to use the self checkout because the other cashiers act like they are doing you a favor by checking you out! Negative vibes, rolling of their eyes, etc, etc, etc!

Worst of the worst. Lets be real, this location should have been shut down before it was even opened. But thats Delaware for ya! Stick a Walmart in one of the highest concentrated crime areas on the map and wonder why it looks like trash, primarily has trash shopping there and is unsafe as all get out!!

Best time to go is early morning. Not crowded, no long lines. Staff is more friendly.

This store is very busy. You wait in long lines and the help or employees are more interested in interacting with themselves than the customers. Very disappointing. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else

Customer service is argumentative without even an attempt to help with an issue.Request a manager who provides excuses for in store pick up not being fulfilled as promised with absolutely no concern to work with you within reason to resolve the issue.Walmart proves time and time again that it’s about corporate greed and couldn’t care less about the customer’s who contribute to the corporations wealth.Delaware is notorious for terrible Walmart’s and this location exudes this perception.

Best time to go is on a rainy holiday weekend. Quickly found what we needed and we were on our way. Well stocked and clean.

I really cant stand this WalMart, but its the closest to my residence so I visit only when I have to. The parking lot is poorly designed and difficult to navigate, the store is constantly in a state of disorganized chaos with a highly limited selection, and it is not a super Walmart so the food section is limited. Prepare to be panhandled when leaving the store and dont be surprised to see drug dealers and people using drugs in the parking lot.

Went into buy a controller for my console. Stood at the electronics counter for 25 minutes because no one was at the electronics department and the controller was in the locked case. Multiple employees walking around in the main aisle but no one helping me. Finally this lady walked up and asked if I needed help and I said Yes, Id like a controller out of the case.The lady said, Ive be over here for 10 minutes in this department. Uh excuse me? No you werent first of all and second of all, I dont work here so I dont know whos working what department. I got an attitude from the employee for the rest of the transaction. She had her name tag turned where you couldnt read her name either. Im tired of the rude employees here. Not going to return. Yall need to hire people who like their job.

This store is really dirty . I have been to other Walmart’s and the floors, shelves and everything is sparkling. (Attaching photos of this Walmart vs. a clean Walmart)Additionally this Wilmington, Delaware store had some items on the clearance shelf. I scanned them to see what the savings were. The price was the normal price. I questioned the staff about it, and they just said those items aren’t on sale....which still begs the question, why are they on the clearance shelf??? (See photo)Also check out, the plant photo....is it really even worth selling? Miracle grow couldn’t revive this plant. Just don’t go to this store, very low standards, poor customer experience all around.

This store routinely runs out of groceries I normally buy. You have to get there in the morning to insure they have what you want.

Its always packed in this Walmart so best advice is to go early in the morning as soon as the doors open.

Its a Walmart. It had what I needed. The employees werent terrible and checkout was pretty quick through self checkout. I dont expect much more so, it works. The parking lot is fine and easy to get around and the people arent completely rachet here either.

I literally called and clicked on every department just so I can ask one simple question which is is money center open? And no one answered. This is why I HATE this walmart, you got all these workers but not one from any of the departments can answer.

Not always stocked the way I would like. I go here often and the cashiers are nice. Especially the guy.

I personally like the convenience of the pharmacy. Im always in and out in a good time. And the variety of other products varying from clothing, food, tools,hardware,personal hygiene,and even pets food lol. And its all right there for me its like a one stop shop when you think about it. And theres plenty of registers and my FAVORITE, the self checkout ....

The headlight bulbs are locked in a glass cabinet. No one can locate the key. Chaos.

Placed order for curbside pickup, arrived & found no signs for curbside pickup. Asked 2 different employees in parking lot who were of no help. I had to go inside to pickup order. Should not advertise curbside pickup if it is not available.

Its not that great. Its often sold out of a lot of items every time I go there, which is 2-3 times a week. Its usually dirty, disorganized & messy on the shelves & all around the different areas of the store + the (bathrooms). I rarely see anyone around when I need help or have a quick question. Its just not that great & the customer service isnt any better. Most look irritated or miserable & are not much help. Alot of the employees have some type of attitude or they dont look very friendly or even act like they want to help or assist you. Not all but most.
