Update on previous rating: today I received correspondence from the CEO who has really done a great job rectifying the situation with our shirts. When I went into the store, Lindsay was really helpful and eager to resolve the issue. The quality of the embroidery and turn around time was always great, which is why they have had our repeat business. I’m glad they have really stepped up so professionally to resolve the problem we had this month and I look forward to being able to work with them in the future.

I just went in to get a quote, I want to add that I’m not familiar with this whole process so of course I asked few questions (3 to be exact) and the receptionist at the front desk had an attitude! Maybe they’re just used to people knowing but she seemed very uninterested - After she vaguely explained the diff in printing and stitching I simply asked her recommendation because I had two different materials she shrugged and said “I don’t know it’s up to you” I understand if someone is having an off day we all have them. However, I take pride in giving excellent customer service so when I step foot into a business I would like to feel welcomed and a sense of wanting to help, because of this they won’t be getting my business.

I used Unique to help with a T-shirt fundraiser and I have been so thankful and pleased with their customer service! There were a lot of emails back and forth and all of our questions were always answered! I am so thankful for their help and amazing communication!

Uniqueimage was our go to, but they successfully lost an entire bag of our shirts and its been over a month since I PAID for the work with nothing produced. Now they want me to come up with a receipt to prove I bought the shirts THEY LOST. These were shirts already owned by people who wanted them embroidered. So now they lost 8 peoples shirts and are basically like screw you. Still had to pay, no refund, lost my shirts, and its been 5 weeks. We will be going somewhere else at this point. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Messed up my shirts multiple times! The proofs look NOTHING Like the final product I received! Totally disappointed with the quality of the shirts as well as the customer service to make there mistakes right! I won’t be taking my business there again!

Jason and the crew have been servicing our company since they were kids! Their attention to detail has only gotten better over the years. We have been extremely satisfied with every step in the process. I highly recommend them for the smallest to the largest orders.

Reviews... Not everyone will be happy, not everyone will love Unique Image, in the 8 years I have been here I can say more often than not, everyone leaves here satisfied, that rare instance when someone is not happy, chances are they did not actually look at what was being mocked up or after picking out an item, didnt realize they ordered youth sizes. Even in these few and far between cases, we still reprint everything at cost. If you are not personally satisfied, please let us know, Unique Image has been in business for almost 40 years and has been doing their best to make sure every person is happy with their order, that has to mean something.

We ordered customized signs to honor our seniors - Unique Image did an amazing job with entire order. They were responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The signs are high quality and were produced quickly. I highly recommend Unique Image and will continue using them!

Company doesnt do customer service well at all. Made me feel uncomfortable during a stress time, starting a business.i know they have larger clients, but the fact that I was verbal scolded by the COO, who didnt know much about the situation, is disturbing. Our company had a terrible experience with unique image. We ordered company T-shirts from them and they placed their own company’s advertising on the lower left side of our shirts. Their ad was larger than a business card size. When we confronted them about it they took days to return our phone calls and had a major lack in customer service to resolve the issue. Lesson learned. We will not be using their services in the future.

Poor customer service. The manager had an attitude problem when I brought to his attention that we were missing a few shirts. I was told I miscounted. Several of us came up with the same number. Would not recommend this place.

I asked for a special request of 12 customized shirts created on their website for completion by the afternoon of that day. The order went in overnight and communication started around 8-9am through emails from the boss Jason Gleber and phone calls with staff members.The initial email reply from Mr. Gleber offered to complete the job by 12pm for a total of $350, 2pm for $300 and 4 pm for $250. I took the 2pm $300 option.Despite creating the tshirt online myself, I was told I would need to approve the final mockup. I waited until 10am before it was sent to me and replied with an example to clarify the two colors. Prior to this I was very clear that the details and quality was not important as long as they could be used that day at an event. I demanded that they accept my pre-approval so I could work on other things, which they declined. After my email reply to their mockup, I left the office for a few hours.At time of pickup, the shirts were never even started. Jason Gleber spoke with me directly and was very condescending and uncomfortable to talk with. Apparently my approval was not considered to be final and despite the graphic teams work on it (which I already did overnight myself using their site... just like other tshirt sites ive ordered from) their production was never started.Fine. Okay I would accept that normally. Even though i was unavailable for a period of only 3-4 hours, was not called except once from a different number while unavailable to answer, and had been harassed through emails demanding additional money that morning for slow responses from me without considering multiple phone calls with the staff, and just a very bad taste dealing with this company, I would have accepted that. My request was unusual in that it needed same day completion and I was fine with it falling through.The reason for this poor review is that I was not refunded my complete purchase cost because staff had worked on the shirts and their time was paid for with the money from the purchase. This I couldnt believe considering the shirt was already created online by me and needed no clarification in my opinion at all. The time to re-create the design would be 5 minutes for such a simple white tshirt. Expressing my concerns to higher management, I was insulted by the boss Jason Gleber who made it a point to flex his capabilities and add insult to injury by boasting that the shirts could be done in 15 minutes if he wanted to make them. It was a very insulting and arrogant personality I was dealing with and his tangential responses wasted time and inflated his ego as he dismissed requests and - knowing that Im a physician - belittled my character.Bottom Line - The management is disrespectful and expedited orders are no guarantee unless youre available to check email every 10 minutes, which they wont tell you or call you about, and the prices are very high.Ill finish with an email I just read during that day, sent to me about an hour after my approval of the logo. It said that the tshirt was only priced at ONE COLOR so just NOW after writing this I realize they failed to tell me my tshirt was only going to made in one color (not two like I had submitted) and were unable to choose for me. So I didnt get my money back because my submitted design was two colors and I was not told they would only make it in one color for me until after I spent 2 hours communicating with the company, agreed to a price, and left my computer to work on higher priorities.An email straight from the horses mouth: (sent 11:49am, final price for 12 white shirts and single color print = $500)we do not have art approvalmy art team has emailed twice and calledwe are down to about 2 hoursI needed approval by 1130 for the price to remain the same.As of 1145 it increased by $50As of noon it will increase another $50If you do not approved the art before noon there will be another $100 added to the order to be done by 2pm--Jason Gleber, VP Sales & Marketing of Unique Image T-shirtsIs this the type of company you want?
