I just bought a new couch the past week and I absolutely LOVE it; however, before I purchased I saw that the throw pillows that came with it were priced separately. I was told that they didnt come with the couch, but it was made out of the same material, color, and design as the couch. After pointing this out, I got two of the pillows included with the price of the couch but still had to pay extra for the other two. I looked up the same exact couch online at NUMEROUS different stores and saw that it is supposed to come with all four throw pillows. The price of the couch was the same as the rest I found online, so it wasnt lowered to make up for removing the throw pillows from the set. This is probably a way for them to make more money off of their furniture. I feel taken advantage of and scammed, and Im quite upset that I had to spend money on throw pillows that are supposed to be included with the couch. Ive never seen a furniture store remove items from a set without at least adjusting the price. I still have to furnish the rest of my living room and bedroom and Im not sure that Ill be coming back to this store.

I bought a few things here. And Im happy with my purchases. As for pricing; hard for me to say if you can get a bargain here. Some stuff seems over priced IMO. Id shop around for best price and not be in too much of a hurry to buy. Know what you are looking for is the best policy. Only complaint, Its a bit too crowded with stuff, hard to keep your 6 foot space to avoid other shoppers, considering. Harley was awesome to work with and so was Sam, Im in love with Sam, oh those eyes. This place could become addictive, beware.

The mid century pieces and the modern deals that you can buy for much less and still feel like your in a fine boutique is a great addition to the Wilmington NC area! Little on the high side for a used home goods, but all items are clean and great shape.

Home Again is one of my favorite places to shop in Wilmington. Their prices are great and the items are just barely worn and sometimes new. The staff is always friendly. I also consigned here when I moved from our last home and the process was easy. Thank you Home Again! I cant wait to shop in your store again!!

The staff is accommodating, kind, and always willing to help. They are local and truly a great place to shop! We LOVE all of our pieces and couldnt ask for better quality or customer service.

I purchased a mirror online and I live in Raleigh so it took me a little while to pick it up. I figured they either were holding it or would refund it to me and then sell it. They KEPT my money and SOLD the item so they would profit on it TWICE*** Make sure you pick up your item bc if life happens and you don’t pick up within 30 days they TAKE YOUR MONEY and SELL THE ITEM!!!!!! Absolutely INSANE - refund your customer! $133.75!

This is a new find for me and it is an amazing place. You will find quality merchandise at a reasonable price and great people. Unlike some consignment spots, this place isn’t cluttered, and dusty. If you see something you like, it’s best to purchase on the spot, items go fast. Their Instagram page can keep you updated with new items as well.

Very easy to deal with both to buy and sell. I deal with Haley who is as sweet and personable as she is professional. If you see something you like though buy it as it will be gone before you come back.

Love this place. They dont work on commission so you dont have to worry about being pressured into buying anything. I have furnished an entire rental property from this store and plan on doing so when I buy my next one. A must stop in Wilmington!!!

Great furniture, great home accessories and great prices. However, make sure you look somewhat affluent because the staff are snobs. I couldn’t believe the looks I got from the staff. Not one of them approached me to say hello or ask if I needed help finding anything. I’m in the process of furnishing my new place at the beach and was prepared to spend a few thousand. Walked out because of the lack of customer service and the attitude. Don’t judge a book by its cover!!

Nice stuff. Just watch and know what you are buying. They outsourced the delivery company and never said there was a separate fee to pay when the deliver. Just be aware. Nice furniture.

Thank you for your help! I found exactly what I wanted in a dark chocolate sofa, an off white long credenza with 6 drawersand a bottom shelf, an aqua round coffee table that was perfectly sized to fit my sofa AND an off white end table that completed the look. Not to mention the 4 pillows that were a steal at $5 each with zipper covers. It is more than the items themselves. It was the way they were showcased. Giving me ideas to create a space of my own. The staff was friendly, did not hover over me and best of all answered questions and made suggestions. I walked out so pleased. And seriously when does furniture shopping in just one trip yield such satisfaction? At Home Again it does.

Home Again for new or used is a bargain. Friendly, knowledgeable staff greeted me first thing. The store is well laid out with art and accents that are well thought out with attention to detail. Will be buying a room of furniture in the future.

My boyfriend and I walked into Home Again Wilmington this morning around 10:15am looking to shop for a few items for our new home after ours was destroyed by Hurricane Florence. We had a few pieces in mind that we had seen on the stores Facebook & Instagram pages and loved but when we arrived they were no longer available, which is the name of the game in this business. We understood and kept looking around the store at other pieces because they really do have some beautiful items.When we walked in we were not greeted, even though the couple in front of us and the couple behind us were. I chalked it up to the story being slightly busy and the sale associates probably just didnt notice us but the more we walked around and seemed to be ignored I started to wonder if it was because of the way we were dressed (not that it should have mattered.) I was wearing a pair of lululemon tights, a t-shirt, ball cap, and Nike sneakers and my boyfriend was dressed in a similar manner because we were out running errands and shopping all day. Compared to everyone else in the store we were definitely under dressed, but I didnt really think it mattered how we were dressed if we were there to purchase thousands of dollars worth of furniture.We found a sales associate and asked the young lady about some of the pieces we had seen online and she informed us that they were no longer in stock and then said that couches were scattered around the store and to just have a look around so we did. We found a beautiful sectional for $1,200 and asked another associate for help. We spoke with her for about 5-7 minutes about the piece and then sat there for a little while longer talking amongst ourselves about a possible purchase. The manager/owner (unsure of her position) looked at us but never spoke or offered her assistance.We then walked around a little more to think things over and look at other pieces (bar stools, pillows, a coffee table, and a chest) and came back to the register to finally purchase the couch. At this point, we had been in the store about 20-30 minutes and had inquired about the couch to two different sales associates and had expressed our interest in making a purchase. When we got to the register to pay the manager/owner looked at the tag and said something to the effect of This one has a person listed as a courtesy call. We have to call them and they have 5 minutes to respond if they want to buy the piece. If not, you can purchase it. At this point I was a little confused because we had been looking at this couch for quite some time and nobody had mentioned this policy to us.So we were there at the register and the manager/owner called the person and they did end up deciding to purchase over the phone. They 2 sale associates and manage/owner looked at us from the register and just said that the other person decided to purchase the couch and that it was no longer for sale. Not once did any of them offer to show us other pieces or ask us if there was anything else we were interested in. They all just stared at us as if waiting for us to leave. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable experience for both of us and we left feeling very devalued and just sort of shrugged off by the staff. In fact, we were interested in purchasing another $400-$500 worth or merchandise but left after the way we were treated.In short, the store does have some beautiful pieces of furniture and the prices are reasonable but we were treated very poorly by some of the staff (not everyone, there was a nice sales associate who was very helpful.) I can only attribute this to maybe the way we were dressed and them thinking we might not have money to spend? I just dont see any other reason they would be helping the other people in the store and ignoring us even though we were interested in several items. I really hope this is not the case and that no one else is treated this way but it was our experience today that was so unfortunate. We would not recommend to other friends in the area nor will we be returning to furnish our new home.

My wife wants to franchise this store in Ohio, she loves it so much!!! Thankfully for me we flew down this time!
