Bought a Windows 10 Home License key on special. I had a version of Windows 10 Pro so the key didnt work and thats my fault. I downgraded my windows version and tried again but it still didnt work. saying it had already been used. I had already contacted support and was waiting for a response when i did the downgrade. They didnt know this so they sent a Windows 10 Pro activation key, which I thought was cool and considerate. At this point I was on a version of windows 10 home and to upgrade you just have to put an activation key for Pro which is what I did with the new key that they sent and I thought I was in the clear because it went through with the upgrade, so I wrote that I was going to write a positive review, that is until I noticed that the key only upgraded to Pro but didnt actually activate it. I noticed when I went to change my desktop background but it didnt let me saying You need to activate Windows to use this feature. The Activate Windows message still appears on the bottom right of my screen and other features are still blocked from the settings. :/Edit: Sorry about the trouble. Did what was asked and contacted Tom through the chat system. He was very patient and clear with instructions and managed to get my system activated once and for all. Wonderful service from everyone I talked to in the support department, I highly recommend purchasing from here.

I purchased windows 10 pro and office 2019 pro plus for two of my identical machines and activating them was most difficult. They just didnt want to cooperate. The tech support was great and responded promptly. All programs installed and working properly. Kudos to all who helped.

Although activating the MS Office 2019 Professional was ridiculously difficult, we could not have completed the activation if it werent for the thorough and courteous help from James through their online chat. As a result of the customer service we received I would recommend this online service. I needed an RDS CAL pack for Win Server 2016. The usual retail guy I use wanted an absurd amount of money for the CAL pack, so I started searching online for other avenues. This is such an amazing company with unbelievable customer support. I am 76 years old, and just know enough about all this stuff to be dangerous. NEVER again. Did and upgrade. However, looks nothing like it should, wont let me look for updates or security updates. Horrible experience. Can not get a tech to even help me through this. They wanted to install a remote program, I said ok, however it wouldnt let me install that without paying. It was ridiculous. I want my money back :(

Bought a Windows 10 Pro product ID from it and received excellent online chat support to get everything working. Bought a few licenses from them for Windows OS. The licenses would not let me activate windows. After trying what was suggested they still would not work so I called Microsoft on the phone. I was told that this company does not sell genuine licenses and that they’ve had problems with them in the past.Further I have looked into websites that identify business scams and this business is one of them. I am not the first customer that they have deceived and probably won’t be the last.I contacted PC Market and called them on their illegitimate business practices and they refused to refund my money.Stay away from them. Fraudulent business. I have contacted my bank and they provided me a refund and were made aware of the several issues from this company.

Supplied us with wrong Microsoft keys never gave us correct keys or refunded purchase. Disputed with bank seller is still refusing refund, disputed charge back. No one ever returned call. Someone named Matthew was supposed call never got back to us. Fraudulent business. Still out of correct keys and out of 250.
