Huge disappointment! Typically custom designs are completely timely and according to request. Not only did the designer not call to confirm the order but also misspelled names on the shirts. Check your order carefully and don’t pay until the finished product is done. You may regret it later.

I came in yesterday with a tshirt design that i needed completed that day. The guy who I worked with was very helpful. He designed my shirt to be exactly what I wanted and he even showed me different options with different price points. I will always come back here for my custom shirt needs. I am absolutely in love with the shirt and it’s quality

Designing the shirt was incredibly easy and I got exactly what I wanted. The whole process took no time at all. Fair price as well. They had a wide variety of options so I could imagine going back there for similar projects in the future.

Went to get a shirt made and when I got there they told me they can only make designs with one color and when I pointed to all of the multi colored shirts the guy behind the counter said those are all premade designs. Told him I’d pay for him to use one color and then print over top using the second color and he still told me he couldn’t. Just didn’t seem to want to help at all

I normally don’t do reviews, but felt the need to for this store! I had 2 stockings embroidered, 2 blankets embroidered, and 2 custom made sweatshirts made for our girls for Christmas at Concord Design. They came out fabulous! They were super busy, but they went above and beyond and had all of my things done in a timely fashioned! Very polite and professional, and had the best prices then the other 3 places I called to get quotes! Will def be going back😊

This place is so good. I use them for my Chasity event materials all the time. They stitch my hats, press my shirts and tank tops and they always work with me on deals as needed. So friendly and nice to work with. Cant recommend them enough if youre in the area. Great people!!!!

This place is awesome. i have used them twice and both times they have exceeded my expectations. Just this past weekend i had a custom piece made for a baby shower and everybody loved it. Highly recommended.

Amazing! Walked in told them exactly what I wanted and Mustafa got it done! He’s very thorough and friendly! Gave his honest opinion on something I wanted, and wasn’t worried all about the money! I’ll continue to shop with him and send everyone else his way too!

Went in had a custom hoodie made. Looks great and done in less then a half hour. My kids gonna love it.

Thank You!> I needed 16 - 24 shirts done in a very short amount of time. I had called all over the place and the price they wanted to charge me was outrageous $40 a shirt + $150 for a rush fee. We found Concord Design online & called them 3 times in an hour to ask more questions the salesman was very nice answered all our questions. When we went there again very nice & even more helpful we gave him the picture of my Daughter Laura & her full name Date of Birth and her Angel Date he brought it up on the computer for us to see what it would look like on the shirt I couldnt be happier. He told me they would be done in three days and hed call me when I could pick them up so we could go on the March in Philly to bring awareness of HEROIN OVERDOSE I just lost Laura a month before the march thats why it ment so much to me to get the shirts done. They didnt disappoint me the shirts were done with a few days to spare. I couldnt be happier with the service I got & the shirts were perfect. I am a repeat customer of Concord Design! I have repeatedly ordered large quantities of custom T-Shirts, SweatShirts, Hoodies, and Hats for my employees and to sell at my business. Every single piece has been printed perfectly or embroidered perfectly. Turn-around time has been very quick and I even got a call once for same day pick-up! The service people have been courteous and professional. Thank you Concord Design! Whoo-hoo!

HORRIBLE EXPERINCE !!!This was my second time their, my bf droped off some shirts and I picked them up a few days later beings we live 2 hrs away in jersey, So I go to pick them up and the guy hands me the product and is gonna let me leave, but beings I been their befor I ask um where these already paid for if not how much is it and nobody knew and I was told they couldnt look it up in the system if they were or not, I tried calling my bf but he was at work so didnt answer, everyone looked confused like they didnt know what to do, so the lady nicely told me I could take the shirts and just leave my name and # and send her a receipt if they were paid and if not so I could pay, witch I was like ok thats good no problem, but then the next day she texts my phoen accusing me of STEALING ! After shes the one to tell me to go and I left my name & #!!!!So now I gotta drive back 2 hrs because they dont know how to run their business, extremely disappointed and will never return to to This store,

If I could give it no stars, I would. I’m not one to write reviews but this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I worked retail for 7 years. The lady upfront got extremely defensive after I asked about their refund policy since they insist on you paying before they work on your item. I brought in a very expensive chef coat to be embroidered for a gift and wanted a guarantee. That’s when she became aggressive and said they have no guarantee and don’t do refunds and if I don’t like how it comes out that’s my problem. Since I had already paid I asked to speak to a manager and she refused to get one or even tell me their name. I eventually got my money back and will be taking my business somewhere that guarantees their work and isn’t hostile towards paying costumers. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutly awful expirence!!!Asked for a simple design to be put onto my jacket via embroidery. They say ok and be back in 20mins. I get back and not only has nothing been done, but the guy is trying to put vynl on my jacket aka not what I wanted. Was then told that the guy that does embroidery is not there because he left early and dosnt really come in some days. I gave them 2 days to get it done and they did NOTHING!!!! And told me that they had issues with the design but did not call or email me with the problem. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE AWFUL AND CANT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSWHERE!!!!!!!

Horrible, just called to get numbers on the back of t-shirts and JUST for numbers they want $12 a shirt!! HOLY COW!! Thats OVER double the competition!! SEE YA
