First of all, I wish I could give 0 stars. I called Zachary about repairing a TV. I explained the problem with my TV, and in turn he was rude to me. I was told that I wouldnt be able to get a quote for four days. I planned on having my TV working the next day so I told him I did not want to continue with his service. After telling him this, I received MULTIPLE calls from him harassing me about the TV repair. This went on for THREE days, constant calls throughout the day. I told him to stop calling me and yet I received another call from a different number and it was him. I had my TV fixed by a different service the day after I called. I told Zachary that I had gotten the TV repaired and I really didnt need anything else. He proceeded to ask me who fixed it, when they fixed it and how much it cost. I told him it was none of his business and to PLEASE stop calling me. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone simply based on the phone conversations I had with him. His service could have been amazing but due to the rude phone conversation I was completely done dealing with them.

Charged me $80 to take tv off my wall mount and put it on the floor. He needed my help, stood on my furniture without permission and had no means of even diagnosing the problem. He said he would have to take it to his shop and turn it on until the problem repeated - which he said could take weeks. Total sham. He was rude, argumentative, demeaning and ridiculing. He put the tv without any protection in the back of his very disorganized station wagon which is when I told him I wanted it back. He argued with me and finally agreed to let me have it back but was unable to get it back on the wall mount. Dont let him in your home.

Ask How much before having work done. Took 25 minutes to change a ten dollar part and charged $290! Rather steep for minimal l;abor.
